Such a beautiful theater. The seats were well shined and comfy. Concessions were well priced and adequate. My only issue was the lack of service by 3 employees when I entered. I stood at box office, and they looked but at me BUT did not end their conversation. I finally approached them to inquire how to buy tickets. I almost left but decided to stay. Glad I did because this is a gem

Went for the first time. Was amazed how big the building was. It didnt have any Regal sign so I was thrown off a bit. It had a huge Edward outside with like ruins and stuff.We walked in and were greeted by a staff member who was very polite, and a big cart of dots ice cream.The place was a bit empty but was really clean!They had a good amount of games to play while you wait for your movie. Nice snack variety.Got to our theater room and boom! Old @$$ seats.They need to update the place. Other Regal locations have more updated seating and speakers.Overall I would come back for sure. Just hope they get an update soon!

I took my little ones to see IF on a Tuesday. It was quite empty which was a good thing because there were no lines at the snack bar.Theatre 5 was empty, no one was there.The seats are old so they do not recline.They are cloth material (suede) so they were very stained... which was uncomfortable to me... all I could do was spray sanitizer on them before we sat down.But we were able to see our movie.I purchased the tickets on the regal website so I picked out where we would sit and so our seats were assigned to us.It was an ok experience.The bathrooms were very very clean, they had paper towels and soap.

Ive been coming here for years! The attention to detail in the movie going experience has always been nothing short of exceptional. The employees could move a little faster when it comes to ordering snacks and food. They have no sense of urgency. But I find this happens at most if not all movie theaters. But its not enough to ruin the experience. Just arrive early enough, and youll be fine.

Yall get ready to pay extra for a bag of Jalapeños for your nachos (tortilla chips and cheese only, this ain’t your mom’s party). You’ll definitely feel like you’re at an art exhibit, watching five people behind the counter do… well just stand and look pretty I guess, and one dude on the cashier. Have fun!

Average experience.The location is grate...enough parking space.The welcoming as you enter the theater is nice.The out side look is nice it gets your attention but the inside look I think is outdated. As you enter there are two game spots for you to entertain your self while waiting for a movie to start. Food court is very slow eventhough there are two food courts, the times I have been here the second food court is always close. I have no idea why but having both spots open so people can get their food, drinks and snacks faster would be great since they take for ever with the food orders and employees have no training whatsoever. You are standing right at one of the hallways waiting for you food and you dont know whose giving it to you. I used to see only two employees in the food court and a bunch of employees just walking around with their radios in hand doing nothing. The auditoriums have an okay size but the seats need a deep cleaning specially with bed bugs being found in some movie theaters now a days even though they are following health procedures guidelines. It would be a great experience if movie theaters owners would take the care an time to train their employees an care about us as well since we are the ones spending our money there to have an excellent experience from the moment we stepped in the theater.

Huge movie theater with 20 screens and IMAX, parking is free. Never crowded on weeknights. Tickets are easily purchased by the main entrance through a self service kiosk. Tickets are $12.90 for adults on a week night.They do sell beer here which is nice if thats your thing. A 12oz can of blue moon is $9.90. Which is as expensive as it gets.If youre buying anything at the concession stand they dont accept cash.Inside its very clean and the seats are comfortable. Only minus is that the image on the screen is not really clear its kind of dull/distorted like the lense on the projector is burned out. Ive seen a couple movies here in different showrooms and in one of them, theater 16 screen had a line going through it that was visible and the screen was dirty.

Theater 16 had a glare on the screen. Seems like they just let things go for this theater. Long lines can be avoided if they used the other facilities for snacks. Used to have good memories here.

Everybody is friendly, and helpful, and if you want to watch a movie in the smell of a real movie theater in a setting that looks like a Stranger Things episode, this place is the place! They also have an imax which is great!
