Last summer I was rear ended and brought my car here and last month, a tree fell on my car and I brought my car here again. Both times, they did an amazing job. My car is like brand new. They go above and beyond, they are really nice people. They stay in communication with what is going on with your vehicle. I wouldnt go anywhere else for body work. :)

The best team ever! Mona and her team were so kind and professional throughout the process of fixing my car and my neighbor’s. She is so big on her words when she says it would look like nothing ever happened. I was in complete shock when I came to pick up my car because it looked spotless. I’m so grateful to them for a job well done and I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone.

Could not recommend this place more!! Mona and Sy were so incredibly helpful and made the entire process so easy. Mona called and personally made sure I was able to get a rental for the lowest possible rate while my car was in the shop, and actually drove me home so I didn’t have to walk back in the rain. They changed my headlight for me, checked my fluids, and even detailed and cleaned my car. I was kept updated the whole time and they got it done in an extremely timely manner!! They absolutely went above and beyond for me and my car literally looks better than when I bought it. They are amazing at what they do!!

I loved Mona and Sly. My car was in an accident but i also had some other dents that needed to be taken care of. My experience with them was great. The costs was reasonable the quality was exceptional, but above all the customer service was great. Mona was very communicative and responsive. I will be using them going forward!

Fantastic service ! Absolutely the best service. They repaired a bad dent on our RV - another RV ran into us in a parking lot. Reseda Saticoy Auto Body handled everything. They worked with the other driver’s insurance company to settle the claim and cover the cost of the repair and painting. The results are amazing and you can’t tell the RV had ever been damaged. Ask for Mona and she will take care of you! This is a family owned business and will treat you as such! My car was wrecked from a rear end collision and Mona took care of me from start to finish! I got updates often and made me feel secure about the work that they were doing would be amazing. I got my 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT back and it was better than when i bought it back in 2017! They do awesome work and all the techs there are knowledgeable and professional! If you ever need true professionals at what they do, do not hesitate and go here!

Great Amazing job! Incredibly passionate. Mona and brother thanks a lot for being so kind. I know they faced lots of problems and hard time to fix and to return my car. I had been patient because they weren’t doing mickymouse. They are very kind, very observant, treat their customer as family and take I think every car as if they repair their own personal car. I love my Honda as it is my baby. I’m very happy that it took a little long but 101% accurate and beautiful work. No one can see if something had happened. I was in an accident that was not my fault. The other parties insurance company was giving me a hard time with the estimate claiming that the extent of the damages were due in part by a previous accident. This delayed fixing my car for several weeks. Mona did her due diligence to rectify this. Not only was she always professional, she was so helpful during the whole process...from setting up rentals to providing me with frequent updates, which helped ease my anxiety. Besides this, they are excellent at what they do. My car had a dent in the front of my car, unrelated to my accident. And to my surprise, when I received my car, I almost didnt recognize it because it looked like a brand new car! They fixed surprised me and fixed the front dent as well. The paint job and repairs look seamless. Hopefully i wont be in anymore accidents but if I am, I will definitely be bringing my car back!! Mona and her team are the best!!!

There was a significant scrape on the side of my front bumper when I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in. The folks at the office were very kind and professional throughout the process. I was quite saddened by the state of my vehicle and asked the lady there, How well can it look after being repaired?. She told me, it would look as if it never happened.To my very pleasant surprise a few days later when I came to pick up my car, I discovered that she was right. The repair and paint job looked completely seamless and there were no signs of any previous damage. Thank you so much for the great and valuable service!

Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc., is the best body shop you will ever experience - bar none! They are the best in every way and I have interacted with many body shops during the course of my life.I love my BMW and take care of it religiously. So when somebody backed up and hit my car at the supermarket and damaged the front bumper cover, crimped the hood, and crushed the left front quarter panel, I thought my car would never be the same. They never are when are involved in a fender bender. But not only did Reseda Saticoy Auto Body repair my car so much better than I expected, but I got the car back in BETTER CONDITION THAN BEFORE MY HIT AND RUN! THE ENTIRE CAR LOOKED BETTER THAN IT HAD EVER LOOKED!I wasn’t excited about any of the many recommended body shops I visited. But when I noticed Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc., while waiting at an intersection, I noticed they looked clean and squared away, but not so huge that they would forget who you are. I stopped by and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. The minute I pulled in, I was approached by Mona. She was extremely friendly and told me everything I needed to know about her, her brother and their company.Mona explained that theirs is a family-owned and operated shop that takes immense pride in their work. Mona conveyed to me that I am a customer for life and I can always bring my car back for any reason. They provided Customer Service that was second to none! My calls were always answered by Mona or returned within a few minutes. Mona handles the business end, her brother is in charge of repairing the cars and he takes great pride in his work.When I went to pick up my completed car, I was completely shocked because the car looked better than it used to! I was shocked! They not only took care of the damaged areas, but the car as a whole so that it looked brand new all over. I was ecstatic! THEY HAD EVEN FIXED A DOOR HANDLE ON THE INSIDE that a previous mechanic broke and one that I kept meaning to fix myself. They fixed that door handle secure as a rock and it had nothing to do with the hit-and-run; nor had I pointed it out to anybody at Reseda Saticoy Auto Body and Paint. They didnt even mention it, they just fixed it and I never even told them about it. And they didnt charge me a cent.Mona told me that she considered me a customer for life and that if I ever have ANY PROBLEMS, just bring the car in. I did just that when I hit a curb and my lower panels that run the length of the car came loose. Although they had nothing to do with this incident and it was completely my fault,I brought it in and Reseda Saticoy Auto Body fixed it within minutes and charged me nothing, even though I offered to pay!I had zero stress during my entire encounter with Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc., Because they take care of every detail. They dealt with my insurance company. They dealt with the car rental company -- even though there were several problems with them. I did try call the car rental company to deal with one of the more significant issues. I managed to come to a resolution that I found satisfactory, but Mona from Reseda Saticoy Auto Body & Paint Inc spoke with them after me and somehow managed to completely solve the problem.They even invited me to drop by to get my car washed anytime I liked. Although I didnt take them up on this offer, I found it surprising that they would continue to provide me with this service at no cost to me. Like I mentioned earlier, this is a family-run company where everybody knows you and your car. You dont merely become just another number. And if you are even the slightest bit dissatisfied with anything – and I do mean anything – they will make sure you are satisfied. I can say in all honesty that this is the best body shop I have ever worked with and their work on my car was the best I have ever experienced in my life.

