This is a new system for me and it has more features than i ever knew. Im not used to a program that provides so much in one space, so naturally i realized i have redundancies and could get rid of other programs i pay for, as Ricochet 360 would replace it. Melissa has been what im just going to call my partner rep. She has gone above and beyond with any requests or questions ive had. I explained what i needed to use this system for, and she listened carefully before making a suggestion and holding my hand through the restructuring process I desperately needed to do. I want her to come work for me, shes that good! Ricochet 360 also has a live zoom chat feature where at anytime during business hours i can access a live support rep through zoom. I have never seen any other organization utilize a feature like this, and it has made this the easiest learning process ever. Great product by people who have thought of everything and hired the right people.

Please dont waist your time with this company. Their customer service is not great. One of the things I don’t agree with is that their program goes down often. This will affect your agency.When you have an issue, it doesn’t get resolved. You will have to constantly follow up with them to take care of the issue you are having.I didn’t sign up and agree to have these issues.Even after the problems that occur with the program, they they make it impossible to cancel the service.

Ive gone through the training and will starting using this auto dialer in coming weeks. Kemi helped with hands on training. Our company has been using Ricochet for about 6 months now and we love it! The platform is flexible and allows for setting things up just the way you need.Using this platform has saved our development team countless hours in building out a contact solution for us. Our callers find the platform easy to use, and are having more success in getting contacts....which is greatly due to the Spam Guru feature that keeps our phone numbers out of the spam arena!!Jonathon and the rest of the support team have been extremely responsive and helpful when we have reached out. I had a very bad experience with them, they made it impossible to cancel my service and simply showed no care for my circumstance, its sickening to see how they allow for companies like this to do business when they basically are willing to keep stealing from customer and not have the company properly set up to help the clients. No way possible to contact their billing department, they do not take phone calls. Company is structured poorly and have no way to provide quality customer service.

I sat in on many demos, sales calls and ultimately landed on Ricochet360. This is by far, the most turn-key CRM and dialer all in one system that also includes automated texting and email campaigns!Yes, there might more robust platforms out there like Salesforce, but unless you are willing to cut a 6 figure check up front to build out your processes, Ricochet is the way to go!Furthermore, the support staff is amazing. They are friendly, respond quickly and if there are any ticket items to address, you will have an answer within 24 hours, but most likely a couple hours.Schedule a demo with them, compare their pricing, and I promise you, you will be glad you did.I was able to build out both lending campaigns as well as real estate acquisition campaigns simultaneously through their system.
