I have worked with Right Now Air and Solar for the past 4 years in property management.Nothing says professionalism more than this team and their work!From start to finish they were prompt (arrived early and were ready to work), professional (cared for the home as if it was their own explained things to maintenance and the resident), with quality workmanship (the work areas were all cleaned, checked to make sure everything functioned).As a property manager I appreciate a business relationship such as this from the quality service technicians that diagnosed the issues, to the installation team, the office, and dispatchers, where would we be without you?Very uncomfortable from the Heat or Cold!

Outstanding service. My wife and I were having issues with 3 year old A.C unit. My wife called Right Now AIR & Solar a little earlier than 5pm and Ramon came out the next morning. Ramon was extremely knowledgeable and outgoing while remaining professional. The best service weve received in a very long time. Pricing was great compared to others who take advantage and over charge you. We will definitely continue to give our business to this company. Thank you!

Everyone from the initial tech who diagnosed my old system as needing replacing after trying everything to get the old on started, to the design tech who recommended me a system, the the back office staff, to the installers who were able to knock out the job in a day - I always felt like that they had my back. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and always available to talk options through.There were some small discoveries and additional work where I knew they lost some money but in all occurrences, they just took care of it which I very much appreciated.

Wyatt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the issue and fix it during the same visit. It was a Saturday and I originally booked an appointment for Monday online. They called me after booking the online appointment and said they could come the next day on Sunday. I always have great experiences with this company.

I have had experience with Right Now Air & Solar twice now. Seven years ago, they came out to my house when my AC would shut off each day at 6pm. Come to find out it was the electric companys lock from the prior owner. RNA&S was so helpful and kind back then. I made sure to contact them recently when my AC stopped working. We had just been thru 106F temps for a few days and my house just wouldnt cool down. RNA&S took our call after hours and set us up for a next day appointment. They called us the next day to let us know they were available earlier in the day. We are so grateful for their prompt and efficient service. The two technicians who arrived were personable and professional. After finding that they would need to return to help us once our coil defrosted, we were looking at Monday... it was Friday afternoon. We texted Wyatt Friday evening when the coil defrosted and he came right over. Within 15 minutes on a Friday night, he was at our home while I survived out in the car with AC. He went straight to work and got our AC blowing 20 degrees COOLER than it was blowing before. Its now COLD in our house! Wyatt is exceptionally articulate having taken the time to let us know what he was doing and got done. He explained the cost of each part of the job in labor and in parts down to the cost of the type of liquid he used by weight. There were no surprises and we trusted him and his recommendations. Only having met Wyatt one time, we have no doubt that one day he will be his own boss. I only wish I could tell his parents too! RNA&S made a great decision in hiring him and having him represent their business. I will recommend Right Now Air & Solar to all of my friends and family.

The technician came to the house was very professional knows the trade hard working and honest. I have been in construction 42 years 20 as a carpenter and 22 years as a superintendent so I always see if I can catch the worker in an flaws and there was none with this technician honest and knows his trade. Tech Kevin was on time and very thorough.He walked me through our unit, showing me pictures, and explaining in detail exactly what he found. And what he recommended. He did not try to upsell me or pressure in anyway. He was Very pleasant and thorough..We haven’t had any actual work done on this unit. We are still mulling over estimates and options. But I have used Right Now Air in the past, they installed a quiet whole house fan that we absolutely love. It makes the summers in Vacaville bearable.The office staff who answered the phone and set appointments, and give info are always pleasant and helpful also.

We have always received amazing service from every technician with Right Now Air! Adam, Allen, and Jose were quick to respond when we inquired on an issue at our home. We appreciate the thoroughness and efficiency of each technician, and would recommend them to anyone for solar and heating/air. Update (May 2024): We ended up having them install a new HVAC for the house and a ductless mini split system upstairs. The men (Jesse, Drew, Ricky, Taylor, José and Oscar) got the job done in a single day and everything works perfectly looks great. Greatly appreciated.Original (April 2024): We were having a spot of trouble with our AC, which also needed a tuneup, so we called Right Now Air. I spoke with both Adam and Amy and they were very accommodating with information and scheduling. They sent out Ramon and Raul to check out our unit - who were professional, knowledgable and thorough.We have had them around multiple times before and will definitely continue to call on them for our HVAC needs.

