Cold called buy Josh Londoner and Sunny Narang even though I am on the do not call list - same garbage as always from LA real estate agents, I have received probably 1,000 phone calls in the last two years from agents like Josh, the harassment is endless, and the scam is always the same - claiming they might have a buyer for my property which has not been listed for months now, claiming to have questions about the property, etc., and of course, none of that is true, all these agents are just trying to steal business from each other. I have an agent that is great when I need that person and who I have worked with for 9 years, and will never need to change. But I guess I have to get bothered at all hours of the day, wakened up, and harassed with sometimes as many as 20 calls per day, all so that the hustling LA real estate agents who improperly obtained my number can get that one call out of 200 where they nab a listing. Also reported to the Do Not Call registry, hopefully these two will get the max $25,000 fine for not caring that my number was on the list.

Sunny and his team are AMAZING. They helped me buy my first home, and let me tell you I had an exceptional experience! The way they negotiated 10k below asking price was unbelievable. Sunny and his team are the definition of a first-class real estate organization. They do more transactions than any other team or office in the area, and that gives them such a competitive advantage when it comes to knowing market trends, what works, finding off market properties, and negotiating the best deal possible.
