I switched over to Rigo’s State Farm office because he was local, and once I met Rigo and his amazing team, I wish I would’ve done this year’s ago.I was honestly impressed with Rigo, not just by how professional and courteous and personable he was, but also from the numerous charities he works with, and that he gives back to the communitys and the local schools on a regular basis.And now I know this sounds like a commercial, but I do believe that sometimes people need to get credit when they go above and beyond.Not only that, but all of his office staff have similar work ethic. They’re all professional, knowledgeable, and have been nothing but polite and kind. I honestly look forward to working with Rigo and his amazing team for years into the future. Not just with my home, but also with my business insurance.

Recently switched over to State Farm and Luis Huerta made it even better! Not only was he fast paced but he was friendly and he went the extra mile to help me understand the policy I was getting! I also asked if i can get quotes for my boat and motorcycle and he was happy to help with those as well! I’d recommend Luis to anyone I know! Thank you!

I have been a State Farm client for over 40 years and have been completely satisfied the entire time. The past year was tough for me, with the storms in Wilton. State Farm has been outstanding in helping me with my losses. Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Luis Huerta in Rigo Delatorre’s office in Elk Grove. Luis was so helpful and is just another reason why I think State Farm is the best! I’ve been with State Farm for years now. And I’m with Rigo Delatorres office, and let me tell you I call them a lot and anytime I need anything they are always so helpful. Now they have this text feature and I absolutely love it. It’s so convenient now that I have a baby. I also recommend State Farm to anyone looking for car insurance.

As a previous vice president of a bank, I was a strong customer advocate.Having recently retired, and taking on the addition of a summer home near Lake Tahoe, I reached out for quotes on that property as well as all my other insurance needs, and the service I received from Cathie was Exceptional!She was knowledgeable, prompt, and attentive. My wife called and spoke to Cathie L Davis to have a new vehicle added to our insurance. Cathie was extremely helpful and professional. She took down all the information and told my wife she would investigate the best way to arrange the coverage and call her back.A short time later Cathie called my wife back with the information. She was able to get us the best deal possible. We have an umbrella policy covering our house and several vehicles. In addition, we recently added a teenager onto our policy.Cathie was able to get us the exact coverage we needed at a very good price. Her professionalism made the entire process very easy.

I kept seeing this ad asking if I needed SR 21 insurance and to contact this advertised company to get it. Not knowing what SR 21 even was, I called and talked to Shawn. Been back and forth with this guy on getting my insurance canceled. Every time I close my account he reopens it and try charging my credit card. Now he cant charge my card so he keeps sending notice of payment due trying to get money from a canceled account. Very unprofessional.
