Al is my guy at Renew. He repaired multiple laptops and various things for me. Hes a reliable, honest, and all round genius. I appreciate the prices of buying stuff there and having things repaired at a price range I can afford. Wonderful place in San Rafael.

The folks at renew computers are very helpful when I don’t know exactly what I need. “Drop off” is super easy, and when I had an issue with a donation, they went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. Very impressed with the customer service here.

Called ahead to specify how I needed a new laptop immediately since I use it for video calls, email, social media, content development. They provide the perfect laptop for my needs at right price all ready! They even gave me a choice of options within my price range and set them up all ready to go! Knowledgeable, helpful, great service!

Seidel did excellent, thorough diagnostic work on my 2017 iMac, patiently answered all my questions, and discussed different options with me. I recommend him and his great team at Renew Computers without hesitation. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and so reasonable, especially for the notably high quality of the work.

Good service and a nice selection of commonly used computer parts for cheap. A great money saver if you need to pick up a piece and dont need it to be in retail packaging. Still works exactly the same or theyll refund your purchase.

Helpful, knowledgeable personnel. I endeavor to purchase used whenever possible. Renew Computers should be a first stop when replacing equipment. Even if Renew does not have what you need, they will point you in the right direction.

This is my fave place to go to when I need all kinds of computer items are other elecktronicks Knick knacks. Also they have a fantastic selection of legacy computer parts as well as things that are useful in terms of contemporary like tronic items. This little place is a gold mine!

Renew Computers is over 30 years old I think, which goes to show a lot about their forward thinking approach to managing e-waste. The are pretty much the largest electronics and computer recycling company in Marin County, CA at least the biggest independent recycler thats for sure. They are located in downtown San Rafael where old PC, laptops and electronics are collected and properly recycled. They are also a qualify Microsoft Registered Refurbisher and they also offer repair and refurbishment services.
