Very busy, and cute little cafe, super sweet baristas, and good espresso. the honey and lavender latte has the perfect ratio of flavor,the ham and cheese croissant was a little undercooked, but still good!

Wish they listed allergens on their online menu, or gave any description of what the drinks are. Ordered their chunky monkey ice blended latte expecting it to be banana and chocolate. Didnt expect the peanut butter, which Im allergic to. The sip tasted great, but I would have ordered a different drink if theyd listed allergens.

Lotus drink is a consistent issue. The advertisement clearly shows red, blue, & pink (red being a gold color but the other two are blue & pink as advertised). However, everytime I order the red lotus....I always get the pink one. I have an allergy to raspberry (so I cant just go with it). I make sure to tell the barista when ordering, I want the gold colored lotus but of course that never translates (when the pink lotus is served) & then they get irritated when I ask them to remake it. Perhaps they should ask their advertising agency to change the poster to reflect the actual look of the item so theres absolutely no confusion.

My first visit to Rise to Grind and the Bagel breakfast sandwich was disappointing. It was bland and the egg round was much smaller than the bagel. The cheese was microwaved away and only an orange spot remained. The vanilla nut coffee was ok. Customer service could have been more helpful.

Empty regular coffee pot in the morning, empty milk jar, had to wait for the only girl working there to serve the long line then fill it up. Pastry was sold wrapped in plastic as is, and tasted like it was at least week old, completely unedible. Bagels and coffee taste fine though.

Coffee here tastes so good! I got a 16 oz hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso and surprisingly I was able to taste the hazelnut. Came here while visiting family in Cali, and wish Texas has this place.

Got a soy cappuccino:1. Additional dollar for soy milk, which made my purchase 5.252. No taste of coffee in cappuccino. I usually order cappuccino and not latte hoping for a more coffee taste.3. The drink burnt my tongue! I actually prefer hot drinks but this was too much even for me. Either their machines are not tuned or the barista didnt like the amount of tip I gave her (75 cents)$6 drink that I had to throw away

Cannot recommend this place enough! I bought a drink for everyone in the car and every single one was amazing. We took turns tasting each others drinks and my personal recommendation is the Pumpkin Brulee. (i dont even like the PSL at Starbicks either) A lovely girl was taking all the orders and making all the drinks by herself. Kind attitude and fast worker. ❤️

This is the local coffee shop that we frequent. I like this place because it has a sugar-free mocha. It is however made with powder but it tastes fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is pretty good. If youre there for breakfast try the breakfast burrito. They are pre-made in the morning but taste fantastic.

Came in at 7:30pm for coffee. Barista told me that she had just turned everything off due to it being a slow day. If your business says it closes at 8pm, then you shouldnt stop serving until 8pm. 7/11 it is.

We wanted to visit this spot since it was recommended by a friend however, as we were pulling into the location all we could hear was a barista or worker from Its’ A Grind Coffee House just yelling and using foul language while on the phone. The worker was right outside of the store- in front of the main entrance- she was on the phone and apparently, whoever was on the other side of the call was really getting it. Well, despite the call was not inside the store, the party we were with felt uncomfortable about it and we ended up leaving. I did not get to try the coffee or their products but eh, maybe next time. Location looked clean, a bit empty at the time of our visit, but since someone recommended it to us, we wanted to try it.

The owner and staff are very nice. I have never had a bad experience. I love the ambiance of the restaurant, they have comfortable cushioned chairs and they allow customers to lounge. The only change I would prefer is that they get heavy cream, coffee taste so much better with heavy cream than with half and half or milk. Please add heavy cream.

Came in a disheveled mess on day 5 of a horrid migraine. Going here was my last attempt before taking myself to urgent care.Told the owner I needed something strong and he asked me a few questions. This is a favorite hang out spot for me and my family.The owner and staff are friendly and warm, creating a great atmosphere.As a former barista, I appreciate that they make each drink individually and not in mass production. They will customize or create any drink for you. They use quality products and espresso in their blended drinks (as opposed to coffee syrup). Their high quality products are worth the wait.

