I called in on a Monday morning and spoke to Jade. She was very friendly and was able to give me a quote on a new car within minutes. I would recommend asking to speak to her as we all know dealing with agents sometimes can be a little bit of a hassle but I wouldnt say that at all about my experience with her!

The worst customer service ever! My agent Allen Sarafyan NEVER returned my calls regarding continued rate increases so I transferred the policy to Rita Hagopian that never contacted me either until I requested to change coverage. At first the edits were accepted by Jade Magana but then I received a call that I wasnt allowed to make the changes followed by another email apologizing for accepting my request. It seems like State Farm is only interested in taking your money, stay away from this poorly ran company👎.

In the past 3 months, I have tried to get insuance as mine is no longer going to issue new policies in California. I fell into the loop of insurance comparisons. Anahit is a gem….I was expecting State Farm to be way too expensive and she asked me to give her the opportunity to provide a quote. Wow…what a surprise! There’s absolutely NOTHING negative I can say about Rita and her State Farm team. I got hit from a driver in my work parking lot while I was working. He left a note but the other guy’s insurance was a nightmare. Zero effort on their part, totally trying to avoid me, not answering my calls. Finally over a month later Rita got on the phone with the other driver AND his insurance company and got my my damage reimbursement right away.Besides that she also handles my renters and life insurance. Keeps me updated on all changes. Very good with communication. Highly recommend Rita as an agent.
