Rigos replaced all our windows and sliders last Thursday and Friday. They were fast, no matter the quoting process, measuring process, ordering process and eventually the installation process. Not only that, they are professional. We did not see much of dust or debris left after the installation; the seals are great too. Really appreciate the work!

We just had three windows replaced with Millard double-paned new windows and we LOVE them. Working with Rigo’s was a pleasure the whole way through- customer service was excellent, prices reasonable, and the work was perfect. They even cleaned up everything in the areas they worked. We plan to hire them to do the rest of our windows now!

Rigo kept exactly to the date scheduled two months before to install a replacement French patio door. Rigos crew arrived at 9:30 AM on a day with rain predicted that afternoon. Can you get it installed and sealed before the rain starts? I asked the crews lead man. Yes. Five hours later the old door was removed and the new door fully installed and sealed tight -- just as the rain started. The crew was remarkably efficient, quick, and courteous. They insisted on cleaning up the unavoidable dust and debris even though I told them not to bother, that I would do it. All and all, a pretty smooth and painless process.

Rigos just installed a beautiful sliding door to my house. The men who did the installation were very kind, helpful and did a very professional job. When the installation was complete they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, showed me how to open/close the door and gave me advice on how to operate it and keep it clean and in good working condition.Thank you Rigos!!

We wanted to replace our sliding glass door with a French door, and chose Rigos in order to support a local business, especially during this pandemic. Initial contact was cordial and a door order was placed. The door was installed, however, the lock jammed on the second day; we could only exit and enter through the side panels. Rigo came out the next business day, also could not open the door, and said we needed to take it up with Milgard directly (which we did, and they sent out technicians to change out the faulty lock, and made other adjustments). Since Rigo was not present during installation, we showed him that all three wood panels around the door had small dents and scratches, and numerous nail holes; also one of the handles on a side door had a deep scratch removing the white paint. Witnesses were present when he indicated that was not how he wishes to see a work site left, and that he would send someone out to fix it. I sent pictures to their office so that they would have a record; then we received an email stating they were not responsible for the nail holes, ignoring the obvious other dents and scratches, and that no one would be sent back to fix these. We left a negative review, to which Rigo responded (see attachment). Who treats a customer in this way? Were in disbelief. We also wish we had done further research and found that the company recently changed from Bella Windows and Doors to Rigos Windows; the reviews there corroborate our experience!The Milgard product is fine, and the door very pretty. Just go with a different sales agent.

I wanted to upgrade our old kitchen window with a Garden window to showcase my wifes prize orchids so I called Rigos Windows.Rigo and Rose were both great to work with. Rose set up my estimate appointment and helped me with all my questions about ordering. Rigo was responsive and timely with his estimate and explained the installation process. Once my garden window was delivered from the factory it was installed the next day.The crew who did the installation were highly skilled professionals and did an excellent job.I will be calling again when I get the rest of my home re windowed.

Rigo’s crew arrived on time and efficiently started the job. The install was quick and went perfectly. The Milgrad windows are sturdy and well made…look great. The crew was very professional and cleaned the area completely. Rigo, who did the window measurements, was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Prices were reasonable compared to the estimate I got from a big box store. I will use his services again.

We are very pleased with our two windows replacement. The young workers were very professional, cleaned and took the time to go over the windows. Also, did soothing to our patio sliding door that is is easier to open. Thank thank you 🙏🤗

Rigos Windows and Patio Doors installed a new sliding glass door and screen in our home today. They arrived on time, were cordial, professional, efficient and thorough. The door and screen look great! Excellent communication throughout the process. Very competitive price.My 10-year-old daughter exclaimed, It looks like we have a new house!Five stars!