The roof lead, Taylor Patton, was polite and explained the areas of the house that they’ll be working on and how many team members were going to be helping. Before he entered my home, he asked if I wanted him to take his shoes off. He was patient and polite and waited for me to get my dog situated. Taylor also explained that the technician that will be going up in the crawlspace will make sure to clean up behind before he leaves. He alerted me when, the work was done and explained what they did before he left.

Thank you very much.On Wednesday, 9/27, Ken came out for a site inspection prior to the heat pump install. Thank you Ken for your thoroughness and patience answering our questions. It made a difference.On Tuesday 10/3, Ricky and crew came out and installed the heat pump. It’s a tough job and a long day, but they did great. Patient and persistent and thorough, with attention to detail. And sealing all the ducts was great. And thank you for answering our questions throughout the day. All your hard work is much appreciated.On Monday 10/30 Ricky came out to troubleshoot a ‘heat pump in heating mode blowing cold air out the vents’ problem. In 10 minutes he diagnosed and fixed the problem - a building inspector had checked fuses in a fuse box for the compressor, but when putting the fuses back in the fuse box had not seated them correctly. Thank you Ricky, great job.December 2023We have a 2 zone air source heat pump. Recently had a problem where the register air flow in one of the zones was reduced to 10% of normal, and the ecobee thermostat displayed the message, “aux heat has been disabled to save on energy costs”Note to reader: we do not have auxiliary heat to the heat pump,So Ricky and Ken figured out that aux heat had been incorrectly configured on the ecobee thermostat (along with some aux heat settings), so there was a call for aux heat when none was available. This eventually resulted in the thermostat message “aux heathas been disabled…” message and the reduced air flow in one of the zones.When aux heat was removed from thermostat configuration and related settings adjusted, zone air flow returned to normal.Thank you Ken and Ricky.April 2024In the 2 zone configuration, with the downstairs zone ON but idle, the upstairs zone got a call for heat. Upstairs zone then heated to completion and stopped normally. Now the downstairs zone got a call for heat, turned ON, but the zone’s airflow was reduced to about 35% of normal.This problem was not easily reproducible.When the problem was finally able to be reproduced at will, Ken was able to diagnose it as a bad air duct damper. There are 2 dampers, and 1 damper had a bad motor/spring assembly that was (sometimes) preventing the damper from fully opening.The damper assembly was replaced and the airflow to both zones is functioning normally. Thank you Ken, much appreciated.

Our heat stopped working 2 days after Christmas. Right Now came out right after we called. When the part wouldn’t be available until the next day they brought us 2 powerful space heaters to use so our little ones wouldn’t freeze and we could stay at home. They came first thing the next day and completed the install. Great experience with them like always.

Ever since my first interaction with Right Now Air (RNA), they’ve been incredible. The folks that come out are friendly, hard working, and care deeply about the project. Jalen was my most recent interaction, he was there to see through our solar inspection and to finish up a couple small things left. While we unfortunately did not pass due to an incompetent inspector, Jalen remained incredibly professional and level headed, even when I began to lose my cool with the inspector. He was very thorough in making sure everything was working well and explaining how to do better homeowner maintenance. They were able to get us an appointment within 2 hours of making the call!The technician, Brandon, did a phenomenal job. Very thorough, very clear, obvious experience and expertise with how the system works. The exact cost and utility of the various repair options we were presented with was very clearly laid out and explained. Brandon did the work and showed me each of the new parts and how to tell they were working as intended. He made sure the whole system was working again and once again made sure I understood and agreed to all the charges exactly before he charged me anything. I called Right Now Air to get a second opinion and estimate for replacing my heating and air conditioning units. The first company I called (a vacaville company) said the units couldn’t be repaired since they are both nearly 18 years old, and that I would have to replace them. Right Now Air was very responsive and Aaron showed up on time. Within 20 minutes he had the units both running perfectly and told me that it was my thermostat that was the issue. I don’t know if I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with a more honest company! I was so relieved that I didn’t have to take out a loan to pay for all new units right now. Now I know exactly who to call whenever I need ANY of the services they provide. No more searching reviews on Yelp and other sites! Wyatt was the technician that came to my house to troubleshoot my ancient AC system that shut down during a heatwave. It needed a small repair as a temporary fix and Wyatt was able to reconnect a wire, checked all of the vents in the house and installed a new filter that needed to be changed. He soon had it running again. In between the things he was doing he kept checking to make sure it was still up and running. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I need to also add that the customer service person who set my appointment this morning was also very nice and she was empathetic to my situation. Excellent customer service makes such a difference. Brandon came to my home later than was said via text. He had a very fowl odor that was way too overpowering to ignore made me sick believe it or not. Not a worksman smell but bad breathe elaborated. Right Now Air installed a complete system 6ish years ago. Deluxe system with allergy filter, dual zones, Wi-Fi thermostats, etc. Has worked flawlessly until a couple days ago. My appointment was scheduled at 2p and received a text message that someone is on the way. Stu came in at 1130am earlier than expected. Stu diagnosed the issue on ourtroubled furnace and performed required repairs. Our heater is now functional and operational. Repair was completed with the removal of a receipt and a candy wrapper.Was advised of A/C system cleaning for approximately $630. Twice asked about signing up for monthly service. Plus another service for over $400. I’m my opinion, way too much upwelling. At least the noise from the two pieces of paper has been alleviated.

