Dan and Jay gave a presentation to a small group of retailer friends of mine about a year and a half ago. Before they were finished speaking, I had set up a time to meet with them. Initially it was about entering orders for me on my Shopify system because I was looking for a way to off load some tedious work so I could concentrate on other, more important, aspects of my business. They onboarded me beautifully, efficiently and for an extremely reasonable fee. The decision to close my business and retire was a subject I brought up about 6 months into working with Retail Smart Guys. They matched me up beautifully with a woman I refer to as my guru! It was a perfect match. Janel asked the right questions, gave me very specifc advice I could use and was always prompt in answering my emails. She was open to my questions, concerns and at times need for someone to just talk things through. I cannot say enough good things about the work they have completed with me. I retired debt free and ahead of time.

Retail Smart Guys have been our heros this year! When it comes to support with entering our piles of purchase orders into our POS with great speed and accuracy we couldnt be more pleased! RSG has become an integral service for my business. It used to take us so much time to input all of our orders after a trade show or placing orders throughout the season and now we send them to RSG and overnight they complete them. We are so grateful for this service. I would have to hire someone to do what they are doing. Now our time is freed up to focus on other things. Thank you all so much!

I have enjoyed a few of the offerings of Retail Smart Guys, including, purchase order entry, social media posting and their Open-to-Buy planning consulting. I am in a better position in my business today than I ever have been and am grateful for their experience and expertise. Retail Smart Guys make my life easier! They do work for me while I am sleeping!They do the work and it gives me more time to do other things for my business.They are a life saver, they are flexible and I appreciate it because I didn’t want to hire a full time employe, and now I have the Retail Smart Guys at my disposal. Whenever some thing comes up I can just send it their way. They always check their work and make sure I am happy with the results. They are amazing! Retail Smart Guys has been a HUGE help to my business. Not only did they seamlessly help us switch to a new POS system, but they continue to efficiently help with PO entry to help streamline our business.I recently reached out in a panic due to an error we made that resulted in us losing a lot of data. Weve been using the purchase order services from RSG for about 18 months now and am very happy! They work quickly and efficiently and are very responsive to any changes we want to see.