Great coffee and tea. The baristas and cashiers are always sweet and friendly. Our family stops by here 2-3 times a week. The iced chai tea is so so good as well as their brewed coffee and peach tea. The kiddos love the 7 layer bar and the chocolate cheesecake. It definitely beats Starbucks.

I dont usually drink coffee. But when I do, I go to Its A Grind. They have all the typical coffee options to choose from. They usually have seasonal flavors that they switch around once in a while. The staff is friendly and quick.Inside they have several arm chairs and tables for sitting. The arm chairs are old and feel dirty though. I like sitting at the tables outside. They have tables, chairs and umbrellas outside.

It has a good atmosphere and the people talk with each other. Kind of like a beer garden. The owner Jay encourages people to stay, buy coffee and pastries, and enjoy the atmosphere. Its one of the best places to come to get to know whats happening in the neighborhood. Today Jay is working the place and Im glad to see things have not changed.

This Its a Grind location is for the most part very good. The owner and staff are very personable. Though, they are often under staffed. Which can mean long waits. So if you are in a rush, consider a coffee shop known for its momentum. The WiFi is weak and at times flat lines. Which is a BIG let down. Otherwise, its a really nice place to come, relax and enjoy some down time.Ive actually revised my review because this location has improved. Though they have room to grow.

The aesthetic of this coffee shop gives a warm and home-like feeling. From the bobbleheads to the Bob Marley painting, each little detail throughout the coffee shop makes this place unique and enjoyable to come to. The customer service is great, and as the sign on the front door suggest, there is no negativity allowed, and the positive vibes are apparent.UPDATE: The Bob Marley painting is now near the bathrooms and the one in the main area is a Ray Charles painting!

Just as good as a Starbucks, but a lot less crowded, with coffee and tea drinks just as good. I come here with my laptop to work with a cup of coffee and a muffin. The Wi-Fi is always reliable. The staff is always down to a single employee, but because its never that crowded its fine. Not as many tables as a Starbucks, but still enough for the smaller crowd and enough AC outlets to keep you powered.

Make sure you check your food before leaving here. I ordered a salad and when I got home it, I realize it was molded. I took it back to inform the cashier. She was very apologetic but yet, who wants old food? I tried giving this place a pass, so I decided to just order coffee the next. To my surprise their latte machine was down and they could only serve hand made drinks..Im done, this place is too inconvenient. But, I definitely love the coffee bean off of murrieta hot springs.

Alright guys heres the thing. I love this place Ive grown up out here and this is the place to get real good coffee for a good price that taste great. But lately Ive been a little annoyed with one of the workers. So idk how many regulars go in here but the one girl who always wears a crop top has kind of greyish blondish hair? Ok well first off shes kind of rude second she overcharges on purpose. And weve caught her on it a couple of times called her out and got free drinks. Thats fine and all but Im so done with her overcharging and then half of the time not getting the order right. I hope this is fixed soon because I love this place

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Ive been wanting to try its a grind for awhile so when I moved out here and saw one I was very excited the first time I went with my boyfriend I asked the barista what were some of there more popular drinks she was rude with an attitude and said I dont know what do you like. My boyfriend ordered a ice blended drink and the barista smiled and said thats one of the popular ones!! Thats what I was asking her originally. My drink was gross but the drink my BF got was really good! I than gave them a second chance on my birthday I got my nails done in the same shopping center it was hot and I remembered how good the iced coffee was so I thought Id give them another chance... Big mistake this time was worse I walked in waited 5 mins or so couple customers were sitting inside no one was at the counter I finally yelled is anyone here then yet another rude girl comes out looking annoyed that I needed help I told her it was my birthday and asked if they did anything for birthdays I know some places do. She looked at me like I was crazy and said no ...what do you mean I explained the obvious she said no we dont do birthdays never once said happy birthday I ordered my iced drink which was good and left. I love coffee and would probably go there all the time blows my mind that they have good reviews on here horrible customer service two chances never again!!

In particular, it is not that strong in flavor. For my taste it is very light. If what you are looking for is strong coffee, this would not be a good coffee option.
