My experience while working for this company was horrible. If youre looking for steady reliable work youre not going to find it at RMSI. I have never met so many wonderful people that were denied an honest wage for their hard work. I witnessed on many occasions where employees were denied lunch breaks based on the Team Lead arriving an hour or two late to a location. I witnessed time after time favoritism being shown to the employees doing the least amount of work. Ive witnessed management/leads making racial slurs and inappropriate comments to male staff on several occasions. Funny thing would happen once these incidents were reported it would simply go away because the person making the complaint would suddenly be taken off the work calendar. Most times the complaints were being filed against a Team Lead whos mother was answering those complaints. This company has the staff and potential of doing great things unfortunately theres so many bad apples running things it seems lawsuits will eventually be this companies demise. That and all the fraternizing that is constantly taking place amongst management and employees.
