Awesome! It was my first visit and even though I knew I was going in for a serious procedure, and I was in extreme pain, the way they went about the process and how they explained everything made it almost not that bad and I almost forgot I was in pain! In the end though it was a mission complete and they did an excellent job! The thing that surprised me the most was that I went in as a cash pay because I don’t have dental insurance and the price they gave me was actually great compared to other, less comforting places I’ve been too! Keep up the great work everyone! I will be back!

Cozy and friendly environment with superb service. Gen, the hygienist was extremely personable and very gentle.Dr. Suarez spend the time to explain based on the imaging and his findings, what works needs to be done.In the past, Ive dentis over charging for works that I didnt even needed.If you are looking for an awesome dentist, this is it!!!

I had a dental emergency and having just moved to this area I had no dentist. I choose to make an appointment with Dr Suarez’s office because I had received his flyer in the mail. I had no idea if that was a good choice but I had a broken bridge. I received absolutely excellent care by Dr Offman who worked on me for two hours. I left with a temporary bridge and a new permanent dentist. The entire staff was friendly and caring. Dr Offman and his assistant were excellent and concerned and very competent.

It was my first time at this office. I highly recommend it to everyone. They are very family oriented and care very much about military families. Dr Suarez was very attentive and friendly. Everyone in the office was friendly as well. Im glad I choose this office to take care of my teeth.

Every staff are kind and caring. My first time in this office a week ago Dr. Offman is very good with his work . He explained everything and what was needed to be done. And promised that it wont hurt. From the front desk person Lupe, who also explained everything about my insurance to the techs Vanessa and Cynthia that assisted and Caroline who gave me the appointment soon enough Not to forget April the Hygienist who took her time to answer my questions.. Going to the dentist is never easy especially if you are fearing some bad news. But I feel since Ive been visiting Dr. Suarez dentist appointments have been not so nerve wrecking. Thanks to a nice staff that makes the visits easy going and a staff thats always asking are you ok? Need a break? Makes me feel that its not just about getting patients in and out. I like that Dr. Suarez as busy as he is, always takes his time to say hello or bye even when Im just there for a cleaning. Thanks again everyone!!

This review is long overdue. I believe Ive been seen by Dr. Suarez and his staff for almost 10 years. Ive never stayed with a dentist this long because I was either disappointed with the service or scared because the dentist didnt have a gentle touch. Well, Dr. Suarez changed all that. He replaced the caps I had on my front teeth. This requires a shot, which was extremely painful the first time I had this procedure completed. This was not the case with Dr. Suarez. I didnt even feel the shot. He always takes the time to stop in to say hi, even if Im there for just a routine cleaning.This brings me to my hygienist, Annie. She is a wonderful hygienist, but an even better person. She always takes the best care of my teeth. I adore her.Lupe, who runs the front desk, is absolutely the best. She always greets me with a smile and has always been available to answer any questions that I have.I now live in Long Beach and will continue to commute to Dr. Suarezs office.I highly recommend Dr. Suarez and his amazing staff.

Doctors and staff are all amazing. Oldest son got his braces with them last year and have been very accommodating, professional, compassionate and friendly through his process. Today started taking my younger son and I previously took him to a childrens dentist but today he needed an extraction and I cant emphasize enough how appreciative I am of how the staff was with him. They were very patient, took their time to comfort him and walk him through process. I am very happy and thankful to have a dentist that we can trust and are happy with. Thank you to all the staff.

I searched many offices for my sons braces. I came to this office for a consultation, and left thinking how wonderful they all were but slightly too expensive for me. After searching other offices I realized you truly get what you pay for. I decided to go back and and have my sons services done with Dr. Suarez office. They are so professional, kind, attentive and extremely competent in all aspects of their jobs. Dr. Suarez has great bed side manners and made my son very comfortable. As a parent, it is greatly appreciated to have everything explained in detail and see the knowledge his staff possesses. My daughter gets her dental needs elsewhere but when she is up for check up, I am switching. Thank you not only to the doctor but the staff, which is vital and makes a practice even more successful.

