Michelle has been nothing but exceptional and professional. Every step of the way, she has helped and answered all my millions of questions.During the application process when I applied, she fell ill and still made an effort to come to the office and give me a call to reassure me that my application was all good and that I have nothing to worry about.I feel very at ease moving here as she has made this stressful time seamless. Let’s not also forget she is so fun to chat with and offers some amazing knowledge.

Toured here earlier this month. While I ultimately chose another apartment that I liked a little bit more, Erika was extremely helpful and it’s definitely a good community for the price.

On the outside, the complex presents itself as a luxury apartment complex complete with all the amenities, but once you take a finer look at the details, it’s just any other apartment painted landlord white. Moving into the apartment, you could immediately tell no one did a walk through after their renovation as you could find random extra screws and wood panels inside the kitchen cabinets, slightly peeling corners of the laminate ‘hardwood’ flooring and painted over hair stuck to the walls. The parking situation is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The assigned parking space sizes are inconsistent, where it feels like whoever painted the lines could not properly divide the spaces equally; there are spaces that are able to accommodate a large monster Ford F150 truck, while other spaces could barely fit a small sedan like a Toyota Corolla. Honestly, you hope to be lucky to get the ones that can actually fit your car without grinding against the side of it. The leasing office presents itself with the typical positive-sounding sales representative type attitude but exercises questionable business practices such as mixing it up with mid-term and long-term lease availability to increase turnover rates and rents artificially.This place is okay if you’re a student and don’t plan on living here for more than a school year.

(Most of the good reviews are because they ask you to write a review before you even move in)Good luck if you have more than 1 car, Parking is extremely limited.Well its been about a year and some months and I had to change my rating. There has been so much construction, and the noise is not even the problem parking is a huge problem. Car being parked in parking spots for days weeks and months. Random cars take reserved parking spots and theres nothing you can do. I called the office and they told me to call a towing company, I call the towing company and they tell me only someone from the office can call. My car is constantly dirty and dusty and the entrance to get to my home is closed on a random basis.I guess when you first move in theyre very attentive idk but my first few months were great._-_-_-_-_-__-_-_-Leak continued, maintenance came out again and did something to my AC unit and the leaking finally stopped after that AND my AC blew colder too. Wish the place was thoroughly inspected before all these leaking but maintenance team came out in a gifty always so props to them on that._-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-Had to message maintenance about the leaking since it still started leaking even more, even with the new water heater, turned out it was my AC filter. They came out and changed it._-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-I have been living here for a month and it is wonderful! I had a leak coming from my water tank and I called the 24hr service they showed up at 9am and fixed it in no time! Thank you I wish I could have thanked them in person but I happened to fall asleep, I didnt even hear when they finished and the response time was quick!The only thing I would improve is the parking! I want to have guest over but parking can be so hard to find at times :(

I have lived here for several years, and I am pleased to be here. I love the gym, and the several pools. Maintenance is always helpful when needed, as is Michelle Napolitano in the front office. She has handled several of my concerns, like a block in my parking space or my new application process when I transferred units. My unit transfer went smoothly with her help, but there was one thing missing this past week: I hadnt updated my package concierge account address! Michelle helped me sort out my issues completely in minutes. If youre reading this, thank you!

First week here. Its been amazing. The level of professionalism Ive experienced from the staff (Leasing and Maintenance) has been exceptional to say the least.6 month update: still continues to be an amazing place to live. Any questions, concerns or comments that I ever have are immediately dealt with. Good Neighbors. Quiet community, love the location...conveniently located near the 71 freeway.Edit: still really good place to call home had a work order completed for the AC unit....it was handled very promptly and issue addressed...AC required maintenance and recharge only.Edit: just had another work order completed. Awesome experience like always. Renewed lease. Good Neighbors as well. Staff impeccable customer service.

Moved in 9/1/2023 and has been an overall positive experience thus far.We have had a few issues, but Michelle and the Maintenance staff worked to rectify the issues very quickly.Michelle has been extremely helpful and professional throughout the application/move-in processes, and continues to be a great resource.

Kristal and Michelle in the Reserve at Chino Hills Rental Office are both genuine, attentive, wonderful to work with, and they assist with questions and/or concerns promptly. The RentCafe App is efficient and self-explanatory. There are lots of wonderful amenities that are maintained. The maintenance team has been exceptionally prompt in responding to work orders and effectively fixing any issues that need to be addressed...thank you!

Hi all Im Nick, just a reminder that the people that work here are not responsible for all the construction and parking or noise .this has been difficult for all on site. I have seen employees deal with all sorts of issues Im sure are not in there job description . Ive seen the maintenance staff respond to work orders, emergencies, accidents, even deaths with class and dignity. Shout out to Robert,Luis and he rest of the staff. The ladies in the office are top notch I cant remember her name but I observed one girl handle a complaint with a tenant that didnt speak English, she calmly did something on her phone so it would translate so she could communicate. You could see the woman relax. Ive seen Michelle with perspecteve tenants making them smile, and the next moment had to ask some teenagers who climbed the fence ato leave the pool area, of course they gave her some lip.in a motherly yet professional way she re-stated the rules and they left without a word. impressive! Plus she has helpedme numerus times with my sketchy computer skills and the rent cafe problims Ive had.And Decron themselves, Ive been here almost as long as Robert, the previous owners could be very pricky about their restrictions. Decron seems to let people live... they dont nit pick little things.we are LUCKY to have them all. And live in this awesome city. I hope this brings some perspective. If not then yell at me not them.