Technician came on Friday afternoon for an estimate. Said he we would get me a written estimate Monday since it was going into the weekend. Waited all day Monday and got nothing. Called Tuesday the next to see if the technician could send it over so I could review and compare with my wife. Got nothing back. Finally spoke to a nice lady Carrie on Wednesday. The tech sent it over and their wasn’t much detail to it. Would like to do business with them but seems like they didn’t want my money. Also, not sure what their guidelines are but he wasn’t wearing a mask nor did he wear any foot bottles going into my house.

Of course, hottest day of the year, one of our A/C units stopped performing, no cold air. And of course, it was after hours, approximately 5:15 PM. Decided to call Right Now Air and leave a message, get in line and hope for some type of response, but understanding, it was after hours and hottest day of year. To my surprise, within minutes, I received a text scheduling a next day appointment. Following day, Right Now Air technician, Stu arrived, two hours early, immediately diagnosed the issue and completed the necessary repair. Stu was super awesome and super efficient!!! Thank you again to Right Now Air!!!On a side note, I also left a voice message with Dependable Heating & Air in Dixon. In 2000, they originally installed our two HVAC systems in our house. In 2010, they upgraded both HVAC systems. Sadly, I have yet to receive any return call.Again, Thank You to Right Now Air!!!

I really appreciated the communication between RNA and myself. They texted and called to remind me and gave me updates. My tech Kevin arrived on time. He was professional, very nice, and well prepared for the job. I liked that he showed me the different parts of our heater and after explained how I could help the heaters efficiency. I was not pressured to buy anything however he did suggest alternative filters than I currently have. Thanks to Kevin I am looking into the new Halo system. I would highly recommend RNA to friends and family as I was extremely happy with my over all experience with them.

They came within a couple hours of calling unlike several other places I had contacted. The service tech Edgar was honest and professional. He informed us quickly that another technician with more experience of older units would need to evaluate and explained some of the problem as he could tell. Only drawback for us at that point is that we didn’t receive an instant estimate for repairs and that a recommendation for replacement of both the AC unit and furnace was what he thought would end up having to happen. Though he gave us different verbal amounts, (which ended up being much less than he had said at that point). The salesman ended up giving us the inspection and estimate after his own thorough review. His estimate was the first we have officially received so I can’t comment on comparable quotes yet. The service included more than just installation, and all of the other ducts would be sealed as well as replacing any ducts or vents that needed it. Also a guarantee of services (equipment(20yrs) and labor(1yr) Up to this point, they have been an overall good company with quality products, and great employees who are good at communicating their knowledge. We are definitely considering them as a good standard to go off of when comparing costs, time until Install, professionalism, and equipment quality. I would recommend them and hope to update this post with more info.

He was very knowledgeable and straightforward with the issue and the pricing which seemed reasonably.He was not pushy and he was pleasant.I then made an appointment to have a design technician to quote a project e from r a new furnace. I visited their website and used their live chat option to request an appointment to get my AC fixed. Mason gathered info quickly and passed it along professionally, and within 20 minutes I got a call from Mimi who was very personable and scheduled me an appointment for the end of this week. 15 minutes later she called me back and rescheduled for an earlier opening today, 3 days sooner than I expected. Santos called this morning and asked if it was okay to come before my appointment time, because he was running early. He came out and had my AC up and running before my original appointment slot time even started, and did a comprehensive check on all of my systems. He let me know options between routine maintenance, possible repairs to extend the life of my old unit, and all the way up to upgrades to my whole system that were very intriguing. He handled the visit to my chaotic house with professionalism and friendliness. I didnt feel pressured into anything, the repair and visit was very affordable, and I will be doing more business with this company in the future!
