We were able to go run errands while he worked on the phone, and it was ready when he told us it would be. Juan’s a G and got me my phone back in 30min flat! I didn’t realize how bad it was going to be today without my working phone at work. I figured my spare in the glove box would hold me over but in order to log back into my clouds I have to have the 2FA code sent over to my main 🤦🏽 need I say further on how important it was I get this screen fixed without a senseless wipe

Quoted 280$ over the phone and left the phone with them and then we came back and they tried saying the new screen was defective so we had to pay 480$ for a A grade screen. Do not come here this is a scam store with fake reviews.

My boyfriend brought his phone here. The first screen they tried to replace it with didnt work. He was told to come back the next morning because a different screen would be in by the morning, he was also told if they could not fix it they would offer a full refund. He came back the next morning and they still were not able to fix his phone screen. The man working said he didnt know anything about the night before and would only partially refund him. He also told him the money that will be refunded can only be refunded with a check he would get in the mail (????????) My boyfriend refused and the man working told him to give him 10 minutes to give him a full refund. My boyfriend stepped outside and after the 10 minutes came in and got his full refund and phone. After he got in the car we saw they broke the touch ID, which was not broken at all before we brought it in. Weird to vandalize someones property because of something you offered in the first place! This one person was very shady. I would definitely be cautious or avoid this place if possible if this is how they handle issues that arrise.

My sons ninento switch lite screen had broke and I called many places and this place was the only one that told me they could fix it. Works beautifully and we are very pleased that it was able to be fixed and with a year warranty. My device works great.This is now the second time Ive gone and the new owner is incredibly efficient and caring. I was told my phone would cost over $400 to replace, and that I couldnt repair my phone because it was repaired before. The owner stayed open later than normal because it was an emergency, got my phone fixed in less than 20 minutes, and cost me far less than $200, half the price. This is THE place to go.

I went in to get a quote for a broken screen on my phone. I ended up not having insurance as I thought so I returned and the quote ended up being less. They gave me a discount since it was my first time there. It was wonderful. They told me it may take up to two weeks to be fixed and they called me within less than a week. Great service, phone is good as new and I am very impressed. I will always take my phones there for any repairs. Very great experience.

Jonathon was attentive and patient with me as I explained what was wrong with my phone (unresponsive screen). He communicated calmly and explained what the phone reparation process would be and what it would cost. He was able to replace my screen in no time! The best experience Ive had with phone repair in the area. All the way from the initial phone call, the expert repair work, the great customer service, the speed, to the discount at checkout. I somehow cracked the back screen of my Galaxy S8+ and went to a repair shop that had excellent reviews. They repaired my screen in a timely manner, I placed my phone back in its case and I drove off happy. About 5 blocks from the repair store, I took the phone out of its case to admire the back of it. And I noticed it was cracked already. Not even 10 minutes later. So I drove back to the repair store and they said they dont honor the warranty in case of cracks. I had not even had the phone for 10 minutes. So I drove over to RepairALL and talked to Nico and he was the most helpful person ever. He told me that the back screen they put on wasnt even a factory screen, it was very thin and it was destined to break! So he special ordered in a new back screen for me at a very discounted price and was able to install it and make it look brand new again. I cant thank him enough for everything that he did to help me out when he didnt have to!I will only use RepairALL for any of my phone needs or to buy accessories. He even helped me when I got my new phone to transfer everything over!

Went in to get my glass fixed. Everything worked but my screen was cracked. The guy was nice and service was quick. When I tried to make a call I couldn’t hear anyone unless I put it on speaker phone. They couldn’t help me. The guy said he probably could’ve given me a discount…. Then proceeded to say that he didn’t have any replacements in stock …160 for what. Said he could’ve damaged it but maybe he didn’t. The whole reason he offered a discount.

