I had spent 3+ hours troubleshooting a WORD 2010 Windows 7 configuration problem that also looked like a irreparable problem with OFFICE/WORD. When I tried to repair WORD there was a missing DLL file. Matthew troubleshot the problem from afar and fixed it in 20 minutes!

My desktop was running very slow. The hard drive was full. I call Remote Computer Repair the techs not only cleaned hard driver and made the computer faster, but they educated me about how to manage my data and keep the computer running fast in the future.
This is my first time using Remote Computer Repair and they are an A 1 Plus Service. On top of fixing the problem I was having, they cleaned up my computer and got it running faster too. I will always go here when I have a computer problem and use them over and over.
I had a number of problems with my computers. I took them to a computer store and after spending an hour on them was told by the technician that I would be better off buying new computers. So then I had my neighbor who knows everything about computers look at them and he just made one of them worse and could not figure out the other one. Then I decided to use one of the online remote companies and I am so glad I did. Not only did the tech there Jeremiah fix things in short order, he also showed me how some of the problems were happening and how to prevent them from happening again. Aside being fixed now, they are much faster than before. I highly recommend Remote Computer Repair!

2023-11-26 16:23:36I was so thankful I called there. I was literally lighting my hair on fire. I spent a couple of weeks working on legal paperwork. I left the computer for 1 hour. When I went back it was dead super dead. Id list weeks of work. That guy on the phone (genius) fixed it in minutes. I offered to marry him but told him it would be bigamy. Great job! Thanks again.

2018-09-25 08:03:27Probably the most efficient tech support I have ever received. They went beyond the problem and fix other root issues with my gaming rig. They also spent a long time educating me about good preventive maintenance to keep things from happening again. The price was the least I have spent on tech support at my local computer store or one of those squad places.I highly recommend Remote Computer Repair.