I went to the office of Ricardo Suarez DDS to fix my broken tooth I had from a root canal done by another Dentist who didnt finish to do a crown on my tooth thats why it broke But the Dentist in Dr Suarez office was able to fix my tooth and repair it. also put the crown in. I was so pleased that they were able to save my tooth. It was broken to almost all my root was broken off, but it was great they were able to save my tooth Thank you very much. I had no pain either

Dr. Suarez and Dr. Offman are amazing! Best dental work I’ve ever had done. They where extremely patient and genuinely cared about how I felt after many fillings and a root canal and crown. Any adjustments to the work they did was free of charge and they made sure I knew I could come back as much as I needed if I still felt any pressure on any teeth. Vanessa and all the other assistants were so kind and very knowledgeable. Lupe and the other front desk angels made sure I had my schedule in hand every time I finished another procedure and were happy to remind me when my next appointment was if I lost the appointment card and had to call. I have been a patient of this Dentistry since 2000. The office is immaculate. All of their equipment is state-of-the-art. Everyone has my best interest in mind. I hate to ruin Dr. Suarezs 5 star rating. He is very good at what he does and its good that he does everything in-office instead of sending patients out. The 4 stars is that he does not offer any kind of payment plan. I am not able to get Care Credit for the amount of work that needs to be done. And Im not a rich woman. I have worked with other dentists who offered payment plans. I dont know why this is not the case here. I dont want to take my business elsewhere but I guess I have to. Disappointing.

Went for my quarterly hygienist visit today. Carolina greeted me at the front waiting area with her beautiful friendly smile as always, alerting April, my hygienist, that I have arrived. April is always on time, she did a excellent job examining/cleaning my teeth/gums as always. Facility is always emaculate clean & tidy in the front waiting area & inside in all the exam rooms. Dr. R. Suarez dentistry practice is great! Dr Suarez is compassionate, understanding and professional. The staff there are AWESOME. Always treated friendly. Everybody is helpful and happy. I had very bed teeth and gums and was embarrassed about that fact. They treat patients in such a way that I was comfortable and not so ashamed. They are understanding. I now have clean white teeth and a few fakes ones that match well. Soon I will be proud to smile without concerns or embarrassment. I have several crowns now and some partial dentures coming soon. Their fees for services are fare and they can work with patients on monthly installments. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist to others

When I first walked into Dr. Suarez’s dental office I didn’t know what to expect. Upon arriving I was greeted with a very warm and friendly smile by the receptionist. People usually say that they avoid the dentist. However the people in Dr. Suarezs office make the experience easy. There is no waiting. Your appointment time is always honored. Dr. Suarez is personable, professional and takes the time to answer any questions. Fortunately for me, most of my visits are for teeth cleaning. I called the office already when it was closed. I left a message and the next day they called me and I was able to be seen that day since I had a tooth that was bothering me. My 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Suarez. It couldnt have been a better experience. Dr. Suarez answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly, and I felt very comfortable with him performing the procedure. My daughter stated that she was extremely comfortable for the entire procedure. She had a mild sedative, nerve block and nitrous oxide. Dr. Suarez and his staff went over all of the home instructions in detail. Im happy to report that the next day my daughter only experienced minor discomfort which was controlled with ice packs and pain medication. I took her to several dentists who refused to see her because they had never seen an accident like hers before. Finally we found Dr. Saurez’ office. I emailed their office at 6am explaining my daughters injury, surprisingly they answered an hour later and were evaluating my daughter by 10 am. Everyone was so understanding and made my daughter feel so comfortable. They explained everything to us in detail and with empathy and care. Amazing! They are wonderful. I went to have my wisdom teeth removed all four of them! All the staff were very nice to me. Once I was all hooked up I got a bit nervous but they put on my favorite music so I can relax. That small act helped a lot. Very accommodating, at a certain point I kept falling asleep due to the medication but they were always kind and let me to know wake up; always kindly and never rude. I appreciated all thier hard work and thier hospitality. The procedure went well. The same afternoon the bleeding stopped and the swelling was minimal. The whole process was very smooth from them contacting my insurance and then sending my medication over to my choice of pharmacy. The days prior they texted me and kept me updated and reminded of the appointment time and pre care instructions. It was nice to be well informed.They sent me off and it was over all a pleasant and easy experience. Definitely recommend!

