I recently visited R+H Aesthetic for a much-needed lip filler dissolving session(not from them)also not a huge procedure, but the overall experience was amazing.Upon entering the spa, I was greeted with a serene atmosphere, a pleasant aroma that immediately put me at ease. Skyler the front desk receptionist was so warm and welcoming, ensuring I felt comfortable right away.The consultation was thorough, Heidi (she’s amazing& beautiful)took the time to understand my skin type, concerns, and what I hoped to achieve from the session and so forth. This personalized approach made me feel confident in her expertise and care. It’s important to trust an injector and make sure you’re not only pleased but the process is thoroughly explained. That’s their work here at R+H!!Overall, my visit to R+H Aesthetics was an outstanding experience. The whole team is professional and attentive. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments in the future :)))

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I was looking to get lip filler. There was fantastic communication from the concierge, Skyler, trying to get me in for an appointment. She was just as friendly and welcoming on arrival.The offices themselves are gorgeous, very clean and with nice views of the trees. Helps take the edge off getting needles poked into your lips over and over. :)This was my first time getting filler and Heidi made the process as easy as possible. I love the results immediately after, can’t wait to see the healed product!

I’m new to Roseville from Phoenix and wasn’t sure where to go and you know it can be so nerve wracking looking for a new med spa. I’m very particular about where I go, I want the staff to be knowledgeable and professional and also the facility to be clean and aesthetically pleasing. I found that all at R+H! I saw Joni who was so thorough in explaining everything to me and she’s also very sweet and personable. Joni made a couple of suggestions and I am so happy with my results. From the moment you step into this place….Let’s just say…..This place is luxury!!! You will be greeted with some beautiful faces!!! The staff is so nice and wonderful!!Not only do they take the time to go over every detail with all your skin care needs. They also aim to find the desired skin that you are looking for and match it with the right products! Then they make sure you have an understanding of their products and how to use them step by step.They only have the best quality of items here and even going down to the smallest detail, this place is beautiful! Cute location with a huge window in rooms, overlooking out with a nice view and they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. You’ll want to come back over and over again!!! As someone who has had a previous Botox mishap, Heidi put my mind at ease and slowly worked me up to an amount of Botox that worked perfectly. I have now switched to dysport and honestly I love both products. I would have not been brave enough to try anything new if it werent for Heidi. My sister referred me to R+H because she was so happy with her lip filler, and I am SO glad she did! I received the same procedure by Heidi, who also did hers. I am SO happy with my results, and the experience was just as great. Heidi is so nice and informative. She and her staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident. The receptionist greeted us upon arrival, and even remembered my sister by name because she remembered her. The medical assistant who got me set up was wonderful and informative as well. The whole experience was amazing and everyone was so professional and nice. Heidi texted me the next morning to ask how I was doing and to make sure I was satisfied and feeling good. First and foremost, this review backs up all the other glowing, positive reviews as I can safely say my experience exceeded my expectations for R+H Aesthetic Medicine!!!A little backstory. I began getting neuromodulator injections in 2022. Without doing a lot of shopping around/research, I ended up going to a business that I’ll keep nameless. They are a chain and have many locations and in my mind seemed reputable. Seeing as I was new, I was fairly naive as far as what to expect and fell victim to a lot of pushy sales tactics but was a good customer and for the most part, was happy with the results for the first year. I frequently bought banks at a time to get the best value. After about a year is when all the problems began to start. Without giving too many details, I got burned by their finance program as well as incorrectly billed for the wrong neuromodulator injections(without my knowledge or consent) that caused many issues that eventually they “fixed”. However, several months later they backtracked and stated they had no record of the fix and tried to place the blame on me. After dealing with corporate, there was an agreement to wipe the slate involving me giving up units that were supposed to be available and not leaving me responsible for the incorrect units. Needless to say it was a very stressful ordeal to work through and had no desire to return.With that being said the trust was gone and I needed to find a new location. After many months of researching, I discovered R+H Aesthetic Medicine. I was drawn by all the positive reviews as well as that they offered Dysport. When I began my journey, Dysport was the neuromodulator I originally wanted to start with and felt I would need to make a switch due to building up a tolerance to Botox/Xeomin. The unit prices weren’t overinflated and matched everywhere else I could find that offered it, if not cheaper. The office location is beautiful, majestic and feels like a doctor’s office of the finest caliber as opposed to a med spa. I was booked with Joni, and was excited based on the reviews I had read about her.Upon meeting Joni, she radiated a calm and professional energy, eager to hear what my concerns/goals were. At no point did I feel pushed to purchase anything unnecessary as well as I felt heard in what my ideal outcome was with Dysport treatment. As opposed to other injectors just looking at a diagram of the facial muscles, Joni is truly an artist in visualizing and understanding your specific anatomy and goes above and beyond to make sure each unit is meticulously used. The injections were painless and hardly felt anything. You can tell how much she enjoys what she does, as she wants to be certain you’re satisfied with the results. I think it goes without saying that when you’ve had bad experiences, it’s such a rewarding feeling having someone as talented as she is. She really knows what she is doing and a master at her craft.I went in for a 2 week follow-up at her recommendation and had a few areas that needed some extra units. She was foremost apologetic for the initial treatment not being sufficient, but was quick and calculative in knowing where to precisely add the additional units necessary. Not only that, but I mentioned some symmetry issues that were occurring in my brows which would happen frequently with past injections, since I also have a brow lift done. As opposed to past injectors who brushed it aside, she understood what could be done to bring balance/alignment and had no issues correcting it. Most of all, Joni truly made me feel cared for, valued, and the desire for me to be happy. It’s been a few days and everything looks perfect!Joni/R+H Aesthetic Medicine are a gem and have earned my trust and continual business for life. I look forward to future visits as well as trying other treatments I’ve been interested in with them!Thank you Joni & R+H Aesthetic Medicine!!!!

