Easy to make an appointment, fast and professional service! I called on Thursday and had a brand new windshield on Friday. They contacted my insurance and did all of the paperwork! The process couldn’t have been easier!

This place is always awesome and the only place I use to get chips in my windshield repaired or replace the windshield entirely. They are always super nice and helpful. Reliable Glass in Auburn has done multiple windshield replacements for me and I didnt realize how good they were until my last windshield was replaced by Safelite. I had to go back to Safelite twice because the intermittent wipers didnt work. They never fixed it. Went to Reliable this time (another broken windshield) and not only did they tell me that a part was required to fix the wipers, they called my insurance and ordered the part. Chris and John are amazing and I will never go anywhere else for a windshield. They are trustworthy, easy to call on the phone (no stupid phone menu) and get your car done in the estimated time!

Ive had my windshield replaced by these guys several times and they have always done a great job and also making sure I was using the insurance policy I have to cover the cost.I had what I thought might be a water leak from my windshield, gave them a call and they got me in right away. Ryan, located the leak and it wasnt the windshield but it was the sunroof in the back. Ryan and the other guys unclogged the drains for the sunroof and double checked that it was all clear.Ryan was determined to find the problem and ensure it was fixed and I appreciate that. Im not sure any other shop wouldnt have just said it is not the windshield and sent me on my way. So, I recommend these guys, they will do you right.

I went to go to reliable glass and was referred by our mechanic, the garage in cool, and it was the best recommendation we have ever gotten reliable glass is honest, hard-working, and they all have a great personality. These guys are wonderful. I tried to get an appt to have my windshield replaced with the large company that advertises on TV. They couldnt get me in for 2 weeks and the price was ridiculous. A friend recommended I try Reliable Auto. Im so grateful. They did the job the next day and it was done beautifully. Ive had no problems. And, the price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them again should I need another windshield replaced.

Ill never use another auto glass business. Everyone was responsive, professional, kind, and informative. The energy among staff was really upbeat and positive which speaks volumes to their management and environment. The waiting room was comfortable and clean, they even had free wifi so I could work while waiting. And most importantly, zero issues with the new windshield. Do not consider any other shop! Go see these guys!

I am shocked how easy and fast it was to use this service. I called and within 20 minutes I was at the shop and the work underway. This family owned business, near us, was recommended by a neighbor. THANK YOU NEIGHBOR!. We arrived at our appointed time; they took us right in! Its a wonderful experience, nowadays, seeing a family business working hard to make everyone happy. They replaced the front windshield and did a little extra! under their estimated hour. Above and beyond.Yeah, they did the service well and at a good price. And then they also moved my important windshield stickers over. And then they also cleaned off some nasty stuff from other windows that they werent even working on. They didnt just fix the broken windshield, they left my car better than they found it. After something shattered my sunroof glass while driving on the freeway, I stopped by Reliable Glass for a quote. Brad gave me a quote that was much lower than Toyota dealer. He called as soon as he had the glass & scheduled me for the next day. It only took 1/2 hr. The sunroof looks great & works perfectly. They did a great job!!

These guys are the best! Ive had many windshield repairs done at Reliable Auto Glass in Auburn. All experiences have been very good to excellent experiences. Im a very tough customer with high expectations, and I dont have any issue with letting someone know when they have fallen short of those expectations. So Im quite picky when it comes to choosing my go-to automotive service professionals. The people at Reliable Auto Glass are exactly that, professionals! And they are my go-to glass shop. I was really happy choosing reliable auto glass to replace my windshield! They came out to my place of employment and took care of it while I was working. Two days later I was driving on the freeway and another rock hit my windshield (Just my luck). I called Reliable AutoGlass and they said not to worry come on over and they could repair it. Repair was scheduled same day and they did a great job cleaning glass from car and service was prompt taking about an hour. My husband had his windshield replaced and not only did they not silicone it in as previously done at other places...hope it doesnt leak. But they DIDNT vacuum up the glass in the cab of his truck from removing the old windshield. They just used a blower to blow it around. We wont be using them anymore. Got a rock crack from a dump truck on the freeway that got pretty bad. My insurance agency recommended I go to a different company that didn’t have very good reviews. So I picked reliable from yelp. They were awesome! Very professional and took the time to explain the whole process, let me know about the pros and cons of OEM glass, and recalibrated my camera and safety sensors as well as and got me in very quickly. Highly recommend!

Went in to get a rock chip repaired. I was told the nature of the rock hit would preclude completely eliminating the hit from view. The injected resin would stop the window from cracking, however. They did the job quickly, about 20 minutes. They were courteous, quick, and the waiting room coffee isnt bad.

We have had several windshields replaced here and have been happy with the service. However a week ago when we picked up our car there was an overwhelming chemical smell that lasted a week. The manager seemed surprised and unable to say why this was. We learned that if you mix the chemicals wrong this can happen. Since the company is not admitting what happened we will find another company for our windshield replacement. We are hoping that the windshield is safe.

If i could give this crew more than 5 stars i would! i live in my car (as in actually live in it) and was just passing through town when my window started acting crazy for no reason. i literally had also recently completely lost my voice to severe bronchitis and asthma. Reliable tinted the moonroof, hatch, and rear side windows of my 2015 Mazda3 with their ceramic tinting, and the difference is dramatic. I can no longer feel the heat coming through the hatch on hot days, and the car stays remarkably cooler when parked.But this is ordinary. Probably most tinting shops can do that. What impressed me was how they answered my questions and left the choice to me. The guy I talked with showed me his Ford Edge which he had used the same ceramic tinting on, and I figure you cant get a better recommendation than someone who eats their own dog food, so to speak.The tinting job itself was well done, no bubbles, streaks, etc. Its so light from the inside that I could barely tell the difference between the untinted front windows and the tinted ear windows, but from the outside, you have to stick your nose right up to the windows to see in, and even then, not very well. Same for the hatch window -- no problem seeing backwards. I wish I could get the windshield and front windows tinted with this -- it would be safe as far as seeing out from inside.