Post COVID they took my temperature upon arrival, provided hand sanitizer before entering the back office and ensured I didnt touch any handles upon entering or leaving the office. Went in for crown.First visit was absolute professionalism. They set me up with a temporary molar until my second visit.Came back for the second visit (final process) and I was warned It was going to be a bit of discomfort but the Dr. walked me through every moment and that made it a bit more tolerable. I have been a patient of Dr. Suarez for many years. He is highly professional & experienced and continues to educate himself on new dental procedures/techniques, using state-of-the-art equipment. I have had excellent experiences with his office manager, Lupe and dental hygienist, April. Before completing any work, they provide a written estimate, and there is no pressure to have work done.Last year I needed a crown, and it was completed in only one visit. Dr. Suarez creates the crown from a mold within a few hours (and there is no need for a temporary crown or 2nd visit). I was able to watch the procedure and was very impressed by his skill. The fit was perfect and, to this day, I cannot tell you which tooth he worked on. I will continue to rely on Dr. Suarez for my dental needs.

I have been a patient of the Suarez dental team for several years now. How do I spell relief from dental pain? R-I-C-A-R-D-O! Seriously! This man gives the best injections Ive NEVER felt! But, Im supposed to be writing about my dental hygiene visit yesterday, which was one of my triannual cleaning visits. April is my hygienist and she is just wonderful. She is upbeat, personable, very friendly, and can she get a tooth to shine!! She takes her time working on your mouth. You dont feel like your in the chair for 15 minutes and your done. No way! April takes her time and really gets in there with every tool in her arsenal! I have two implants and a bridge. She makes sure to get to those areas as if they were growing roots too! Please read and you’ll see why Dr. Suarez is the best!No one thinks about a dentist until they need one. Well, that is certainly the case with me.I had been going to another dentist in West Covina for close to 30 years. Unfortunately, and this is my fault, I became very busy with work and before I knew it a number of years had passed since my last visit. Eventually I noticed a cavity and promptly made an appointment.Needless to say, when I finally showed up at the dentist, they indicated I needed new x-rays before they could do any work. I am a notorious gagger and nothing they did would stop me from gagging. As a result, no x-rays were taken and no teeth worked on. Crazy isn’t it?They indicated they could have someone come in at a cost of $1,200 per hour to sedate me since they were not equipped. Not good.This is where Dr. Suarez starts entering the picture.No way was I going to pay for this specialized sedation at my current dentist since they were not properly equipped. I was now between a rock and a hard place. What do I do?Clearly I needed an alternative. You have to be crazy to pay that kind of money. I went on line using the internet and looked for someone who was more high tech and possessed the necessary sedation tools to get these teeth fixed.I am SO VERY HAPPY to have found out about Dr. Suarez and his practice. I never knew he existed and if I never had this gagging problem, I would not be writing this absolutely well deserved testimonial.I used Yelp to help me. After doing my research to see how he could help me with my specific gagging issue, I found out he used nitrous oxide as a sedation approach, along with other types.To make a long story start to end, he eliminated the gagging, did an exam, took the x-rays, filled a total of 3 teeth, and had cleaning performed. Hooray! Hooray! Hooray!I was astounded at how much better he was than my previous dentist. It’s like the difference between day and night! His entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They all had genuine smiles and seemed interested and concerned.However, most importantly - I did not feel a thing. Dr. Suarez comes across as a very professional, experienced, and skilled dentist. He and his team resolved all of my issues to the point where I can start over again knowing all my teeth are fine and I do not have to worry about them, just maintain them and not be an idiot.I am a very opinionated and hard grader of services. I usually write reviews to complain and warn others. Not this time.I have switched from my previous dentist, and indicated to my wife and son to also switch. I just wish I knew about Dr. Suarez years ago.Absolutely excellent!

