Called Renegade for an emergency water leak coming from my refrigerator, even though it was after hours, Brandon agreed to come and help me out. From the time I requested service, he was to our house within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repairs professionally and expeditiously. We had used him in the past for a different type of service where he saved us a substantial amount of money. Not only was he fair and honest with his diagnosis, but his pricing is unbeatable. It is nice to know that there are still small business owners that you can count on to provide professional service at a reasonable price. We will definitely continue using Renegade for our household needs.

We just bought a house and the refrigerator stopped producing water and ice, he came out very quickly and was able to diagnose a problem with a corroded water line. He was able to easily explain to us the issue and fix it on the spot. We were so impressed by his knowledge and communication with us that we scheduled him to come back and do some preventive maintenance on our furnace. He once again was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. We have used Renegade twice now and they will continue to be our go to appliance company. Straight forward, honest, communicative, and fairly priced. If you are working with another appliance company you are wrong.

Called Renegade Refrigeration so I can get my freezer repaired and Brandon was here within the day to come diagnose and repair the problem! Great rates, great customer service, and all around great place to have someone who answers promptly and professionally to come and get all your refrigerator and freezer needs met!! Thank you Brandon!
