The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only down side about the room was that there were in total 2 available outlets and they were each on the far sides of the room. But I brought an extension cord so that wasnt a problem for me but could be a problem for some other people. Overall I was very happy with the room!

Place was great. Very clean and modern. However, it was the staff that made my stay worthy of review. A personal thank you to Vic at the front desk for taking care of me. Very personalized and helpful. Furthermore, there is everything you need in the way of markets and food less than a 5 minute walk from the motel. onsite laundry that I took advantage of and HDMI hookup on the TV in case you dont want to watch basic cable. I came back to stay here again because I had a good experience before. One of the two beds made a squeaky sound when I sat on it but the other one was fine. Very clean and love the wooden floor. Will come back
Amenities were very, very limited as not expected. Price was equal to the, you get what you pay for.

Your typical travellin small town motel in a big city. Our room was definitely dated and had been a smoking room. It had been a long time since Ive lived in Brea so many things have changed, but this motel was in a good location. My favorite cafe (for many, many years 20 yrs ago) is right across the street. Grocery store is a few miles away as is the center of Brea. If you are just looking for an okay room to crash in then this is it. I would not want to spend much time in the room. It did have a fridge and micro, which was nice. The guy that checked us in asked if we wanted a smoking room. WOW! In California Even!! I was tempted to say YES even though I dont smoke lol. He accommodated us with a ground floor request and we parked right in front of the room. Bed was super hard which made for a fitful sleep. Think we had room #2 but not sure.
RE: Do not come here! They will claim you smoked in the room and refuse to give your security deposit back. Over priced and run by low life’s. Very clean and very affordable. It’s super close to downtown Brea and tons of amazing restaurants. We’ll definitely be staying here again. The owners are very friendly as well and attentive to our needs.
The Rooms are quiet and clean. Nice place to rest and watch tv if visiting the north oc area.
The room was clean and no strange odors. Wish the room had more outlets though. Had just 1 in the sleeping area and 1 in the bathroom area. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate my needs.
This motel was sub-standard is the best I can say about it. I had a room at the Howard Johnson in Fullerton a week ago for the same exact price if $85. H.J was a deal this place was not. The beds were not comfortable, I tossed and turned all night long. The two pillows on my bed were completely flat and only added to my horrible night at this place. The worse thing about this less than one star motel is that they have cockroaches. Saw at least three full grown adult roaches, killed one but the other two git away. Stay somewhere else if possible, even your car is better than this place and youll save yourself some money.
My Mother resides in Yorba Linda, CA. I do not get the opportunity to get to So. Cal very often. I have stayed at the Regency Motel-Brea in the past, and have always been treated with kindness and respect. These folks are very professional in conducting business. On this last trip, I was highly impressed with the refurbishments and remodeling. The Regency Motel - Brea has been and will remain my FIRST CHOICE. I highly recommend staying here for a clean, quiet, peaceful stay. It is within a short drive to Disneyland. I am looking forward to my next stay here.
Room came with microwave, alarm clock, larger mini fridge. Has a small parking lot with really just enough room for one car per room. Small but good size for people on a budget who just need a place to crash. No ice machine though and ice cost 25 cents

Had a easy stay here. Close to food (I walked to Breas Best to grab a meal) and close to downtown. I had a single room but I had a bid bed, fridge, microwave, cable tv, and optional wifi. Its a good space. Id come back here.

Awesome customer service representative. We had no cash on hand and he was nice to take the payment and deposit for the room from a prepaid Visa gift card that we had. It was a lifesaver since our car had broke down.
From the outside you would think its a low budget older dive of a motel then you go in the room whata difference the room was completely upgraded and modern very nice of give 5 stars but the bed squeaked so bad It was unbearable but all and all really nice interior

I rented a car on my trip to Los Angeles, so I chose this one as it was close to Anaheim. I was worried that I would have to check in around 11pm, but they happily checked me in. I think the neighborhood was also safe. There was no kettle in the room, but there was a microwave, which was very useful. I was a little disappointed that there was no hair dryer. I liked that the hot water came out quickly and the heating worked quickly. The room was also clean!
I stayed for two or three nights in this motel, it was clean and tidy. Good service. Convenient parking. Proximity to facilities and services.
The rooms are very clean, they lack bilingual staff, but otherwise it is excellent 👌 😉 👍

2023-07-20 15:58:44The room was great...clean & quiet. The female staff member (lives onsite, I believe) was not very welcoming when we checked in. I had problems getting connected to the WiFi and she was grumpy that Id woken her up around 7AM. She didnt help & I had to go back at which time the male (also lives onsite) came to the window & was able to help me get connected. I would stay there again but hopefully attitudes will be improved.

2020-07-30 00:20:16If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I do not recommend it. I would never go back. The pictures they have up are very deceiving. The walls in the room were dirty. The floor boards looked like they have never been cleaned. The furniture was scratched and not well kept. The carpet was dirty and we could feel it through our socks. We splurged on a hot tub in our room, however the tile around it was broken and the hot tub looked also like it had never been cleaned. We used our own blankets, since we didnt trust the bed linens. We were tempted to sleep in our car rather then this motel, if it wasnt full of luggage we would have. The only way this motel could have been worse is if it had bedbugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!

2018-02-12 16:38:51Arrived on a Friday afternoon. First thing I noticed is that the hotel is in a fantastic area. Good neighborhood, off of a main street. Close to shopping, freeways and restaurants. The owner and operator was very kind, polite and professional. I went to my room, which had a jacuzzi tub (special for the room), microwave, mini fridge, desk and dresser. All the lights worked. The room was clean and well maintained. Bed was a little squeaky, but comfortable. For the price, location, and service - I was definitely very well pleased. When I am in the area again, I will probably stay at the same place!

2021-06-21 03:35:49I stayed 1 night. Its right down the street from an awesome coffee shop, Melted Vinyl. Theres also a convenience store right across the street for anything you may need last minute. The place itself was clean and quiet, parking on site. I would definitely stay here again.