As is commonly said, a good dentist is hard to find. Growing up with a mother in the dental field has made good dentists readily avaliable for my family. However, my search for a great dentist was never fulfilled until I met Ricardo Suarez DDS and his pleasant knowledgeable staff. My girlfriend who is deathly afraid of dentists and there pointy metal prongs introduced me to this oddly placed dental office on top of a Chase Bank. Dr. Suarez and his team have made every accommodation possible ranging from allowing me to hold my girlfriends hand through her cleanings to arranging the most convenient appointments. Thanks to all of their hard work my girlfriend is finally following up on all of her dental appointments. A generally known fact is the dentist can be frightfully as expensive as the buzzing of dental drills are to molars. Nevertheless, your smile wont fade even when it comes down to paying for all of the marvelous work done on your sparkling pearly whites because of there affordable rates and payment plans. When I first went to Dr. Suarez, I figured he would tell me what all the other dentist were telling me which was my teeth wouldnt qualify for Invisalign and after visiting 3 before him, he was the first to tell me that I did qualify and he did everything to help me with straightening my teeth after so many years and fixed a chip I had in my front teeth; his staff is amazing, they know you on a first name bases and you just feel at home there; very different than my other dental offices where your scared to even walk in the doors lol, but I have been recommending everyone to him and I hope they check this office outThank you guys, your all amazing

Dr. Suarez literally saved my son from possible esophageal cancer in the future. Dr. Suarez noticed some bone loss on 2 of my son’s back teeth during a regular exam for his braces. He sent us for a 3D scanning. It confirmed the problem. My son had also been complaining to our pediatrician about heartburn. Our pediatrician just recommended Tums and ignored the problem. But as a mom I wanted to know if the two symptoms had any relation. We switch pediatricians and we got a gastroenterologist involved. They did an endoscopy and they found that my son had acid reflex and eosinophilic esophagitis which if it’s left untreated in about 10-20 years down the road can increase the chance of becoming cancer of the esophagus.Dr. Suarez had noticed the bone loss with his naked eye . He’s an excellent dentist. I recommend him to all my family and friends. And the office staff are very caring and considerate with our school and work schedule when we try to find appointments. If you are considering this dentist for the first time, beware & be VERY careful! About a year & a half ago my husband & I were searching for a new dentist since we just moved into the area. I found Dr. Suarez online with only one bad review, the rest seemed really good, so we decided to take our chances.My husband went in 1st for a simple consultation & x-rays. He was never made aware of any charges, which seemed rightly so, since he knew that our insurance covered consultations, x-rays & cleanings twice a year. A few days later I had an appointment & the same thing. I was never made aware of any charges. I also had a cleaning though. When I was leaving after my cleaning, I was presented with a bill of over $180 for my husband & I. I was in a bit of shock since we were never told wed owe $, but decided to at least pay my portion of the bill because I wasnt quite sure. My husband was headed in for his next appt right after & I asked him about these charges, which again, we were never made aware of from the start. He was in shock as well, as our insurance SHOULD have covered this.Needless to say, he did not keep his 2nd appt, and after multiple delinquent bills & calls to Dr. Suarezs office, I was told that the remaining charge of $68 would be taken care of & we never heard from them since. Thinking nothing more of it, we kindly decided to part ways with this dentist.Fast forward a year & a half, and my husband & I ran our credit reports for a vehicle we would be purchasing only to find, to our surprise, a delinquent charge on his credit from a collections agency for $68 for Dr. Suarez!! Yes, the $68 that we were told by his office would be taken care of!This absolutely disgusted us! Beings that we will be buying a home very soon & cant afford this on our credit, we have since paid this amount & are waiting for it to be removed or marked as paid, but it should have never came to this.In conclusion, at first glance, Dr. Suarez & his staff seem extremely nice & friendly & exactly the type of dentist atmosphere you would appreciate, but come to find out, they are either just extremely incompetent or they are just out to take advantage of ppl.I wish we wouldve trusted what that 1 bad review said, because we ran into to same exact problem! We just hope that no one else falls victim to this dentist office.

I been coming here for about 6 years now. And all I can say is that I will never switch my Dentist. I love coming here, who really can say that right ?? But it’s really true. From the time you walk in your are welcomed in with a friendly smile and they already know your name so it makes you feel great. They have drinks and magazines and tv in the waiting room. Which you won’t really need unless your waiting for someone that is getting work done. Because the moment you get comfortable they call you in right way. The staff is excellent from the front office to the back.When getting work done they are always making sure that you are doing good. And also making sure that if you have any problem to let them know. My 13year old daughter loves coming here too. The one thing that I really love that they just started during is texting you a reminder on your up coming appointments. And on the day of they also send you reminder that they will see you soon.