From the moment I called to schedule a consultation, I was very impressed with R+H. I was telling my boyfriend how professional Skyler, the Patient Concierge, was and how it is refreshing to work with someone like that. One of my pet peeves is calling a business and being given poor customer service right away. This was not like that at all. I purchased 3 sessions of IPL at a reasonable price at my consultation. (Discount for buying a package, but that really is the only way to go. Typically these treatments are not a one and done.) Every time I have had an appointment or session, I received an after care text the following day. Just another added bonus of great customer service. On a side note, I was originally scheduled to see Joni Tran, but she was going to be out of the office for my first 2 sessions. So, my first two treatments were with Heidi. I have already seen the results that were expected from just 2 sessions of IPL, and I am happy. I will add that this was my first time at R+H and my first time having IPL. But, I have been to plenty of medical spas and know what to look for when getting any type of treatments. Other places I have visited have felt unprofessional and even had offices which were cold and outdated. This particular location in Roseville is really beautiful and relaxing. I feel like the entire team has been friendly, not pushy, and understood my needs. I have one more IPL treatment to go, and I will give them my business if I need anything else.

Several months ago I appeared to have an allergic reaction to botox (in hindsight it was likely covid since I tested positive the next day).The team kept in touch with me via text and phone call, reviewed medical literature and consulted with one another. My first visit to R+H was amazing! Aesthetic Nurse, Katie, made me feel super comfortable, relaxed and if I had been seeing her forever. I had lip filler done and I could tell she takes her time and I LOVE the honesty. The OM Mikaela made me feel welcomed and I loved chatting with her on my way out. This facility is also beautiful. Dr. Young and Heidi are the best in the area. They are kind, caring, and thorough. I highly recommend their office to anyone looking to get a aesthetic service done. I first met Heidi at their holiday party where she took time to go through my skin routine with me and thoughtfully suggest what products would best help my acne. She has radically transformed my skin and I trust anything she recommends. Heidi also did an online skin consultation with me during the pandemic when I had a large depression in my forehead as a result of a negative reaction to a steroid injection (for cystic acne) that I had done at another office. Dr. Young and Heidi made me feel camera ready for my wedding in October and I could not be more grateful to them. For every service I have ever had there, Dr. Young and Heidi always take the time to walk me through it and make sure I feel completely comfortable before proceeding. I will always go to their office whenever I need any future services. I am beyond grateful that they decided to move to the Roseville area!

My first experience with laser hair removal and SANAZ moved so quickly that the entire process was so much less scary then I anticipated I 10/10 recommend. SANAZ has also been doing my filler and botox for about a year now I started with baby botox here and I couldn’t be happier with where we are at today and my results! My natural anatomy is a bit weird. My lip is thinner on one side more than the other. Ive been to a few places for lip fillers and though they did their best to shape my lips to look somewhat proportionate, it never worked as well as Id hoped. This completely is my own anatomy and I am not blaming anyone. But WOW was I surprised to find this amazing place that was able to correct my lips in a way where I feel so much more confident! Called to book an appointment, she said I can come in same day within an hour or so for lip fillers as she has a cancellation....... I waited a Long time up on arrival,communication was poor, unable to have a consultation or treatment because they said they cannot perform facial services while breastfeeding and to schedule when I’m No longer breastfeeding. I have received many treatments by the wonderful Heidi, she is professional and very experienced. She gives you great advice and really works to get the best results.
