I was looking for a realtor to sell my home in Big Bear Lake. I had Traci Potter from Re/Max come to my home to meet and see what she was like. I liked her right away and decided to look no further for a listing agent. After speaking w/her for a little while, she listed my home. The next day the photographer came over. There were multiple offers the next day. I like the fact that Traci responded to phone calls immediately and we communicated well. She was very efficient and will get you the best offer possible! Her and her team were great! It was a very quick sale without any problems. We were referred to Bob by a mutual friend after she convinced me I needed to list with his team after having the house on the market the previous summer for 6 months without selling with another realtor. Bob and his team were amazing in helping us sell our house! He had a photographer out the first day and listed on the MLS the next morning. We received a full price offer in the very first weekend and we were closed with escrow in less than a month. Most agents can put a sign up, put your home in the MLS, and pray for a deal. Very few to none, can display the level of professionalism and service Bob and his team delivered. He was confident, accurate, responsive, and knowledgeable. I thought it would take months to sell. Bob prices his homes, right and tight to get the best offer. Well it worked. I interviewed several different agents prior to listing with Bob. Two of the others wanted to list the property WAY below what I wanted to get for it. Yes it would have sold very quickly and made them easy money but a loss to me. I did feel that Bob overpriced the house initially. ($50,000 over what the other agents thought I should list it for) We did end up selling the property within 6 weeks for about $3000 less than I wanted to get but still $20,000 above what the other agents wanted to list it for. Bob was very professional and the sale was handled with minimal issues. His marketing plan and listing presentation were very thorough. I would definitely recommend him with NO reservations. Right in the middle of the craziest market the area has ever seen. Jose was my agent. Nestor Licona was the most professional, responsive and detailed agent that I have ever worked with. I am an investor in California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada and Florida.
