Dr Bajaj and his staff were professional and efficient. I was referred for my back pain after getting therapy from another office. Dr Bajaj was knowledgeable and understanding of my diagnosis and the treatment was done carefully and painless. This was my first time getting a steroid shot in my back and I was pretty nervous. Michelle was so nice and understanding and definitely put me at my ease. Dr Bajaj did the procedure in a few minutes and it was over. I highly recommend him and his staff.

We live in Fresno and were highly recommended to Dr. Bajaj. And we are sure glad we did! It took us almost 5 hours to get there but so worth the drive! I was referred by my Surgeon-Dr. Watkins- in Marina Del Rey (I should add I had 3 discs replaced in my cervical spine almost a year ago) and the very next day Michelle from Dr. Bajajs office called and actually squeezed me in his schedule in two days! Wow! Thats amazing for a new patient! This appointment was scheduled for Thursday January 11, 2024 at 12:00 pm. I was scheduled for an injection in my neck, specifically C1, C2-a little tricky area, and I was taken in at about 12:07-appt was at 12:00 pm. I was taken into the procedure suite (looked like a super clean operating room in his office) by Diego-whom by the way was super patient, very personable and very efficient-answered all my questions, set me up on the table, on my side and then Dr. Bajaj, came in, gave me the injection and 10 to 15 seconds later I got up, was able to walk out and I was done! From start to finish was about 20 minutes! I really wish most doctors worked that efficiently!!! I had my follow up call from Dr. Bajaj today-whom by the way is also very personable and very easy to talk to and makes sure to answer all my questions and I always have plenty:) We discussed how I felt and results after the injection were amazing! I could actually turn my entire head all the way around to the back on both sides! I havent been able to do that for about a year and with no pain or stiffness! I highly recommend anyone experiencing pain to go see him! The staff is very friendly and so easy to work with! Thank you Dr. Bajaj and your wonderful staff! This is my first ever Google review but I have to leave one. I got diagnosed with severe hip arthritis and I was told the only solution would be a full replacement at 37 years old. I did my research and found Dr. Bajaj. Him and his staff have been fantastic for my pain. They were incredible at answering all my questions and explaining everything about the BMAC procedure. In about 2 months since the procedure, I am back to full range of motion and no pain. This is my experience and I recommend everyone do their own research but from my experience - I could not recommend Dr Bajaj and his staff more!

Dr. Bajaj is a great listener, very thorough and asks additional questions to make sure everything is clearly understood by both parties. There is something different about Dr Bajaj. He has an excellent personality and bedside manner, and he actually takes the time to listen listen to you. He communicates well, is honest, and direct to the point. I have been to a lot of doctors, and IMO Dr Baja is one of the best doctors in LA. The practice is in a really nice space a with huge open waiting area, and oversize exam rooms. Perfect for anyone with social distancing concerns. The staff is very good as well... Diego is awesome, and Sabrina is amazing. Dr Baja comes highly recommended!

This office is amazing. They are truly professional on every level. Dr. Bajaj is as knowledgeable and insightful as anyone would ever want. He not only possesses exceptional skills and abilities, but he has the common touch to make you feel like youve been friends for a long while. And as such he will only do what is best for you, his friend. Most importantly, he listens to you, takes the time to answer you and explains things in understandable detail. And a quick story on the staff, specifically the Office Manager, Michelle. On my first visit I was led from the waiting room to an exam room. We all know how sitting there alone can take up to an half hour or more in most offices. Well, after about five minutes Michelle came to tell me that the doctor was finishing with another patient and running a little long, but he would be with me in a few minutes. This was a first for me in my history of doctor visits. That she would make any early effort to tell me what was going on was something that I appreciated. It was a small act, but it showed me consideration and thoughtfulness on her part. And ultimately a sign of respect toward me not only as a patient, but as a human. And all of my following interactions with the staff: information requests, paperwork, guidance with hospital procedures, were just as thorough and timely. These things dont happen in a vacuum. Obviously, this is all part of how Dr. Bajaj runs his practice and treats his patients. Not only will you be healed, but you will actually enjoy working with this office of professionals.

I was treated very well when I saw Dr. Bajaj. He asked me how I felt after the last injection and I explained that some of the pain was no longer in my neck. However, the pain did return and now I never know when the pain will return. I must put ice on my neck immediately when I feel the severe pain. I love Dr Bajaj and Evan and his office staff. They’re so easy to work with. Evan is SO kind and down to earth. He really listens to you and always considers what the patient feels they need too. They never pressure me into anything but always offer me multiple solutions. Dr Bajaj has a great, casual personality. He really loves his job, or at least gives us patients that impression. I used to go to another doctor in Beverly Hills but he was clearly just out for the money. He’d squeeze me in but not spend more than 5 mins with me before leaving for 20 mins and then coming back to finish with me. Dr Bajaj’s office is the opposite. He makes time for his patients. If you’re looking for a doctor with integrity and one that really wants to help you manage your pain, this is a great place. They also take their patients’ feedback and use it to do further research. Like for example, with CBD. He heard his patients talk about their success so he followed up on it with his own research and now offers it as a pain management option (thought not covered by insurance yet). An orthopedic specialist who specializes in neck/back pain, but refuses to fill out paperwork accurately(My paperwork said I had no back or neck pain despite being there for five herniated discs) or at all, is a specialist who does not seem to understand the ethical and fiduciary responsibilities owed to his patients.Appointments were often too short to accomplish anything useful and I had multiple appointments which I considered very important dates in my treatment plan in which the Dr. simply did not show up and instead sent a fill in to cover his place. This would have been fine if I were visiting for a common cold, etc, but my visits were meant to be specialized and determinant of how to proceed with future procedures or surgeries. If an assistant instead took my appointment, it simply meant I would need to come back to accomplish the purpose of the appointment I was there for in the first place.By using this Dr. I have put myself at a severe disadvantage when it comes to the insurance claims that came along with my injuries.I would not recommend going to Remedy Pain Solutions. I hate giving negative reviews. But if your health is anything like mine, you need a Dr who will be there when they say they will be and understands good care for patients with significant injuries does not end at the end of a five minute monthly appointment.

This medical group SAVED ME. I have dealt with chronic pain in my cervical spine for about five years. I had a flare up so severe it left me in tears. I am in horrible pain from tendonitis and arthritis, specifically in my shoulder. I was seen by an internist and then Dr.Baja came in for almost 4 minutes. I did not ask for drugs but his initial comments of I dont write pain medication prescriptions was obviously inaccurate, since in the paperwork before I saw him I had to sign a contract saying I would not sell my drugs. He made me feel like an addict and had zero compassion for my issues. If he did not want to take my case, all he had to say is that it was too complicated for him. As I said, it was insulting to think I came into see him for drugs. I wanted some guidance on how to best manage my pain. He gave me no information and suggested UCLA Pain Management in Santa Monica. That was equally humiliating when the doctor came in (AGAIN A RESIDENT CHECKED ME OUT) and said he had no magic wand. UCLA is one of the best colleges with many resources and this doctor could not give me anything but his statement about the wand and then offered to write me a prescription, It was not a good experience and I cannot believe there is no help for my condition in themedical community.

My aunt last appointment the doctor stop in the OPEN doorway, never came in the room or asked her how her pain was and within 2 minutes the appointment over.
