Absolutely impeccable service. RescuTechs not only responded quickly to my request for help with my old computer, they also helped build its replacement. After attempting to salvage anything from my 6 year old gaming system through an exhaustive probe, RescuTechs provided me with the resources and knowledge to build the next machine. having been satisfied with their services thus far, I commissioned RescuTechs to build the beast. It could not have been easier. I laid out the budget, the time frame, and the expectations of the machine. RescuTechs not only built it and delivered it, but also did so saving me some duckets along the way. Anybody considering their services should not hesitate and pick up the phone and call.

I must say that my experience with RescuTechs seemed to be a bit rough, but then it was just because of the many problems my machine presented. I appreciate their work and time spent to help me get my machine back up and running. I have forgotten a few things and they were able to remind me as well. So, all in all I would have to give them a very satisfactory review of the help, advice and all that they gave me.

I was having problems setting up Skype. Skypes customer support found major problems with my computer. I wasnt comfortable having their contracted support fix my problems (in part because of the high cost). I called RescuTechs. Etsel fixed my problem easily and didnt find the major problems that tezcom found. I had used RescuTechs and Etsel before and am so glad I used them again. They are fair, reasonable and can communicate with the less than computer savvy customer.

I worked with Etsel, who happens to be the owner/manager of the business. I got prompt, reasonable, (and competitive) excellent service. Im your classic 65 year old who knows a bit about computers and he was unfailingly patient with me, explaining as he went. Ultimately I decided to replace my old faithful with a new computer and he helped me choose a good secure one that will meet my needs for the next few years. He transferred my data, and set me up with my new model. Also he never tried to talk me into spending money I didnt need to.Im happy with my new computer and, bonus, Etsel is a nice guy w ho really knows his stuff. Hes a pleasure to work with.
