Rick is one of the best real estate agents you’d ever work with. My wife and I have been working with him since 2018 and bought a home in November 2023. He has always been resourceful, gives great advice, pays attention to details, and most of all, he makes it fun with his beloved personality. Buying a home is stressful but he makes sure we are taken care of while not staying TOO stressed! He is an excellent communicator who makes sure all of our questions are answered. He made our home buying experience the best it could be, along with his recommended lender. If you want an exceptional home buying or selling experience, Rick Albert is THE agent! Rick was a phenomenal realtor, we cant say enough great things about working with him. It was our first time buying and we had a lot of specific requests/ideas about our first house, but he went above and beyond finding and showing us a range of options. He was very patient with all our questions and was always professional. Also we really appreciated that he knew a lot about renovations and those costs, he was able to spot things quickly when we viewed the houses and once we found the one, connected us to a lot of great contractors that we are now using for renovations. Would definitely use him again and are recommending him to all our friends, hes the best!

I have known Rick and his family for a fairly long time, and they have always been very nice and fair people. So when it came time to look into purchasing a home, I didnt have any doubts. Rick was super accommodating and we looked at a ton of houses, and due to my own indecisiveness, never even purchased one at that time. But thats the kind of guy he is, he will help you out no matter what, and no pressure. When it came time to make a sale, I was able to again use Ricks help and I was very impressed with the entire experience. With just a quick walk through, he gave me clear and honest feedback about the things i should fix and update to improve the sale (things i never would have even thought of myself, or that i didnt think would matter--but did matter). He also provided recommended timing for the best market/sale and other things to take into account. The pictures turned out awesome. When we talked pricing, I was thinking something different initially from Rick was, but he gave me his honest thoughts, listened to what I had to say, told me our options and his recommendations, and let me choose ultimately where we should list it. And it could not have worked out better as things still came in better than expected. I am sure I am not the easiest guy to work with on this sort of stuff, so I am super grateful for the help from Rick and I could not have asked for things to go any easier. Its clear he knows what hes doing and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Rick is the best agent we ever had. He is extremely patient and responsible. As a first time home buyer, we had tons of questions and didnt even know where to start, but Rick explained everything clearly which really helped us get the process started. He has also been very responsive for communication which is crucial in this hot market.When we were comparing different houses, Rick shared his expertise and gave us lots of professional advices which helped us narrow it down. He helped us all the way from house hunting, comparing, bidding and escrow and he even gave us good advices for remodeling, we trust Rick a lot. If any of my friend needs referral for an agent, Rick will be the one and only on my list.

Rick Albert is the best Realtor hands down. I recently worked with Rick to purchase a condo. He was able to provide the white glove support that many other Realtors lack within the industry. In my particular situation, time was of the essence. Rick was able to provide a large variety of listings to visit each week which allowed me to accelerate my search for the perfect place without having to sacrifice getting my money’s worth.Every step of the way Rick was able to provide the pros and con of each listing. At the end of the shopping process, Rick provided a thorough analysis of the property that we were going to put in an offer for which ranged from the walkability aspect to surrounding businesses and prospected resale value.Through each step of the way, Rick was extremely responsive and paid attention to the small details which made the process go very smoothly. He made every effort to take care of everything such as turning a print, sign, scan, return into a docusign. Each step of the way, Rick was pressuring the seller to offer more and more discounts and repairs which was able to add thousands in value during the escrow process.For every step of the process, Rick had a trusted referral which offered better deals than I could find on my own. I always looked for multiple quotes every step of the way and Rick’s referrals beat out all others in each situation.I will be going back to Rick for all my real estate needs.

