Very helpful staff. Be sure to follow the big posted signs on the road. Wear your hard hat as posted. Wear eye protection, dust mask, gloves and closed toe shoes. Follow directions from the staff. Areas are posted on where to dump trash. If you are a Republic Services customer, visit their main office on Main Street before you go to the dump and get your dump passes for either landscape or trash. Remember, safety first while at the landfill! Republic Services of Otay, truly cares about the environment and goes beyond great effort to make sure your trash is properly handled and disposed of. Bring water to stay hydrated.

Easy access, plenty of space to dump your debris, a bit pricy when you have a small load.

The general trash drop off is super convenient. I backed up my van and my son and I were able to get in and out of there in around 10 minutes. I remember having to drive all the way to the top of the dump and back up to the MOUNTAIN of trash and then unload. This was WAY EASIER. Love that they have this setup and how easy it is.

Removed alot of dirt from my yard and they were happy to take it. Very easy process pull in pay and dump, one thing to note if your a republic services customer stop at their office on the street before maxwell for get your dump pass for 2 free dumps every calender year. Also bring a hard hat or its 6$ there to buy one.

Lost a starLost a second star ... dropped of trash, at compost facility at 3:50 ... we are closed by a clearly non-english speaker (who was .ore onto washing his girls car w/ company water -wadyefully at that- than customer service or learning English.Could have made money, but if I need to make a special trip, I might as well go to my normal place.First lost starWhat happened to Saturday hours

I know we have to have places to take our garbage, but I actually have a window in my house, conveniently placed so I can see the garbage shoot at work.To be honest, Im not sure it that was intentional or not from the people that made my house.Also I love it when it rains and I can smell my garbage. Just adds a fine tuch.The only thing I have a problem with is that they dont accept trash from soundcloud.

Their prices are RIDICULOUS 70 dollars its the minimum charge to dump trash .I paid 70 dollars to dump a few cabinets.PDNow dumping trash is a luxury here, I paid 90 dollars for demo, usually I pay 35 at Miramar landfill or 55 at la mesa .I hope this place isnt using our tax dollars

Free paper and cardboard drop off with convenient donation box near by. Only small thing is that I couldnt get through their phone number. Also had to wait 30 minutes for a dump truck to move...
