REV Endurance is not just a bike shop. It’s a one man magic show of anything and everything about enjoying bicycles. I came into get some advice about a new saddle after getting serious saddle sores after increasing my mileage. George welcomed me into his extensive universe of not only saddles, but also vast knowledge of bike performance, maintenance, nutrition and training. He not only fitted and let me test his SQlabs saddle during my recovery, but also gave me other tips for riding comfortably on longer distances and checked in because he knew I’m a newbie. This wasn’t just a transaction. George deeply cares about his customers and that we enjoy cycling as much as he does. There is no other shop in town with this level of customer service.

I needed a tune up for my bike. Rev Sports was right around the corner so I went there. George is an amazing business owner. He talked with me about my biking habits and what I noticed that might need work on for my bike. Once I dropped my bike off and he began working on it he kept me up to date with pictures, videos and texts. I always got the feeling he was keeping my costs inline and giving the best service. If you live in the Carlsbad area and Rev Sports is not servicing your bike, you should go see George at Rev Sports. You will be glad you did!

I was a little stressed. From out of town, brakes not working, about to do Race Across America. George got me in, calmed me down, fixed my issue. He is an awesome mechanic and rider, but even more a really awesome and positive energy person. I feel lucky to have met the mechanic but even more lucky to have met the person.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Rev Endurance Sports team via a personal text message after I ordered a product online, and Im here to tell you that George and the Rev Endurance Sports team are in the top 1% when it comes to customer service! To be perfectly clear, my purchase was small (vitamins), and I dont live anywhere near the shop. I think 99% of businesses wouldnt have cared that what I ordered wasnt available. This team cared though! I get messages about alternate options, better shipment plans, and updates throughout the entire process until the package is out the door. I honestly felt like I was purchasing a $20,000 bike, and not a bottle of vitamins. If Im ever in the area Ill definitely go out of my way to meet the team at Rev Endurance Sports. They made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world, and I was simply buying vitamins.

I had a wonderful experience with George at REV! I took my bike in for a cleaning and tune up repair after neglecting it for over a year and was impressed with how George walked me through his process while teaching me new tips about how to care for my bike that will lead to time and money savings in the long run. I also loved his attention-to-detail, honesty, quick turnaround, and fair pricing and I got to say hes got a great sense of humor which made the experience fun! Ill be coming back for all my bike needs in the future

Wow am I glad I found George and REV Endurance Sports! I stumbled upon this shop because I’m new to the area and it’s close by, but after my experience I would easily travel from far. In short, George simply wants to you to enjoy cycling and have an efficient and safe bike to do so on.He spends a lot of time with his clients to get to know what kind of cyclist they are and how he can help them. Being relatively new to cycling, I admittedly have a lot to learn about bike maintenance but also try to learn as much as I can to manage things on my own—at no point have I felt that George is trying to sell me on things I don’t need, and he even educates on how to fix things yourself.It is very clear that he has an eye on your safety, and this is reflected in the recommendations he makes. He also charges a very fare price, communicates well, works quickly, and is just an overall good person.

If it important for your bicycle to be serviced by someone who cares about it as much as you do, then REV Endurance Sports is the bike shop for you. A shop where questions and even participation are encouraged, REV Endurance Sports offers a holistic approach to bicycle repair and maintenance.Of particular importance is that the owner, George, is concerned with what happens to your bicycle even after it has left his care. For example, several bolts on my bike had been stripped by prior & various less-conscientious mechanics who then proceeded to ho-hum me out their revolving door, passing the buck, knowing that I wouldnt notice (I didnt). In contrast, George actively addresses issues as they arise and even though I did not enter his shop for the purpose of remedying stripped bolts (I needed my rear disc brake serviced) I got it. Oh, and he got my rear disc brake working beautifully, too.Will I go back? Of course! This is my bike shop from now on. Thanks, George. Ill see ya next week for that brake bleed.

George at REV is AMAZING! Professional and exceptionally knowledgeable; hes the only guy Id trust to work on my bike. His shop is by appointment only, but even with the craziness of COVID-19 he managed to squeeze me in for a quick adjustment.You wont be disappointed and youll appreciate his direct and honest mechanic skills for all your bike needs. Even if your bike is a Walmart special, George will treat you and your bike with such professional courtesy that youll feel you own a 10K bike.Highly recommend!

I recently had my bike shipped to the shop and George did a great job building it and getting it ready for my cross country trip. I had zero mechanical issues during those 3000 miles and could not be any happier. George is very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with.

I brought my Trek Madone to George for new rotors, brake pads, and new chain which I was hoping to complete before a big weekend ride. Not only did he easily meet my deadline, but he was engaging, informative and fair priced! Took the time to explain the components of my bike, and genuine interest in my progress as a rider. Best experience Ive had with a bike mechanic, period.