Rick Albert is the best realtor any homebuyer could ask for. He is an expert in the LA housing market and he can back up his knowledge with data and years of experience. His professionalism is outstanding; he responded promptly to every question I had. He was organized, which made house hunting effective (he arrived ahead of time for each showing and had alternate options lined up). As a client, I felt heard and never pressured or swayed in any way. From day one, I told Rick what I wanted in a home home, and its because of him Im a homeowner today. I can not say enough about our experience finding our forever home with Rick Albert. Not only was he accommodating in getting us to view the homes we were interested in, but he really made us feel heard.Buying a home is already stressful, but I am so glad we had Rick as our secret (well not so secret now) weapon! He was able to juggle multiple showings, appointments, offers and communication so that we felt well-informed and supported throughout the entire experience. Rick paid close attention to what we wanted, but also to what we were seeing and experiencing so that he could be the support we needed to get the home we wanted.He kept the journey exciting and interesting, but also made sure we were happy with each decision we made along the way. What an amazing agent! As a first time home buyer I read a lot of horror stories. I was definitely afraid to begin this process but I will admit Rick made this process so smooth I cant even believe it.We began this process with Rick with a scheduled zoom meet and greet. During this time we were able to review our needs and wants, and budget. We reviewed all of our expectations and he hit the ground running. In a few hours we had a list of properties that met our criteria.Rick Would gently give his opinion or notify us if he found a true cause for concern (which is what we wanted). He never pressured, forced, or coerced us to make a decision.Rick is extremely transparent and a great communicator, he definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions always assuring that you have a clear understanding of the entire process.I feel so blessed that my husband found Rick, his communication style, vision, and level of expertise and experience is everything I had hoped for in an agent. There is no doubt we will be working with him again when we look to purchase a second property.He also set us up with the most amazing lender. Rick really knows real estate.

Rick and his team were absolutely amazing! Before looking at homes we had several over the phone discussions and an in person meeting to see what we were looking for. Rick was very patient and had no problem telling me what was or wasnt realistic! He worked it out so that when we were ready to, he showed us several houses all in the same day. Shortly after that we decided on a home and he gave us a realistic number to offer based on previous sales in the area. We decided to go with his number and after they countered we agreed on a price BELOW ASKING PRICE! After this his work was not done, he was consistently there any time I had questions and scheduled all of the suggested home inspections. After we received the results he took the time to thoroughly explain what each part meant and what was reasonable to request the seller to credit/fix.Not only was Rick amazing, but his team helped us a lot!! Paul, another realtor in his office helped us while we were struggling to get Wells Fargo to comply with timelines. Paul has a mortgage background so he was able to explain forms to me that Wells Fargo was requesting from me. Paul had no problem being tough with my Loan Officer in order to help us close on time. Wells Fargo was a nightmare but Paul and Ricks knowledge and help made it so we were able to move along quickly. Without them I probably still wouldnt have closed.You know that Rick and LAMERICA realty is good when the Glen Oaks Escrow told me that he was always on top of it and a dream to work with!

As a first-time homebuyer the journey was daunting. However, Rick Albert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the market, which made the process painless! During our first meeting he offered a wonderful step-by-step prestation to the road of homeownership. He created a timeline for me to keep me accountable on my financial goals. I’ve known Rick Albert for over 10 years as a friend and business colleague. We reviewed and analyzed over 100 homes, submitting over 30 offers. During our search, Rick was determined, had a can-do attitude, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Recently I sold a condo that Rick helped me with all the aspects of Real Estate, it is the same condo the Rick helped me purchase several years ago. Rick had made the process as easy as it gets, due to his vast knowledge of the real estate in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley. Rick proved to be a one stop shop with everything from the negotiation via the escrow and recommending services such as chimney repair and painters. Rick has a high level of integrity and will always give you choices about how to proceed. Rick is always prepared and on-time for the showing. As a first time home buyer, I am so glad I had Rick Albert by my side! Hes super smart, very thorough, and incredibly well-prepared. He not only has an ability to anticipate the market, but he can also anticipate his clients and their needs. He is also patient. Buying a home is scary and intimidating. Rick gets that and can go as quickly or as slowly as you need. He will answer all your questions very patiently and clearly. He also prepares you and gets you ready for those high pressured moments of negotiating or entering/closing escrow. It almost felt like I was his only client, which I know I was not! What sets Rick Albert apart from many other realtors out there is that he is an real estate investor himself and he understands what investors are looking for. He is also one of the most professional, customer focused and kind person I’ve ever met. He was able to identify a deal, showed me all the data to helped me make purchase decision based on numbers instead of emotions, and even helped me negotiated a price below asking in a super competitive seller’s market. During escrow he was on top of everything and got it closed days before deadline even with all the uncertainties during the COVID-19 pandemic. After the purchase he was very kind to help calm my fears and buyer’s remorse as a rookie investor and get me back on the right investor mindset. Now I’m enjoying great appreciation and cash flow on my first investment property and can’t wait to grow my portfolio with his help. Rick showed up every day we worked with him with his research done on every property that he showed us and gave us wonderful advice on each.
