Rick is a consummate professionalism and expert commercial real estate broker. Rick Pearson is tops in the field of commercial real estate and a person of the highest quality and utmost integrity. Rick worked tirelessly to secure a new and appropriate facility for our large family services organization and understood and worked with all of the challenges that non-profit organizations face. Not only was Rick an advocate in the lease negotiations, he also accessed his wide network of expert project managers, designers, and FFE reps on our behalf to ensure that tenant improvements, build out and furnishing was all done so that the needs of the organization were well met and then some. Rick Pearson is on of the finest commercial real estate brokers I have ever met and truly a phenomenal tenant broker. I have worked extensively with Rick over the past ~ 7 years and completed over a dozen lease transactions in four different cities in three states and currently involved in another building search. He also helped with numerous other searches, including ParisRick has always advocated for us, the tenant, and he has saved us at least $1MM in lease payments over the course of the many transactions we’ve done together. He has a terrific knowledge base, extraordinary customer relations skills, a wide circle of industry contacts and the respect of all the executives at my firm and the broker community/colleagues he’s worked with.He has traveled with me for site selection to the Silicon Valley, Maryland and Colorado numerous times.
