Natalie and Chris were amazing from the START! We had a roof leak that led to significant water damage and mold in our master bedroom, closet and bathroom.Natalie was super responsive via phone and text the entire process. She was always willing to hop on a phone call to answer questions or talk through insurance processes.Chris was professional, patient and thorough when it came to the on site inspections, questions and explanations we needed. I always felt comfortable with him in the home.We constantly knew they had our best interest in mind! I would highly recommend Rewind if you ever find yourself needing help with remediation and emergency services! THANK YOU!

Love Rewind & their team. As a property manager, remediation can feel like a huge take on but Rewind takes the stress away. Rewind has been absolutely amazing! Not only did Natalie handle everything from demo, mitigation, contractors, and insurance, she also took the time to walk me through the process, and explained every step of the way. This was my first big flood job, and her support made it manageable. I cant even imagine using anyone else.Chris was also amazing, and showed up almost immediately after I called. He made sure he was there to meet with everyone, even if I couldnt be there.Thank you, Rewind!

Rewind Emergency services are fantastic! I am very happy with the service and job that they did. Natalie was great with her communication and her service. She helped me with my insurance and although it did not go the way I wanted she guided me through the process and for that I am thankful! Chris came in and handled the job efficiently and did a great job. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again if an unfortunate situation arises and will definitely refer their services to friends and family. Thanks again!

The tenant in my rental property did not report a main drain line leak until the crawl space under the house was completely flooded--a stinking, muddy disaster that the plumber wouldnt touch! Rewind responded the same day, started cleanup the following day, and finished the job on time. They even coordinated the drain repair with the plumbing company and assisted with my insurance claim. Finally, their price was more than competitive. I highly recommend Rewind Emergency Services!

1000 STARS!!! I cannot be more appreciative of Natalie and her team! Rewind provided superb service, fast actions, excellent customer care, clear and concise communication every step of the way. Rewind helped to coordinate other vendors needed in the water damage restoration, and when other vendors slacked off, Natalie stepped up and made sure things were made right. Insurance was giving me a really hard time, Natalie went above and beyond to personally call the insurance companys management. I dont think I wouldve gotten the claim paid without her help. Very grateful to have professional, knowledgeable, and CARING people helping me during a very stressful time. Rewind is the best! I was looking for someone to come help me after we had a pipe burst under our sink while we werent home and called 4 different companies before Rewind saved me. They not only showed up when they said they would, they also walked me through exactly what they were going to do and what it would take to clean up and fix my problem. They were always on time during the repairs and got my work done quickly. It is so hard to find quality and honesty these days and I was lucky to find both with Rewind.

They were on time or a little early. They were very friendly but also very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up and making it easier for the general contractors to come and start replacing walls, floors and vanities. I would highly recommend this company for any services. We had a very satisfactory experience with Daryl Pierce and Rewind Emergency Services. They responded very quickly to our call and Daryl was well-prepared to answer the inevitable questions we would have and also to present to us a preliminary gameplan for our consideration that included the goals to be accomplished, an estimate of cost, a probable timeline and other information that we would need to review. This was based upon his careful review of the damage to our home, with measurements and photos, discussions with us and his in-depth experience. It provided us with confidence in him and a basis for choosing him over our other alternatives. We were then able to spend quality time with Daryl after he devoted more effort to our situation, developing a more detailed plan. This gave us the assurance that Rewind Emergency Services was the company that we should choose. We have no regrets; our positive expectations were met. As an example, the room with the water damage has white oak wainscoting some of which Daryl had to remove temporarily. These guys did a great job cleaning out our “waste”ed soil before the plummets could fix the sewer pipe. Grateful that they are honest and straightforward about OSHA policies. Had a leak in my bathroom and significant water damage. Called them and Darryl came right over. Gave me a quote that was significantly less than other quotes I received. But most importantly Darryl was very patient with explaining all my options and his team came over right away to fix the problem.Very neatly done and efficiently.