Mona and Sy have taken care of our cars for years now. Anything from a minor scratch to helping us restore an old gem. They are super friendly and welcoming and are always willing to fit us in to take care of our cars. They make us feel like family and consistently put out superior work. They are honest and will not over sell you on things you may or may not need. Their technicians are highly skilled. Our cars always come out looking brand new and we leave with a warm heart having dealt with Mona and Sy. I hope to never need auto-body work but when I do I am sure to go here. I don’t know what to rave about more, the quality of the work or the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. When I first arrived I was greeted by the owner and his sister; it had the feel of a true family run business. They both made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. When I picked-up my vehicle I was not surprised that the work was done perfectly. I am a very demanding customer (I expect perfection) and I left a very happy customer.

I took my crystal pearl white 2018 subaru wrx here for some minor repairs to my bumper. Sy and Mona were top notch to work with. Im very happy with the results. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done the right way and got an awesome paint match. I will always go back to them should i ever need any body repair or work. Even before I dropped my car off, Sy and his team were in touch with me with status updates. I appreciated knowing my car was in good hands and the work that was done was exceptional. No gimmicks, no delays, no excuses. My car now looks better than when I bought it two years ago! Hopefully I wont need body work anytime soon but, if I do, I know where to go.

I found this family owned Auto Body Shop advertised in my local paper since I needed some auto body work done on my car. A friendly guy named Sy looked over the damage that needed repaired and said no problem. A few days later my Car was repaired, rust damage removed, new windshield installed and even some new windshield wiper blades. These people to excellent work at an affordable price. I will bring all my vehicles here for future repairs big or small.

Over the years I have had more experience than I care to admit with autobody shops. I have never even considered going back to one which I had used previously until now. I was referred to Cy and Mona at Reseda Saticoy Autobody and Paint by a friend of my sons’. The service, cost and workmanship were incredible. The estimate that Cy gave me was considerably lower than the competition and included more work.They went the extra mile to make sure that the arrangements were convenient, and everything fit my schedule.I highly recommend them.

To whom ever reads this post. My wife was rear ended in my 2014 Honda Civic. Yes she is OK.We took the car to this shop . Never going to the shop ever before. Never hearing of this shop ever before and they did amazing amazing work you cant tell the car had ever been in an accident .Their customer service is beyond Superbe .They treated us like we brought them up million dollar car.Their Quoting was perfect no overage is no extra charges we signed the documents in 5 minutes and off they wentthey took her of all the insurance needs,I took them a pile of dents and they gave me back a perfect car.Bottom line is you cant go wrong taking your car here for collision repairs.

You just found the BEST mechanic in Reseda! John and his team are great and truly did a great job on my Saab. I got in a minor accident but, basically ruined my baby car (especially the paint/exterior). Thankfully, John specializes in Euro imports and had her back to turbo in just a couple days. The paint job was flawless and they also restored all of the faded plastic parts that I could never get back to factory condition.Also, John is very easy to get in contact with for any questions and he is an HONEST mechanic!I am truly thankful that I found him and I highly recommend Resedas Best Auto Body & Paint. Never knew there could be a auto body repair shop like this!!! I dealt with Reza to replace my headlight on my CL500 and to adjust the bracket on the other side as well as ajust a few other parts that another supposed professional repair shop screwed up! He had one of his guys start on it as soon as we finished talking about what needed to be done!!! WHAT!!! Who does that!!! AMAZING!!!!! Car was done in a couple of hours and they washed it!! It cost a fraction of other quotes I got. Do not hesitate for one second to take your car here. Will be sending them customers for sure.

Had my car fixed. Now Reseda Saticoy body shop. Owner seemed too straight forward. It actually was the best ever, he told me the truth all the way through. Honda or Mercedes all the same. He prides in his team and their work my 2017 Toyota Altima look brand new. Wekk.it dis have 1,458 miles.on it. I was so upset when they hit it.
