Too commercial. The quantities of the IVs are too small, nurses are untrained. They poked me multiple times. Do not recommend this place.Also, they make up all sorts of confusing rules with the credits as well…

Restore is an absolute gem! I am so fortunate and grateful to have found this wellness place in my neighborhood.I first came here after I googled the nearest place that does IV drip therapy after hearing about how Christian McCaffrey opts for it the day before games. I had a Spartan obstacle course race coming up the next day, so I wanted to see if it would help with my race. And it absolutely did! I was surprised how much it helped improve my stamina, endurance, and recovery.Since I maintain a physically active lifestyle, signing up for a membership was a no brainer. Within a few months of regularly coming in for the IV, compression boots and occasional cryo and infrared treatments, this place has now become a second home.Everyone here is awesome, from the owner, to the warm and welcoming front desk, the lovely and caring nurses, and even the other personable and health conscious members. Special shout out to Becky, Jodi, Reema and Chidera :)If you have an active lifestyle and prioritize health and fitness, this is definitely the place for you!

Restore is almost indescribable. The staff…Becky, Paige and Jody, all amazing! A 30 minute infrared sauna, 10 minute red light therapy and then a Cryo sesh is like a miracle for your mind, body and soul. Please go visit, Restorative is an understatement. I wish I had enough money to buy a membership for everyone in my life!!! 🙏🏼🥰

What a nice facility! So much to do to get healthy and relaxed! I loved the balance between professionalism and friendliness in their staff, environment and protocols. I felt that I was in great hands! I had the Brain Fog IV service and the Cyrotherapy tank. Both were really easy to do and had lasting excellent benefits. I will be going back! I think this will be a new part of my natural health lifestyle.

I had such a calming, happy vibe beginning with the greeting from the front desk attendants, to the nurses, and everyone I encountered while visiting the LG location! Someone was always available if I had a question or felt nervous about something; the customer service was just outstanding. I felt very well taken care of and cared for. Thanks again! PS It was the first time Id ever experienced red light therapy and a vitamin i.v. I can say I enjoyed both and really felt the calming effects of the magnesium in my drip.

You may be able to get some services elsewhere but the care and compassion from the employees always has me leaving with a smile. The manager and staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about each modality that they provide. The facility is well kept and each service is great! I really like how patient each service member is with you and takes the time to address each question or concern you have. Totally recommend trying this place out of you haven’t! So far I’ve tried Cryotherapy, the Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy - each of them amazing! Can’t wait to check out the rest.

Absolutely amazing Wellness Facility! High quality equipment, in immaculate shape, with friendly staff.I came in for a torn quad to do cryotherapy, and their machine was excellent. I was back to walking normally after 4 sessions.Cannot speak to a membership but the packs were worthwhile for injury rehab. I know I will be coming back in the future.

I had the most amazing experience at Restore Hyper Wellness today! I’ve had many facials over the years, and Emily provided an excellent cryo mini facial that rivals any full length spa facial I’ve ever received. She was also highly knowledgeable about skincare and wellness and generously answered so many questions for me. The other staff was also so friendly and attentive, and I’m really looking forward to going back for some oft heir other unique treatments that I can’t find even in SF. Highly recommend!

Feeling amazing after my custom IV drip therapy yesterday. Was feeling gassed after a hard week of training and work. Training in the morning, received the therapy at lunch, and felt a huge boost for my evening workout. The staff was amazing during my visit and the treatment room is amazingly comfortable and helped me get some work done while taking in my IV. Very excited to return soon!!

Run... dont walk to Restore Hyper Wellness! If you are looking for a clean, safe, friendly and innovative place to improve your recovery and wellness....look no further! I went in with my teenager and we were greeted by very friendly staff and were given a wonderful tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of the services. I didnt feel pressured at all to purchase something and I honestly couldnt wait to bring my son back to try a service. We both tried cryotherapy together the next day and we both agreed that it was truly amazing! The staff walked us thru every step and even let us pick a song to listen to! It was awesome! My son loved it so much that he got a membership! Thrilled to have this new addition in our neighborhood!

Their facility and equipment is top notch.I did the whole body cryotherapy, they provide you with clean garment so you can come in even in your workout clothes or business clothes, doesnt matter! I was very impressed with the services offered and did a cryo session. I would do it again in a heart beat. The Hot Sauna and Red Light Therapy have been game changers for my Health. I have eliminated toxins like glyphosate from my body, reduced overall inflammation, and my skin looks years younger. Everytime I walk out after a treatment it feels like the reset button was pushed and Im a new me! The staff is amazing across all services and Becky is so in tune with all of her clients --I always ask her for advice on what new thing I should try and she nails it everytime (even though it takes me a while to actually do it :)..but when I listen to her, shes always right! I saw an ad on FB for a cryotherapy + red light therapy promo and decided to give it a try. When I arrived, the manager was very friendly and explained everything. Because I was a walk-in, I had to wait a few minutes for the cryo-chamber, so I got changed into fuzzy socks, slippers, kilt, and beanie, then relaxed in the waiting area on a massaging recliner chair. The 2:45 in the cryo-chamber was exhilarating and the 10 min in the LED red light room warmed me back up. My girlfriend enjoyed the leg compression pants while she waited for me. The facility is very clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional.

Would have preferred 45 to an hour.Sauna had cold air coming in around my feet.Too many steps (unlocking and locking doors) for getting from sauna to shower.Timer in sauna was not operating.The facility was very clean and organized, but some kinks still need to be worked out.I will return if the 30 minute limit on the sauna is increased.

I was really impressed with the professionalism of the employees at Restore. I was nervous to try cryotherapy because I have had chronic low back pain, sciatica, and a dislocated elbow from a recent injury and I didnt know if I could withstand the cold. However, Becky was really encouraging, supportive, and available during the entire treatment. She played music to help me stay calm, validated my anxieties, and was very encouraging. I got a tour of the entire Wellness center and all the offerings and would recommend their establishment to anyone seeking cryo or their other therapies.

My guy and I just went for our first visit to Restore yesterday, and we had a very good experience! We did the whole body cryotherapy. We have done cryo before in several different places but we found this one to be really good because its completely whole body. You walk into a chamber which can hold up to 4 people per session. Before, I had only done the Head-out version. I feel like since my whole body was receiving cryo, it is probably more effective! It was fun because my guy and I were able to go in together while the music played. It was a fun experience, and the staff were very accommodating, and the facility is new, nice and clean. We plan to go back again soon!

My friend and I tried the cryo out on an inaugural offer after a 10k. I liked that the host and everyone else at the place never pushed anything on us although they professionally mentioned the plans we could enroll in. They were cordial and engaging. 2 mins in cryo were tolerable but beyond that your body starts to push against the freezing cold. It helped us heal rapidly, we enjoyed it a lot! I highly recommend Restore to anyone whos athletic or even just because.

I absolutely Restore Hyper Wellness Los Gatos. It’s great that these provided methods of recovery are finally being offered and made accessible outside of the world of professional athletes and celebrities. After my first therapy consisting of an IV drip targeted for Energy, B12 injection and lower body compression, I noticed that my stamina and endurance during my workout (HIIT 3X/week and Pilates 2x/week) were better. I tried out both the cryotherapy and compression, and i kid you not, my body felt so good. I play sports so normally I’m sore or something hurts. Just 3 mins in the cryotherapy and the soreness went away. The compression helped my feet and calves since. I need to go back and try the IV drips. Plus the staff is super friendly and informative.
