On a separate topic I asked if she could provide me copies of improvement documentation I had formerly provided to State Farrm. Our office had been doing business with Rick Weissinger State Farm Insurance Company for more than 35 years. During the pandemic, we closed down our office. My experience with this office, specially with Ms. Carole Cook, had been exceptionally delightful. She is very knowledgeable with her field of work, very prompt and professional in her service. Recently, when I have a personal home insurance matter that I consulted with her; since her office is temporarily not offering such insurance coverage, she even cared enough to go out of her way and referred me to a company that does. For over 20 years, I have used State Farm for my Home / Auto / Umbrella insurance and their staffs are always very professional and supportive. They will work for you to consider all points for your benefit, even if it will mean the Company will make less money. They would tell you how to do it without paying extra that is really not needed. They settled my claims promptly and honestly. Their adjuster is very friendly and professional. I once had a roof damaged that not every piece of shingles were blown off, yet State Farm offered me the amount to replace the whole roof. I think their price is also fair. I am very satisfied and would recommend using State Farm.

A local company office that I have been with since I got my license. My family is also with them. While they may not be the cheapest, they are convenient especially for accidents. Can always get a person answering the phone when you call, knowledgeable, and they take care of most of the accident paperwork and process for you (regardless of whos at fault - I keep getting bumped from behind).Customer service and responsiveness is State Farms best traits. Naturally, other companies may offer wider towing services, cheaper rates, etc, so youll want to shop around and compare based on your needs.Remember insurance is only used in an accident, so get a dash camera! Preferably 360 degree coverage to prove your case in case of disputes.

After my husband suffered a severe stroke and our house was burglarized a few years later, they were extremely helpful in processing our claim and reimbursement. Yesterday I was in a car accident, someone hit me. I called my insurance to file a claim. I called my agents office today to see how to go about getting the other persons insurance to pay for the body work. I was told by clearly someone who doesn’t care for his job, is probably there for the paycheck “well you should of called their insurance and filed a claim with them, since you filed with us, you’ll need to pay the deductible”.
