Need serious customer service help. We have been literally waiting hours to speak to a human being. The call you back while keeping your place in line option does not appear to function correctly. Once I can get hold of someone, I can usually get my issue fixed quickly. Getting a hold of someone is by far the biggest issue with this group.

Horrible Customer Service Line.Attempted to call in 3 times.First 2 times got to someone who gave me a different number to call after a 45 minute wait.On the third call, I literally waited 30 minutes to talk to someone.While I was explaining the issue, I was put on hold and the operator Juan never came back on the phone.I then sent an email asked why I was put on hold and if I would receive a call back.I then asked if Juan intended to not call me back to have his manager call me back.I have yet to receive a call from anyone.Additionally they added Multi Factor Authebntication, which they made mandatory.They have the ability to sell your personal data to other entities.Also when calling customer service it usually over 1 hour to get someone to answer.

Do not even waste your time trying to call. Do you know what bad customer service means? be on the line for more than 2 hours and when you finally get a representative, she doesnt even know how to solve your problem and then tells you to wait to see if she can helps you or transfer you with someone else and then... call get disconnected. Still waiting for someone to call me back.High Five, Very Nice work!Worst customer service ever!!!!

I dealt with this company before the were taken over by Truckstop. Before Truckstop, you could actually reach someone on the phone. Now it is virtually impossible as the many many reviews say. As a carrier you do not have a choice in using them if the broker you work with uses them. Higher than call volume? That is a joke it is not enough workers. Their management must be paid too much not allowing them to have enough people on the phones. I called at 12:15PM stayed on hold for 3o minutes before pressing button to get a call back. It is now 3:50 and no call back. I am doing other work as I am on hold to see which happens first them answering my call on hold or where I requested a call back. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes so far on the current call. Issue is not something that can be updated online. I need to find out what they input when I talked to them a week ago after an hour on hold and at least another 1+ hours before they called back. If you are a broker trying to decide which onboarding company to use, dont choose RMIS they have gone downhill since they were taken over by Truckstop!! I noticed the company has no response to any of the reviews. They really do not care about customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service! I have been on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes and NO ONE has picked up the phone. Unacceptable! I need assistance with my account and cant even get someone to talk to me. How can a company that promises to provide monitoring services fail so miserably at answering their own phone? Do not recommend doing business with RMIS if you value your time or actually need help when you need it.

An absolute disgrace for a company of this magnitude. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! They give you an option to have a representative to call you back, but its just so you dont have to listen to that classical ensemble that will play for hours upon hours of your precious time. Just take the whole company and throw it in the trash and burn it.

Finally ready to start trucking after months of getting everything in order, found a company to haul for but they use these guys. I waited on 1 phone for hours and another for a call back that never came. Tried using the online service, finally received a reply and was told she couldnt help me

I wish I can give this place a 0 star, such a horrible company, updated my certificate of insurance 2 weeks ago, been calling them, hard to get in touch with them, have u on hold over 2 hours I finally got a hold on someone and she told me to give it 30 min to 1 hours and my account should be updated! It’s been 4 days nothing yet, my agent have submitted the certificate about 4 times already and today they requested for another one omg! This people are messing with people money and head! They should close this place DOWN!

They are thee worst company they have shut me down 3 times saying no cargo insurance in 3 months even though i pay a full year of insurance. And every time they fix it a day or 2 later and i lose work because of it.

Impossible to log in. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. We have Insurance and cant get rmis to update it in their system. Have had insurance agent send policy over and can not get it to reflect in the system. Cannot update it ourselves. Cannot get loads because not updated in rmis system California run company . Surprise
