My family is very happy with the excellent work that Renes Plumbing did. In February of 2024, they installed a new heat pump and AC unit to replace our old gas unit. From Renes, the owner, initial contact, in which he explained different options seeking the best equipment to meet our heating and cooling needs to Art, team install manager, on his teams professional installation. We were impressed with on time service and professional skills. They kept our home clean and neat during the entire process. We are enjoying the new system and the new ducting system, which greatly increased the airflow in our home.

Rene came and fixed our air conditioner. He was able to fix it quickly. He is knowledgable, and very professional. He does excellent work!

I am so happy I found this place! When we called, they gave us a one-hour window for arrival (compared to most places that gave us a 4-hour window), and arrived on time. The guy was very straight-forward with what needed to be done. The price quoted was one SIXTH of what the other company quoted. He had to leave to get a part, told us how long he would be gone and was back just when he said he would be. Spent a couple hours working and was done. He was friendly and honest and didnt try to upsell us. I will definitely be calling them again for my plumbing needs.

We purchased a Noritz Tankless water heater with a TacoGenie pump and couldnt be more pleased with the service, price and professionalism of Rene and his team. Art was an excellent installer. He was punctual and very helpful in explaining the products. We give Renes a 10 out of 10.

I have dealt with plumbers, and builders for the last 10 years and have never had a problem. This was my first negative experience and I will say I was surprised at the level of rudeness from the lady that answered the phone. She yelled and hung up the phone when I was requesting their services. I asked for the price for a water heater installation and she yelled and hung up. I called back thinking we were disconnected by accident and she hung up again. I would not recommend this plumbing company to anyone. There are dozens of plumbers in the area and I’m surprised they would treat a potential customer that way.

Call no other plumber if you want honest and care given to your home. From long standing experience to roots in the community are among the positives with this home town plumbing service.I called upon them following a family recommendation more than 10years ago and have been completely pleased with their ethics and quality of work.Although, Rene is retiring he has mentored, trained, and guided Art his protege to take on the next generation.These folks are like family. Trustworthy. Their work is clean and thorough and they know new technology and techniques because they train through professional development.

Renes Plumbing has done repairs for my house for many years! The technicians have always been kind, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Theyve replaced the air conditioning unit, the water heater and various leaks in my house over 20 years, at least. I feel lucky to have found a plumbing service I can trust. I value the techs performance more than office contact. I agree customer service at the office needs improvement but what matters most to me is resolution for my plumbing issues. Rene, Art, Jose and others who have come to my house...I THANK YOU! Today, young Jose came to inspect the leak near my 16 year old water heater. It wasnt the water heater! It was a connector on top that was attached to the water heater! Whew! Avoided a big expense! Thank you, Jose!

Eric put a new sink in for our kitchen. The office manager, Jennie, was courteous capable and helpful. Eric was punctual,, professional and was done efficiently. and problem free. Renee, the owner,, appears to be a person of Integrity with trustworthiness in his business operations. We will continue to work with Renes Plumbing for all heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. Finding a company that is both honest, competent and practices fair billing practices is golden when you find it.

Never given the option to repair the problem. We were told the entire gas line had to be replaced. We found a licensed plumber who fixed the problem for a fraction of the price that Rene plumbing quoted us. Shop around!!
