I tell you a I dont usually go to cell phone shops where my phones break I usually throw them away and get a new one but I decided this time Id get it fixed and I shopped around and shopped around and I found this place here and let me tell you theyre the only reason I fix my phone now cuz this place they were courteous they were nice and inexpensive its a great place great policy and good people

I have been to a different repair facility and have them replace the battery on my K92 LG phone and the battery they gave me was defective not why I didnt go back to the other place but I came here they replaced the battery gave me a discount because I had to buy a second battery in less than a month and they had it done in 45 minutes really great customer service really friendly people I would recommend this place because I will certainly go there from now on to get what I need for my phone

Excellent work, they replaced my damaged screen a few months back, then recently my battery would not hold charged and they ordered a new battery replaced it at a great price. I will recommend this place always.

It said it was open and it wasnt, had a number to text for service and didnt get answer when I texted till like 2 hours after. Dont know if the service is good but not professional at all for sure.

My visit to Right There Cell Phone Repair was fantastic. The young man explained to me everything I asked about on the why certain things cant be done, what can I do or need to do before my repair. The repair was done in a timely manner. Excellent service and excellent pricing.

I’ve gotten two repairs from this place in total. First repair in 2019 and second in 2021 and I have to say the quality of service is still perfect. The prices are very good and the repair is speedy. I hope to not have a broken/damaged device in the future but I know where to go to have it fixed. 10/10 I would say this is the best tech repair shop in Perris

I went in today with my iPhone 13 pro max which had a busted screen. They surprised me by having my phone ready in what felt like less than an hour. Happy to have a great business like this around the corner. Definitely recommend them

The technician promised that he would perform the repairs in 20 minutes and he was done within 15 minutes. The screen looks like It did when I bought the phone two years ago I am very pleased with the service. I no longer have the lines going through my screen in multiple colors. Very cool.

Rene was amazing went in last moment and was out in less than 20 minutes with a brand new screen and camera price was fair actually most affordable out of all the places I called and been too definitely coming back because I’m so clumsy with my phone so I know I’ll break it again in about 2 weeks lol definitely recommend!

I am Jasmine (using my daughters account) I was a first time customer referred by my sister. I came to get my iphone fixed. I was having issues with my touchscreen and typing . It just kept freezing on me. I got there during opening time, had a small issue where i had too wait for the store too open. Turns out after calling one of the other three locations that they were having things going on. But the technician on the phone let me know they would send someone to my location and he arrived quickly.I went in and the technician was great. They even accommodated me for my time. Giving me a discount and a free temper glass .He was fast literally 15 mins to fix my phone. Very friendly and very kind. I was in and out and I’m extremely happy with the service. Thank you Right there repair you are amazing . Forever customer here .

I had a broken screen, broken speaker, and broken Face ID (there’s a more complex name but you get the point) . They presented me with all my options with the prices-not just me getting all three fixed . I decided to get 2 out of the 3 done since I never use Face ID anyway(trust issues lol). They were quick and very nice people. I know I’ll be going there more in the future

Do not come to this shop horrible service I brought my son phone to get fixed they said they needed a week came back after a week still not done said they needed another week and told them okey came back and the phone was not even touched when ask for my son phone back they gave me another customers phone instead of my son phone they couldn’t find the phone when they got ahold of the phone I still had to wait till they brought it from Montclair when I received the phone the home button was broken took it to another shop when they open the phone up all the screws and pieces were missing horrible experience save the trip the new shop took an hour to fix the problem while it took this one more than a week and wasent even fixed and the employees are rude ask directly to speak with the manager seem like his employees run the show instead of him......
