Where do I even begin? My experience with Resource Staffing Group has been nothing short of amazing. As a recent dental hygiene graduate, stepping into the professional world seemed daunting, but they made the transition seamless and rewarding.From the moment I came into communication with Wendie (one of the resource staff), I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The teams passion for dental hygiene and commitment to nurturing new talent is palpable. They understand the unique challenges that new graduates face and have tailored their program to address these needs perfectly.I have felt supported every step of the way. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I felt confident in my abilities, providing guidance and encouragement and handled the onboarding process with professionalism and made it simple and user friendly. As well as fast responses and being able to reach them when I have questions has been above and beyond my expectations. Initially when I communicated with resource Staffing group Id spoken to an individual by the name of Mike. There wasnt anything available that he felt was a match for my resume at that particular time. Resource Staffing agent Mike took note of my resume and reached out when something became available. I ended up being matched with the place that feels exciting to work for and thats in line with my particular skill sets.To make a long story short there was consistent, excellent, communication. I was never left in the dark and was always getting necessary updates pertaining to the hiring process. I was equipped with everything I need to apply my experience to the role I had been matched with. We have been clients of resource staffing for many years. Recently we hired an RDA and paid them a replacement fee for this RDA however, within two weeks, it became apparent that this RDA, that they purported to have many years of experience was barely functioning at a DA level. We emailed them and requested a refund which the only offer they made was to talk to her. We talked and trained her more knowing what we require. Fast forward about 45 days, and we continued to have problems with the placement while trying to get her to improve to our minimum standards. She became angry during another coaching conversation and walked out, quitting with no notice. When we reached out to Wendie Richards to request a refund, we received a very inappropriate letter indicating they would not return our placement fee. We may need to continue to use their temporary services. We will never, ever hire another one of their temp or employees. We just don’t feel that they were fair and honest in this situation.

I spoke to Mike over the phone for about 30 minutes, not only was he on time for our phone interview but he was also very kind and very easy to get along with. I look forward to working with him to help me find a career. He asked me very detailed questions to narrow down what it is exactly that I am looking for in a job. He was also very open about other job opportunities that he felt would be a great fit for me which I truly appreciate. I feel like a lot of other agencies would try to get me in without fully explaining what the job and its environment is like ... just so they can make their money but not with Mike! One of the lady’s there interviewed me and sent me a few assessments to do at home such as typing speed, etc. and she called me the next day to let me know what my placement was on the assessments. We have used their staffing twice recently. Both workers have been very professional, but not stand-offish. They had a keen interest in the workings of our office and meshed well very quickly with our team. I never felt like they were phoning it in. Also, we are a kids office and they both were great with the kids. Finally, Wendie in HQ worked very hard to get us staff even up the last minute when we were able to finalize someone the day off. She never gave up finding us a worker, no matter how last minute. The whole process was better than I could have expected.

I have worked with Resource Staffing about 20 years ago and got great customer service then. Saw a posting for a job while looking for a second job and applied. Debbie responded very quickly and got the process moving (it’s a job that needed an extensive background check). They have the ability to communicate by text, which is very convenient, and if Debbie was available to respond Terri or Wendie responded to help answer any questions and help get everything processed so I could start working ASAP! At the end of my first day on site, Debbie text to check and make sure everything went well and made sure to answer any questions. She assured me to text anytime I needed to! I have found my experience with Resource staffing to be very enjoyable. I have worked with other staffing agencies, and while others have stayed in communication, there has never been such ease with reaching out with any questions or concerns about an assignment.
