This company offers amazing customer service. I ordered a bike for my daughter that was delivered to the mail room of my apartment complex. I went to pick up the package but they told me I didnt have one. I contacted Retrospec, was in communication with Zak and he was very patient with me as we figured out where the bike was. A few days later I returned to the mail room and explained I was looking for a big box and then they saw the package. Thank you to Zak for the outstanding customer service and prompt response. My daughter loves the bike. Im going to recommend others to buy from here. Good quality bikes and better customer service! P.S. the bike was very easy to put together!

I purchased this beautiful pink E-bike for my wife on Mother’s Day from Gateway Adventures. Unfortunately they had misplaced the owners manual. Zak at Retrospec when I called said no problem I will email it to you. Within five minutes it was in my hands. I just want to say that their E-bikes are over built. My wife loves the bike but she will never take it off road.

I am happy with my product and grateful to the staff of Retrospec. So I made a purchase, and shortly after realized I had entered the incorrect shipping address. I quickly reached out to Customer Support and the address issue was remedied very quickly (thank you Zak). Within the estimated period (four business days), I received the bicycle I had ordered. It came very neatly packaged, with assembly instructions, a user manual, and basic tools needed to put the bike together. Assembling the bike was not easy, but carefully reviewing the instructions, and going through the process faithfully was what led me to success. I would like to reiterate that taking the bike to a local bike shop for professionals to give it a once over is a good idea, especially for first time bike folk like me. In the couple of weeks or so since I took delivery of my bike, I have enjoyed riding around and I am most happy with my purchase. The only thing I would suggest is that Retrospec consider producing video assembly instructions, for those who are visual learners. Thank you very much Retrospec.

The board arrived a couple days earlier than expected, but the base of the air pump was broken.Update: The pump was not a Retrospec model and must have been added to the product by the manufacturer. The company was very helpful and sent me a new pump within a few days. My wife was pleased with the board.

I purchased the 10 foot weekender. It was absolutely more than what I expected. The quality of the board is evident. When inflated, it feels like a very hard plastic. I had a blast on it. You won’t be disappointed. It’s easy to inflate and deflate.

A really great ordering and customer service experience. Recently purchased two bikes, which arrive quickly and were easy to put together. They are very good quality for the price point. I then purchased a third bike, which was lost during shipping (no fault of Retrospec). I reached out and they sent a new bike right away. Very happy with all three bikes, and planning to get a fourth bike soon to complete our set.

I got the 11 foot Paddleboard and love it! When I received it the gauge was broken on my pump and Zak was very helpful in sourcing a replacement. Very happy with product and customer service!

I bought a Weekender Crew 12 Multi-Person Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard and it was a great deal for only $400. Much less than other multi-person SUPs I was finding out there. It is huge! We were able to have all 4 of our kids on at the same time. It was great not having to take a bunch of SUPs out to the Florida Springs and instead have our kids share this one. We have been very impressed with Retrospecs customer service. I had an issue with the board and Zak replied very quickly - just 3 minutes after I emailed. When I sent the email, I didnt know if or when I would hear back, so I was really surprised how quickly he got back to me. Thanks to Zaks help, our issue was resolved in just a half hour. I highly recommend Retrospec and would definitely buy from them again.

It was a big decision for me to ditch my car; after all, I’ve had one since I was 16. If this was going to work, I needed a bike that could get me around town. A bike that was both functional and fun to ride. That’s when I found Retrospec. I typically ride my Beaumont 5 miles in the morning and another 5 in the evening. I meet friends for dinner, a drink, ride to appointments, and just for fun. It’s amazing the things you notice when you slow down. People notice my Beaumont and frequently comment on how beautiful it is. The customer service matches the beauty of the bike. Ask for Zak and tell em Sam sent you.
