We had the Renee White sell our home in Walnut Creek. We followed all of her advice and had a great outcome with the sale of our house. Her team is also fantastic. We really appreciated that when we were getting inspections or any work done in prep for the sale, her team coordinated it all, being very communicative about checking our availability, and after we vacated the house, they would meet the various people doing work at the house to give them access so we didnt need to. Also, her recommendations of people for various work were excellent. An added plus, Renee has a moving van that we borrowed a couple of times, which was a great perk! She and her team were very well worth the standard commission we paid, and we have already recommended Renee White to our friends.

If you are looking for a realtor in the Martinez/Walnut Creek area with the extensive knowledge of market and experience, Renee White and her team, Julie, Julia and Isaac are the best! I was tasked with the job of selling my late mother and fathers house in Martinez, I live 2000+ miles away and was very uneasy about what I was getting into. I made a trip out and called to interview several realtors, none impressed me like Renee! I was able to contact her office and had an appointment with Renee the next day. I found her to be very knowledgeable, experienced, warm and easy to talk to with no pressure. We went over what wasneeded to fix up around the house and she was on top of finding the right people to make to updates to the house in no time! Renee gave me the advice of what to fix and what not to, to sell the house. I made a few mistakes by not going with one of the contractors she recommended, but she still helped me through working with the bad contractor I chose. Please listen to her! Lesson learned on my part! Never the less, Renee and her team were fabulous to work with. They had great communication with me. Renee and her team did a fabulous job with the process of selling our first home. Renee came to meet with my wife and I and was very impressed with her presentation, knowledge of the real estate market, comps in the area and strategy for selling our home. Her listing manager, Julia, helped us each step of the way from scheduling our inspections, the necessary repairs, prepping our home with staging and photos. Renee walked us through the disclosure process step-by-step and made the whole experience a breeze. She gave us great advice when it came to selecting which offer to accept. Our house was on the market for only 7 days before receiving 3 offers, all over asking price and a fast close. Renee’s transaction coordinator, Julie, did a phenomenal job with excellent communication, keeping us informed throughout the entire escrow process. In September 2023, my wife and I were first-time home buyers and we worked with agent Jayme Daley from the Renee White Team.We were impressed from the start by how prepared she always seems to be, like printing extra house listings and property info when we were touring houses and using her contacts to arrange several inspections on short notice during our brief contingency period. She has lots of good experience and insights to offer, is a clear communicator, and was very helpful in explaining the home-buying process. She’s a good listener and clearly values her clients’ criteria and preferences. She’s prepared to provide recommendations when appropriate but doesn’t pressure her clients in one direction or another. She also helped save us money during the negotiation by suggesting that we ask for a larger seller credit based on the inspection results.Overall, my wife and I are glad we worked with Jayme Daley and the Renee White team and will recommend her to any friends or family members who ask for a referral.

I’ve worked with a lot of agents and teams over the years and Renee and her team has been the most pleasant, prepared, efficient, and professional team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.Our initial consultation was great. I always do my comps before I reach out to agents, and Renee did not disappoint, she showed up prepared with the neighborhood analysis and comps that are directly a reflection of my home not just in location, but in size, number of rooms, condition and consideration for the surrounding amenities to really give us a good valuation of where our house stands in the market. Some other agents may provide more superficial analysis, which usually leads to improper pricing and ultimately a net loss for you.Renee, really listened to the concerns we had working with other agents in the past, and took her time to understand what we needed, to make sure that the process was as stress free for us as possible. Additionally, her staging team was absolutely amazing. “Every house has its journey,” is what Renée White told us early on and throughout our time in working with her. From our first coffee session to our post-closing coffee session, which ended with hugs and a sense of reassurance that we had chosen the right person to sell our home. Not just any home, but the home we raised our children in for their first 10 years of living. Our first home with all the memories and emotions that went with that. Renée, to her credit completely understands and respects the emotional side of what that means and entails. At the same time, Renée is a savvy professional with a keen business sense of understanding the ins and outs of real estate. Now this has been an extraordinarily challenging time in the market. Renée worked with us - at a distance mind you of 300+ miles away after we had relocated to Southern California - and was equal parts strategist and thought partner. Realtor Jayme Daley was incredibly proactive. We had just begun looking for a new home due to a medical issue requiring us to find a 1 level home with a pool. We met Jayme at a random open house. She was warm and didnt put any pressure on us. She began proactively sending us home options immediately which allowed us to find the home we wanted within a few weeks. She was flexible with her schedule, would meet us at open houses or to discuss an offer strategy. She was very responsive with email and text. In the end, her advice for our offer was spot on. When we were selecting an agent, Renee came fully prepared for the interview. Her research was right on which showed she knew the property and had the wherewithal to make it work.She provided a list of contractors from painting, carpeting, and staging who could help facilitate our tight schedule and all did a great job. We followed her guidance as to what colors and carpet to choose, and how to stage. We accepted an offer four days after listing for more than the asking price. Her recommended movers loaded on a Sunday morning and drove 450 miles south. They unloaded at our new home the next day!She knows her business and her team is outstanding. We listed our home with Renee White and could not have had a better outcome. Renee has assembled a wonderfully talented team that makes her stand out above the masses in the real estate field. She is very professional as well as being very personable. She coordinated all aspects of the listing to achieve a very favorable timely sale. We listed our home in Concord and within a week had it sold. Unfortunately the financing fell through so Renee relisted it around 5:00 PM and at 7:00 PM the new buyer called and made an appointment to see the property the next morning. We first heard of the Renee White team when living in the Turtle Creek area of Concord back in 2002, Renee and her team are very active in the community and we always enjoyed the personal neighborhood touches, pies on the 4th of July, the annual Easter Egg Hung, the Valentines treats, etc... Absolutely True with nothings falsified.Contacted agent to discuss the potential quick sale of a recently acquired Townhome in Concord, CA. We had two discussions about my property.I did mention that the property had a squatter and that I would need her assistance in communicating a message to the squatter. She expressed her interest in the listing and the she could manage to go by and speak to the occupant. I told her that other than the squatter, Id be easy to work with and would price the property for a quick sale. All seemed good and she seemed confident and positive about moving forward. We decided she would go by the property and report back to me. I never heard back from her the next day. I then messaged her for an update. But nothing back. Days later I messaged her that I had been waiting for her response and that it seemed she had no intention of responding. I stated that she should have given me some indication if she did not want the listing, some professional courtesy and communication, an expressly stated standard in the Real Estate Standards and Ethics code. But even this injunction for adherence to a very real code of ethics was ignored. I ended up waisting multiple days waiting as Renee ignored me and showed me no respect. I could have used that time more productively but I wanted to give her every benefit of the doubt. I have no doubt now, Renee, in my case, was inconsiderate, unprofessional, unethical, and not representative of the standard that Keller Williams seeks to uphold.