Dropped my phone off on my lunch for a screen repair. Jonathan said it would be ready in 30 minutes which is crazy fast, I couldn’t come back and get it so I told him I’d be back after work around 5 and sure enough I walked in picked it up, paid and I was gone. Very clean store and I love how they organized all the cases and screen protectors. No body was in the store both times I went which was nice because I didn’t need to worry about social distancing. I have been coming here for a few occasions now. My iPhone 8 Plus had its screen replaced and the speakers cleaned out. Both services were phenomenal. The folks really take the time to do their job with quality and care. I brought in my iPhone 12 Pro for a screen protector install today and again did great work. The battery in my Galaxy Note 8 was shot, not lasting more than a half day with minimal usage. I was a walk in at RepairALL and was greeted by Jonathan who just finished with a satisfied customer. I enquired about the possibility of a new battery for my phone and was told it was possible. Jonathan looked it up and fortunately for me it was in stock. 30 minutes later I have a new battery!!! Everything was explained in easy-to-understand terms. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were recommended to me by both Verizon and Batteries Plus. My phone had eas water damaged. My first experience with this store was that they cleaned my phone and tried to revive it at no cost to me. We tried a new battery at Batteries Plus, but the phone was water damaged beyond repair, so I bought a replacement phone from RepairALL. Transferring the data took quite a while, so I was in the store for probably 4 hours total during that day. Staff was friendly and treated everyone with professionalism and respect. I will definitely be back for all of my phone needs in the future, and will recommend them to anyone needing phone services.

Rosa is absolutely AMAZING!! My iPhone 10s Max glitched on Tuesday evening and was stuck on the apple logo. It wouldn’t come on, just kept flashing the apple logo all night and all throughout Wednesday. I took my phone in on Wednesday to Xfinity to see if they could help since I got the phone and my service is through them. However, they were so unhelpful and basically left it up to me to get it taken care of unless I wanted to pay $200 for my deductible for a whole new phone. I went directly to Repair All and Rosa was so helpful!! My work dispatches me by text soI had to get it fixed ASAP. I came in the store so stressed out and was immediately put at ease when I met Rosa. She was so friendly and very professional. After asking a few questions about what was going on with the phone, she got to work. After rebooting the system and upgrading, my phone works!! Great customer service! I requested a quote to fix our exchange student’s broken phone. The business was closed but I still received a quote within an hour of the request. The young lady that helped me was absolutely amazing. I had issues with retrieving information off of a old phone. I went to the Verizon store and was so disappointed in the customer service there. however they did give me the name of this company. I have used the Yuba City RepairAll for 3 phones so far. Two screen replacements and one iPhone that had a serious issue I couldn’t figure out. Niko went over this iPhone with me and although we couldn’t fix the issue (Apple ended up replacing it for free as it was their fault) it was still a super pleasurable experience! This place is not welcoming and never greet its customers.There was only one worker or staff there. When my dad and I went there, that one staff didnt even say nothing to us when we entered in. We stood there for a good 15 or 30 minutes because that one worker was talking to a customer. We were patience and nice to let them finished with conversation. When the worker was done with the conversations, we didnt even get help. Therefore, we feel so hurt how unwelcome this staff or worker presented to my father and I. I’d give her a 5 for her effort on that, but in the end, I needed a phone, so she sold me a used iPhone 6 for $300 and its garbage. Battery won’t hold a charge for more than 30 min. NOT worth $300. When I tried to call ALL Repair once they opened, no one picked up. My schedule was extremely limited and I travel for work, so now I’ll be traveling phoneless and in the hole $300. I went in to get my Google pixel 3xl oled display fixed with everything on my phone functional other than my oled display going out. I returned to pick up my phone and the volume button and my squeeze feature didnt work so they said they would fix it. When I came to get it after that the power button was no longer working so they said they had to send it in and that it would take 5 business days I didnt get my phone back for two weeks and when I finally did the fingerprint scanner was broken and my phone stops working when make outgoing calls they refuse to refund or compensate for damages.

I also found out later after returning home that they sent a text to my phone asking permission to send me notifications and they agreed to it while repairing my phone.
