Renee is amazing! There is no way we could have netted so much on the sale of our Eichler without the help of Renee and her team.Renee is a pro who has her own team that comes in and spruces up the property, almost like a mini-flip, then stages it to maximize the curb appeal.Prior to selling, wed tried to do some work on the house but wed had trouble finding a contractor to do the work at the price point we wanted. Renee was able to bring in her crew and handle the entire project so it was basically turn-key for us. She stayed within the quoted budget, which we never thought shed be able to do (which was a fraction of what wed been quoted by other contractors).Renee was also the consummate diplomat, dealing with co-owners who werent necessarily on the same page about how to sell. I am so grateful to Renee and her team for taking such good care of us and for the successful sale of our house!I would recommend Renee and her team to anyone selling a MCM in Marin or the Bay Area.

Renee was a great realtor to work with when selling my renovation project in San Rafael! I found her through her online marketing and I was impressed with her listing presentation. When it came to selling the home, Renee was very very aggressive (in a good way) with the buyers. We were expected $1,250,000, but she got us an extra $75k on top of that with a non-contingent offer. Right before that, she also told us how many buyers would come through, how many offers there would be, how much she expects to sell it for, and the exact date when the property should go on the market and she was right every single time. When it came to escrow, Renee was in control at every step and even after escrow. When the buyer had some ridiculous requests, Renee knew exactly what to say and she crafted every response and message to perfection. I felt protected, and I felt that she was looking out for my best interest. I would absolutely do business with her again and I would definitely recommend her to others!

Renee and her team worked diligently to help me sell my house in 2023. From the beginning she helped guide me through a very tough time, put me at ease, executed the renovations we agreed on flawlessly, and gave the property the attention it deserved. Even during a tough market when it took a little longer to sell than I anticipated, Renee was reassuring and knew exactly how to keep marketing the home. When my parents died, their house was somewhat run down. Renee told us if we were willing to put in $80,000, she could upgrade the house and increase the value by $350,000. She totally came through and we got $400,000 more than we would have. She and her team were delightful to work with. I most highly recommend her.

Renee Adelmann made selling my mothers long-neglected house a breeze! Once we put the sale in her hands, she took care of everything for us. She helped us clear out the house, made all necessary repairs and updates, and made the old house and yard sparkle! I hardly recognized it, and she did it all at a reasonable cost. She then priced it so that we got even a little above the price wed hoped for, and the house sold in a matter of weeks. Hiring Renee was the best possible decision we could have made.

My husband and I worked with Renee when we sold our beautiful Eichler in Upper Lucas Valley. Working with an expert in the design and architectural style of an Eichler made a world of difference. Renee and her team have such a unique perspective about staging an Eichler to really maximize the focal points of a room, to really enhance the indoor/outdoor concept of the home, and just really have impeccable taste in appointments and decor. One other huge benefit of working with Renee was that her network is extensive. There was never truly any worry about us selling our home. We had full faith and trust in Renee, and she delivered one heck of an offer for us! I would not have had it any other way. Renee was phenomenal! She knows more about Eichlers than anyone I know, and knows what buyers are looking for, so was able to help me figure out how to best tune-up my home before I put it on the market. The results were amazing--I almost didnt want to sell it after that, it looked so good--and the improvements we made (which were substantial and permanent, not just cosmetic) definitely paid off in a quick, efficient, and lucrative sales experience.But beyond that, Renee is highly competent, organized, and reliable, responding immediately to texts/emails, staying on top of schedules, contractors, showing details, issues, etc., and all the time most pleasant and personable to work with. We have used Renees services both for a purchase and a sale of residential property in Marin County. We could not speak more highly of her professional services. She knows the county and real estate market better than anybody else. She was an expert at timing and marketing of our property. Everybody who looked at our MLS listing and her website was wowed with the webpage and quality of photography and video walk-through. She guided us through the process of getting all inspections done in advance and got the house physically prepared for sale. Everything was just scheduled and taken care of. Best of all she was available to answer questions we had at any time. Day or night and any day of the week she would respond quickly to emails. She knows exactly how to respond to other agents and potential buyers when questions arise. Escrow closed exactly on schedule. She would be my recommendation for a real estate agent in Marin.
