When I was looking for some way to improve my business online presence, I first tried out the free way of doing things on my own, which was very unsuccessful and had poor returns. Then I looked around for a company that could handle things for me, but found that the bigger names (e.g., BirdEye) were overpriced, overkill, and lacked some really important features. Then I found ReviewTec. Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, they have amazing support who will answer questions by email often within a few minutes, and they have pretty much every feature that a small business would be looking for. As a result, my business went from being hidden among the lower reviewed tier of similar local businesses, to one of the top in my area and headed toward #1.Im extremely thankful for the people over at ReviewTec. I can easily credit them for a major part of my businesses success and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

So, I picked this Saas to try because I saw that it had a very selective functionality that was important to me and my company. However, I discovered that when using Zapier to use the service, that functionality wasnt there. I was truly bummed. Folks, within a week, these guys built the functionality I wanted into the program because it was important to me. What more can you say? I obviously picked the right Saas for gathering reviews. A great option if youre strictly looking for reviews. I signed up, 5 minutes later I was sending requests, 10 minutes later I received my first online review. I like that its very straightforward.
