I highly recommend Restorerz Emergency Services. My kitchen, dining room, and living room were recently damaged by a flood caused by a previous contractor. Upon calling Restorerz Emergency Services, Christian came out to do an inspection and moisture mapping the same day. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Upon completing the inspection, Christian had John explain the mitigation process and next steps, as well as offer referrals for restoration companies. We appreciate your help!

I had a small mushroom growing out of my ceiling so i called Restorerz to check to see how much mold was growing in the walls. Project Manager Javier S. came out to check it. He was very kind and i felt comfortable with him in my home. He was honest and straight forward. I am going to use this company again and will request Javier to be the one to help. I had a truly outstanding customer service experience with Restorerz. I was dealing with an extremely stressful water damage-related issue in my apartment, and unfortunately, my buildings leasing office was being terribly unhelpful to deal with. From the start, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and kind - they immediately tended to my every need, from sending someone to do a preliminary inspection literally within hours of contacting them, to being extremely cooperative with my difficult leasing office, to having their entire team be on-call to meet a very tight deadline, Thank you for all your help!

I declared personal documents and credit cards in my office and even though I thought I had cleared them all out, when they found anything of value, they brought it to me promptly. Restorez did a great job on my very DIFFICULT project. My living room was all wet and full of mold but they were able to clean it all out and get me a clean bill of health! Christian López, John, and the rest of the crew were very clean, professional, and efficient and, despite the fact that it turned out to be quite costly, I particularly appreciated how well they communicated an explained everything throughout the process! I highly recommend!

Today Javier came out to my small business to take a look at one of our restrooms for mold when we had a slab leak. He was very prompt, called to make sure the appointment time was good, even asked if earlier would be better due to him finishing another job. He didn’t try and upsell me on anything and that’s one of the main reasons I’m leaving this review. I feel like I would be able to refer Javier to anyone. 10/10 saving the business contact with his name for any future needs.

We had a huge bathroom flood in an apt unit and the plumber recommended we call in a water remediation company especially because we had hardwood floors with sitting water on them. Javier was the only person who could come on a Friday afternoon, same day and have a crew on site within an hour (2 max)! From the minute he arrived I knew the right person was on the scene. He’s caring, thoughtful, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, prepared and empathetic. Restorerz is not cheap but rarely do I feel the extra money is worth it. In Javier’s case it is. Moving forward if we call in a company for plumbing flooding it will be Restorez and Javier!

Restorerz came to my rescue! Leaks are always an emergency so when I contacted them, John, the project manager came immediately. Then his team including Eduardo and Geronimo came back to set things up the same day and then monitored the moisture level until it was completely dry! After all the mitigation was done, Anzhela, the admin director, was key in navigating and working with the insurance claim. Could not be happier from beginning to end!

We had an unfortunate pipe burst that caused water damage to our kitchen, great room, and dining room. Restorerz came to our house right away and very quickly put together a plan to pack and store our things, demo the damage, and dry the moisture. I was very thankful that Restorerz would return our calls every time. Given that we were in a very stressful situation, it was very comforting to know that an actual real person was willing to answer your questions to the best of their knowledge. We were also pleased that Restorez was able to find us a comfortable temporary rental house almost immediately. Without this rental house, we would not have had a kitchen to cook in and a place for our kids to call home for a month. Lastly, when they brought back our stuff, everything was in good shape except for one of our rug pads. It seems like it was a freak accident where it was hard to determine the cause. Im going to be honest. RESTORERZ sticks to their word. John G. was very informative from the start. Very helpful and detailed. Willing to work with your insurance and get you rolling. Unfortunately, my insurance made it complicated, but they kept pushing and pushing the insurance to do the right thing. I felt stressed, but John G. helped calm me down every time I called him. Angela (Anz helped explain things to me in the beginning when my insurance wasnt responding or assisting us. I didnt know what to do, and they made sure the insurance did the right thing. I ended up frustrated with everything, and I kept pointing fingers at RESTORERZ, but in all reality, it was my insurance not explaining things to me. John G. and Angela went out of their way to talk to me and explain line items to me about what happened and why and how they can help. They provided recommendations, supported me as a homeowner, and helped me through the process. Even allowed me to call them after they got done with work, because I needed help clarifying line items from the insurance and their invoice. Them taking time out of their day to help me more than my insurance showed how much they care about a person. RESTORERZ even talked to me more than my insurance did.
