2024-06-30 15:04:34I dont come to this theater often. Maybe they were having an off night. But it seemed to me that the concessions process was pretty broken. I have empathy for the employees who are very nice and working very hard. Here is my experience: (Saturday 7pm) It took a really long time to order food, maybe 8-10 minutes. The fryer was broken that night so I had to modify the order I was planning. Then to pick up part of my order (cheeseburger) I had to wait again in line a second time at the back counter. I got in that line and waited a few minutes and by the time someone helped me it was at least 10 minutes after I placed my order (I looked at receipt timestamp) but my order had not been started yet. So I came back later sometime during the movie to pick it up. The person working the back counter was covering two counters in a different part of the theater and had to keep running back and forth. In the big perspective I enjoyed having a night out at the movies, but this part of the experience was a miss.

2024-06-17 14:29:09Overall we had a good experience. This was our first time seeing a movie here. The seats are comfy, the staff was kind. My issue is with the previews/so many ads after the movie start time. It was annoying to see multiple soda commercials and even one for Chuckee Cheese. But the part that was unacceptable was scary movie trailers before Inside Out 2. My 3 year old was terrified and had to hide her face for 2 movie trailers. Because there were so many commercials and some of them were inappropriate, we likely won’t come back.

2017-01-15 05:48:58So after the revamp I decided to come check it out. 10 bucks for normal seats 15 for 3d IMAX. Super super comfy reclining seats and a bar with tons of beers on tap about 6 bucks a piece. The audio of the movies sounds great, but my only complaint would be the screens are a little smaller than muvico. The price more than makes up for it however.

2023-02-25 02:22:18That was a good moment when we ar watching movie in this Theater. We enjoyed the Bollywood film Pathan in the Theatre number 8. We was five people in that day... But, they don’t have enough restroom in ground floor..

2018-06-17 00:02:45A good balanced market place. For me its just the theatre and cold stone creamery. Toys R US is closing. There is a trampoline park here which looks awesome, havent been there though.

2024-06-30 02:33:41This was 2 days ago. They forgot to turn on the AC when the movie started. They were reminded by multiple audience members and they still didnt turn on the AC for a 3 hour movie.

2023-07-28 21:28:51This theater was actually nice BUT that was 5 years ago!!! Since then the chairs have fallen apart. They are ripped and disintegrated. The bathrooms are closed downstairs…. No more beer on draft.. terrible service… was told a/c was out in theater on 100 degree heat wave… this used to be a little gem. Would NOT go back!

2023-07-26 19:05:42Every negative review Ive read here sounds like entitlement and a lack of patience–Im guilty of that too at times–but heres the perspective of a local since 2009. Im here twice a week.I appreciate this location. It was renovated 6-7 years ago, and its in decent shape considering the amount of business they receive. IMO were lucky its remained open since a competitor opened ~10 years ago. Sure, the seats dont look pretty because the coating has worn, but theyre not ripped or torn and Ive never had one not recline for me. Its not like theyre in disrepair or inoperable. The A/C works, guaranteed. Ive been shown the projector room at another theater, so I know that the projection and computer network (racks) equipment will overheat without working A/C. Theaters have tall ceilings, it takes a while to cool them, so I consider that when choosing the first showtime of the day.Ive never had a problem with concessions or drinks, except my own lack of patience. Truth is there may be 4 people in line ahead of you if you show up right at movie time. Id say they staff the front adequately. When its truly busy, they have 3+ people up there. Bar service can be slower, but given these are entry level jobs and younger people usually apply, theyre not going to be serving alcohol–legal age is 18 to serve (21 to consume)–ive never known an establishment following that though. You may have to wait if its slower. The bartender also prepares hot food orders form concessions. Arriving earlier will ensure a positive experience. The main bathrooms (upstairs) have always been in working order that Ive experienced. its a little bit of a walk, but theyre nice, big, and clean without ever having a line. One review implied that all water was unavailable here for a week or so, well thats usually a shopping center issue and not their tenants. Im sure it was fixed as soon as possible, considering its needed to make money. Also, I think that people are confused by the layout here until you realize the downstairs space is needed for theater seating, upstairs is usually wasted unused space at theaters. It was smart for the location to utilize it. There are two more convenient ones downstairs intended for ADA, unfortunately too many people take advantage of them rather than minding their manners and leaving them for those who truly need them rather than just not wanting to walk. (Again, Im guilty here too, but lets call it as it is.)Theres always room for improvement, but when Ive brought legitimate concerns, like customer safety, theyve addressed it.My advice for a positive experience here is to align your expectations for a comfortable theater renovated just a few years before the pandemic, and show up 30min before showtime. If the missing coating on the headrests of the seats bothers you, you can always bring a hoodie or something to throw over it, the rest of the seats are like new. Personally, I bring travel Clorox wipes just because its a habit that stuck in covid.
