Heres how we came to work with Rick Fuller and his amazing team. Over a year ago we went to a few open houses to get our heads around how much things cost. We saw a home that Rick himself was showing... and it was beautiful! We werent ready to move on anything at that time but Rick was beyond courteous and welcoming. He engaged with us even though we werent ready to buy that minute, he still gave us his time and attention and made us feel very welcome. Now here we are this year and ready to try to buy... we had no doubt where wed like to go for help doing so. We reached out to Rick Fullers office and were paired with Julie Jackson as our realtor. Julie from day 1 was AMAZING and everyone along the way was as well. We told her how we came to them and why. We had the best experience all around. Who knew selling a house could be so easy?!! I dont think there was a single thing during our selling process that could have been improved upon. Wendy and her staff took care of every little detail in getting the house ready for sale. We barely had to do a thing other than to approve estimates. We thought we would have to spend a lot more to prepare the house but Wendy assured us that the house didnt need all that work. She was spot on because not only did we sell the house for more than we were expecting, the Rick Fuller team found us a buyer even before the house was scheduled to go on MLS. The entire process was unbelievably quick and painless. I wish we had another house for Wendy and her team to sell for us!

We rented a property through Rick. When I indicated I wanted to rent, he immediately got started with providing the exposure needed to advertise it, He was very patient and detailed when going through the plethora of papers for our rental agreement. He made every effort to find me the right tenant.I also bought my current property from Rick as well; and that was also a good experience for the same reasons mentioned above despite the difficult circumstances.Angelic and Linda were wonderful support people always handling us professionally and either answering my questions or obtaining answers. Both Linda and Rick kept me apprised weekly of the latest activity on my account.I would certainly use his services again if I had a property to sell.

Rick is simply the best! We decided to sell our home and first went with an agent that was known to our family for sometime. We got very disappointed because she was not fighting for us, she took long to communicate and when she did, she would give half baked information. She was always coming up with excuses for the house not selling for example; there are way too many homes on the market, your house lacks this/lacks that and so on. This was very troubling because the market was a sellers market, homes similar to ours were being sold off in seven days. This went on for over a month and we decided to get a more experienced and proven realtor and there came Rick. He visited our property and the first thing he said was this home is going to be an easy and fast sale. He arranged the first open house over the weekend and the following Tuesday we had an offer and the same folks bought our home. He did the opposite of what our first agent was doing, he was very aggressive and not passive, he did not just sit and wait for clients to call, his office has buyer and seller agents who do round the clock marketing of your home. They were always calling me to set up appointments for people to come and view the home which is a very good because some sloppy agents relay on just open houses. I highly recommend Rick and his team and next time we are shopping, we will definitely use their services again.

We have purchased two homes from him, and had him vet our tenants for our rental property. They responded quickly and professionally and in 1 week we had a new tenant and a signed lease. Turn around on rental properties can be costly; especially if you dont get a tenant who will treat your property as their own. Finding a good tenant can be a long and drawn out process. People always try to negotiate the price or want to trade labor for rent.I suggest to keep clear of all that and go with Rick and his Team. Its been money well spent towards getting our rent. In hindsight I think we shouldve used a real estate agent that spoke our language and had cultural awareness from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. There were areas that couldve been improved. We experienced a lot of frustration trying to purchase because this was all new to us. Our parents were co-buyers, but we had difficulty explaining all of the complexities to them because we cant translate this type of stuff well (were American born). We already noticed from the first meeting that there was little patience with us since it took time for us to digest the info and translate back to our parents. There was little concern that it was important for our parents to understand and be part of the process, they are co-buyers after all! And the worst part about it was the lady that we were stuck with from Supreme Lending would not listen, often calling to speak with us about financial terms rather than putting things in writing. On more than one occasion, I was standing in middle of a store, trying to jot many things down she was quickly spewing to me and then having to remember all of it to try to translate to our parents later. This is despite requests for her to put things in writing/email to us instead. Things worked out in end, we got a new rep from Supreme, but I feel that our Rick Fuller real estate agent shouldve taken a more active role in advocating for us, identifying issues and understanding our needs, especially since this is the finance people that they chose for us, they cant just be a fly on the wall.

Rick really knows our area. I kept calling him the king of the Far East Bay. He did a tremendous job and turned a normally complicated, tiresome process into a smooth one.
