I had an amazing experience with cryotherapy at Restore. Their machine is top-notch and brand new. The staff were super nice and welcoming, plus they accept walk-ins, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

My partner and I took advantage of the “partner pack” in February 2024. This was our first time. We both really enjoyed all 3 services (Cryotherapy, Compression Therapy and Infrared Sauna). The technician Pearla was very friendly and professional. She let the place cleaned and tidy. She also offered us water (sparkling and still). She explained everything we needed to know and often checked in on us. We were there for about 2 hours and can’t wait to come back again! Strongly recommend making an appointment.

I’ve had only excellent experiences at Restore! They’ve become my go-to for self care; I’ve enjoyed the compression for soreness and the infrared sauna and cryo for feeling revitalized. The staff has been super flexible and kind when I’ve had scheduling needs, etc, and supportive when I’ve wanted to try new services. Highly recommend to treat yourself here.

Had a fun time at my first Cryo experience. I have been training for marathons and have been extremely active lately training in combat sports. I wanted to make sure my body was ready for an upcoming race, so I decided to check out Restore.Joanna was extremely helpful when it came to scheduling! The rest of the staff was very welcoming and pretty knowledgeable about all their services. The location is super clean and well maintained, the Cryo Chamber looked like something out of Star Wars. But my favorite part is that they let you pick your music during treatment. After therapy I felt amazing and will definitely be back!

I had such a great time! I had compression to my legs and hips. It was so relaxing and felt like I was getting a massage. Then I had an immune boosting IV. The nurse was excellent at getting my IV catheter in. She explained all of the products and their benefits to me. She really knew her stuff. I can’t wait to go back for more. I feel fantastic after my services.

My new favorite place! This wellness center just opened a few months ago. They have everything from IV drips to infrared Sauna, Red Light therapy, Cryotherapy and more. I tried the Red light therapy and felt a difference that same night. I can’t wait to come back and try everything. Staff was super friendly and showed me around the place. It’s brand new, clean and is in a great location.

Absolutely love the staff and amenities at Torrance Restore Hyper Wellness. I have been looking for a wellness center that offered a variety of services and Restore has everything and more. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The nurses on staff are so knowledgeable and experienced and GiGi the esthetician at Torrance is absolutely the best I have ever worked with. I went in over the weekend to get a hydration IV because Ive been feeling sluggish, not sleeping/eating well, and I know I havent been drinking water like I should. I felt amazing afterwards and got the best nights sleep! Joanna, the nurse Rachel, and the rest of the staff are so kind and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the cryotherapy for my first visit. It was a fun experience. I felt very good afterward. Had the best sleep that night after a week running on 4-5 hours of sleep a day. Everything was extremely clean. The staff members were friendly and professional. I will be back in the future.

I had such an amazing experience at restore hyper wellness. They were having a deal 3 of their core services for $30 so I decided why not give it a try. The establishment is super clean and the staff are all so welcoming and nice. Sergio helped me schedule my services and was very informative about what each service would be good for in terms of recovery and benefits. I will definitely be coming back!

Restore has been worth my time and investment. My sisters have been utilizing their services and were always trying to recommend me to go and try it out. My work requires me to be standing and walking for most of my shift. I regret not coming sooner because I have never felt better physically and mentally.The whole staff is so kind, attentive, and genuine. Roxanne was always helpful from the start whenever I have questions. It helps when it was definitely my first time taking care of my health and skin to this extent. Gigi conducts my hydrafacial and I always feel super relaxed that I even took a nap during one of the sessions haha. Eczema is really hard to deal with during the winter months, so the facials have helped me stay moisturized. I appreciate the recommendations that Gigi has suggested because my skin has never looked this healthy. Rachel has helped with my IV therapy and IM shots and is super patient and makes sure that Im comfy whenever I come over. I have also done the while body cryo and infrared sauna and it definitely helps me wake up and put me into a better mood. The sauna is also nice in a way where you can still breathe in it.I will definitely continue to come back. Since coming, I can say that it helps to have a routine where self care is a priority. I’m pregnant and cant keep liquids down. I’m so happy I found this place because the staff are professional and know how to treat pregnant women. I was able to get good source of hydration and vitamins that I needed in my system. I’m now 39 weeks with no complications and wished I would have done this sooner. I Feel better every time I come out of the facility. I can’t wait to use the other services they have.

I had the compressive therapy to my legs yesterday.I was crippled from an accident years ago.There was residual from hips, knees, ankles & feet. I got off the therapy device pain free.This morning I am still close to pain free.It is a miracle. I do therapy every day myself for my past injuries. The therapy yesterday really addressed my lymphatics powerfully.That is what I really needed.

This place is amazing! I joined with the $129 first month promotion and am still trying out all of their services, but so far am most impressed with the cryofacial and cryo-toning treatments. I am going to my niece’s wedding in Cape Cod this month and wanted to look my best and saw noticeable results after the very first treatment! Finally there’s a skin tightening treatment that is not only painless but extremely pleasant to experience. I have had 3 cryo facials with GIGI and she makes the experience so relaxing and enjoyable that I actually look forward to going. My skin looks more plump and without a doubt the lines on my neck are less visible and my face seems to be tighter. the results are so much better than getting filler.

Ive been feeling better these days after weekends here! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, always answering any questions I have about their services. Ive pretty much done all the core services, just have red light therapy to try! Love the infrared sauna for a good sweat. You can even hook up your music too via bluetooth. The compression has helped lessen the soreness on my legs after my workouts during the week. Time really flies here whenever you come in. Also tried their oxygen facial and cryo services here with Gigi, always feels like my body and face wake up after a session. Highly recommend this place if youre looking to up your wellness regimen!

What can I say, but thanks Restore hyper Wellness. I had a cryo treatment and the compression done yesterday, I got up out of bed easier this morning. I’m hopeful that these treatments are helping. I’ve been to pain management doctors, put on pill after pill, PT, chiropractic care, Stem, radio frequency, ablations on my back, to many to list and after the cryo I definitely felt better. It was my first cryotherapy treatment. I wish I had a picture to share with my beanie and mittens on. Everything was explained to ease my anxiety. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.Tip: use the bathroom BEFORE you do the pelvic compression. As your bladder fills and the compression squeezes you, it’s not as enjoyable if you have a full bladder and start obsessively thinking about it. Pretty much any woman after childbirth knows it just takes one squeeze from a sneeze.😂 The squeeze is long and tight so be prepared because you can not cross your knees.
