Reliable Home Improvement Inc. installed my new retaining wall and patio.They are very professional and did the job correctly and within the amount of time that was stated. This company really works together with the homeowner to make sure that you’re happy with what you’re getting. My yard floods, every winter, which meant that my dogs would be tracking mud into my home all winter long. The retaining wall that I had in the backyard failed, so I was trying to get a retaining wall wall and realize that I can get the retaining wall and a patio, at the same time. It looks like brick, but it’s all cement. I love it.

My bay window was about 30 years old. It has been leaking bad for a few years. Between the leaking and the hard water stains from the old sprinkler system you couldn’t even see out the window anymore. I talked to Jared Rice about replacing the window. We discussed what I needed and he measured and took pictures of the old window. While he was here, he even changed the water filter in my refrigerator and hung a picture for me. Such a kind and helpful sales agent. He turned in my paperwork and I got a phone call from Jerry Sleeper. He came out and remeasured my window and ordered a new bay window. Installation took just one day. Jerry and helper took good care of my home inside and out. Did not leave me a mess. When they left, I had the most beautiful new bay window. Both young men are Excellent at what they do and I enjoyed having them in my home so much that I told them I was going to adopt them. I have become their honorary grandmother. I was so happy with the way the bay window came out that I had them come back and replace the two windows in my family room. The last picture is of the family room. What a difference it has made to have these windows that are beautiful And the glass is crystal clear. I no longer have a sprinkler system so I know they will stay beautiful for years to come. If you want the top-of-the-line, I suggest you talk to. Jared Rice at Reliable Home Improvments. He will Help you with whatever job you need. They do most everything when it comes to home improvements. If you do the windows or doors, tell Jerry to give grandma Debbie a call. They also replaced the roof on my boyfriend’s house. Yay no more leaking roof. He is also a happy camper. We have been so happy with everything they have done for us. The materials they use Is top-notch And their workmanship is above reproach. This Thursday and Friday they will Be replacing my driveway. I’m hoping that’s the last of the remodeling for a while. I want to thank everybody at Reliable for taking such good care of us..

Reliable did a bathroom remodel for us last year and it’s stunning. We got adventurous with our design and it never fails to get wow’s from guests.This was probably the 5th project we have had them do for us and they may not be the least expensive but they stick to the schedule and get it done as efficiently as possible. I will absolutely consider Reliable for our next home improvement project.

Tile work was amazing!! Jason is an artist as he matched up the niches beautifully. Brian was so great too. They were respectful of my time and answered all questions and kept me in the loop thruout the whole project. When Home Depot messed up, Brian made the call and returned the product for me. I’d love Brian & Jason to do future work for me, they are the BEST!!I just added two new photos, showing you the before, and the after! Lots of my friends are very very impressed, as I also put it on my Facebook page and I have 1 million friends!! So I also put a picture of your sign on my Facebook page.I just wanted to also say that when there was a little issue with my medicine cabinet, Bryan came right back and fixed it, also noting that maybe we should have the medicine cabinet open from the left. Because my daughter was special needs could break it on the towel thingy! He also hung up my Marilyn Monroe picture, which I so appreciated because he had a level!And one last note is about Destiny! She was wonderful, regarding helping me thru the whole project in such a pleasant and friendly way. She always checked in, and she always was friendly, and told me to get a hold of her right away if there were any issues I asked her about kitchen remodels and she filled me in a little bit. It probably will be another year before I take on that but I know that I will look forward to working with you all again thank you again very much!!

We used Reliable Construction to remodel our master bathroom. From start to finish, we couldnt have been more pleased. Destiny, the design consultant, was a great communicator and kept us in the loop at all times. The work was done in a timely manner and Vasily, the man who did most of the work, was a perfectionist and went above and beyond-we couldnt have asked for more.We will definitely use Reliable again for future projects and highly recommend them. Shout out to Kerry at Palm Tile and Kendrick at Ferguson Bath and Kitchen for the help in choosing tile, flooring and plumbing options.

1st paint job was interior. They were very professional, polite and couterious. They painted walls, ceilings and trim. Clean sharp lines. Reasonably priced. I will be using them again in future. Friendly crew.2nd paint job was exterior. Again professional and did an excellent job. They also did some stucco repair. Looks great. Before pic is tan/brown. After pic of exterior is blues. They even installed new fixtures outside.3rd job - installed windows. Jerry Sleeper did a great job. Showed up when he said he would. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend him to family and/or friends.

After years of having an awful front yard I had artificial turf installed. It is now a front yard I can be proud of. Everyone at Reliable was terrific! (They also did the cement strip) Will definitely use Reliable again for any other home improvements I may need

I had not used this company before, but when I heard it was family-owned I decided to contact them. The entire staff was wonderful from beginning to end. The project manager Patrick, the owner Ryan, and the foreman of the crew, Eber, answered any questions I had, and came by to check on the project. I have not seen that kind of customer consideration in a long time. It helps to go with a family-owned company. Rita

Beautiful work! They pay attention to the details and genuinely care that the job is done well! This is my 3rd time working with them. They put in new flooring, shelves and moved a closet wall.

Excellent Results! Everyone who worked on this project are so professional and polite, and their attention to detail is awesome! Complete remodel of mater bathroom, wood flooring and baseboards in kitchen, hallway, guest bedrooms, and closets, tile in guest bathroom and laundry room, and updated lighting throughout. Were very very pleased with everything they did with our 45-year old farm house, and look forward to additional improvements in the future.
