I brought Richard my sons PC. He wanted to install a SSD and tried it on his own with no luck. Richard installed the drive and Windows 10 at our request and my son has never been happier! He has been complaining about needing a new computer for the last year. For a fraction of the price of a new computer it’s like it’s new! Thank you Richard. P.S. He is also super nice and a professional! We will go back to him without hesitation.

Richard provides fast, trustworthy service every time for my tech requests. I’ve needed last-minute or same day data transfers and he’s always very prompt to assist. His assistant Sybel also checks in, schedules and follows up efficiently after services. Two thumbs up!

Great experience - I really felt like Richard was first and foremost trying to help me solve my internet installation problems. He was happy to consult on the phone, patiently waited while I got my act together after advising on the equipment and pre-work I needed to do, and then promptly arrived on time and assisted with excellent professionalism and reasonable prices. My computer stopped working at a crucial moment. Richard figured out a problem with the video card, and even lent me a video card while its replacement was en route. Great service, and they are highly professional, would recommend!

Richard is very knowledgeable and can fix any issue you throw at him, even User error! He saved my data, replaced the failing hard drive and rebuilt all the workhorse elements in my laptop. I essentially have a new computer for a fraction of the cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was in a bind and Richard got me back up and running without any headaches. He was honest and up front with pricing. We got a new printer and 3 new computers at work. We had our own private domain emails etc. Richard got the printer setup with all its functions, + scan to email which is more difficult when using private business emails. It was no sweat for Richard. Lastly he copied over all data from the old computers to the new ones and created extra hot keys and tabs to make our lives a little easier. Thank you Richard!

THANK YOU Richard for rescuing my precious photo memories. I took him two dinosaur iMacs that wouldn’t even start and Richard handed me back a little thumb drive with all my data. I would highly recommend Richard to troubleshoot and fix your PC regardless of platform. He is remarkably knowledgeable and comes prepared with all the gadgets required for the job. i.e cables, tools. My laptop just stopped working and wouldn’t power up. It was over 8 years old and I knew it was time to replace it. Richard was able to save all my data and advise me on choosing a new laptop. He transferred all my files and helped me set up Google Drive and use Spotify. (My son in law said I needed to update my approach and use the cloud!) Also very punctual and professional.
