Good Customer Service at the popcorn station. Volume at the theater was super low a lot of us during the show were having a hard time hearing everything properly. The front entrance wasnt really monitored there was a school field trip it looked like an elementary school and I saw a homeless person come into the girls bathroom.

Great movie theater. Well-lit parking lot at night that made me feel safe, cheap ticket prices on Tuesdays, the movie sound and screen were very clear. Friendly employees, too. The only thing is that the womens restroom is filty; tons of clogged toilets.

This theater is old but remodeled. Perfect for a cozy night. The recliners are super comfy and the popcorn was delicious. So were the red vine licorice. Bathrooms clean. The service was good.

Very good cinema theatre for the latest movies in many languages. Good cleanliness, seating & sound system. There are 18 screens cast in movies. On Tuesday there are special rates for all movies.

This is a nice theater very well kept and clean. Parking lot is big with a good amount of parking spaces. This theater does have a small arcade to play a few games in. They also have a small beer selection to choose from. I gave 4 start because they do not have the combo box anymore and moved from Coke to Pepsi.

Very nice service, very friendly staff. i was out with some pals watching star wars episode I, when nature called… in a state of panic, i rushed to the men’s restroom, where my life changed. this was a new experience to me. i had never used a public restroom to excrete in… it was actually very enjoyable, and i would come back again to use the restroom here, very comfortable. i ended up clogging the toilet very badly however, so sorry to the employee that had to clean it up. regal san marcos taught me something, to follow where life takes me. i learned to do something new everyday, as i used a public toilet to excrete in, which i have never done before. very happy overall

This is the nicest Regal I have been in, and I have been to those across the country (Kansas, Mississippi, etc.) The facilities are also clean and the staff is very nice. The downside is this is the most expensive Regal I have ever been to. The ticket prices are pretty steep. But other than that, it was a pretty good experience coming here.

I like coming here but the last scary movie we watched they wouldnt turn off the lantern lights on the walls during our scary movie.it was right in our line of sight, ruined the experienceWe always have to ask them to turn off the lights in regal theaters. 😔

Took my kids to see a movie at the San Marcos Regal, brought back good memories from high school. They build this movie theater when I was a teen. Had a few friends who worked there and I would go watch movies all the time. We use to ditch school and go watch movies all day. Ive probably seen ever movie that came out between 1998 and 2000. My kids liked the stadium seating. Wasnt very busy, but thats how I like it. Nice and quiet.

Well, what can I say about this here theater. The lines are long, the staff is not super friendly, and the prices are outrageous. But one thing I really want to focus on is the mens room without a door on the stall! What in the actual heck is that all about?! I had been holding my bladder during the 3+ hours long Oppenheimer (lovely movie, btw) and when I finally made it to the restroom I found a single stall with no door on it! I would have just used the urinals like a normal dude except even though they were mounted to a wall with plenty of space, they decided to put them right next to each other. So then Id risk urinating whilst rubbing shoulders with some strange dude! On top of all that, it seems they could only afford one new hand dryer instead of two, possibly because they doubled up on soap dispensers at one sink. Idk whos in charge of bathroom design at this facility but maybe they should go back to bathroom school. Anyway, the rest of the theater is fine.

Ive been coming to the regal theater in San Marcos for a few years now when there are special event movies.This is probably one of the largest regal theaters I have ever been to. They really have A LOT of theaters inside of this complex.It is very spacious inside, and one can easily get lost while trying to find their movie.They usually have most of the mainstream movies as they come out, and they also feature smaller indie films, or anime movies, which are not typically in other theaters.Although I can see that the theater needs a little maintenance, overall everything is quite standard and clean.I also appreciate that they keep their bathrooms clean as well.The only gripe that I have, is that in the movies that I have gone to see, I have not experienced any recliner seating options, but at least the seats are comfortable and clean.Perhaps Im not going to the right movies to experience this.But otherwise, the customer service is great, and the prices are pretty decent for todays movies.I definitely love coming here for the large film variety.

This is a really great theater for the price. The day shows are super cheap! This is a very nice theater to go to in the San Marcos area if you are looking for a old style steaming arrangement. You can’t reserve the seats which makes them a bit cheaper and honestly it’s worth it. Been going here for years and still love it. Will always recommend Edwards 18 to friends.

It is an old theater…but, it was clean & well managed. Parking was decent. Huge lot but it was pretty full. We got lucky and found a spot right away.Only got popcorn to snack on. It was ok. I’m sure for the price it should have been better but it still got eaten.All in all, we watched a movie as a family and it was a nice time!

Not my favorite movie theater to go to. The blonde hair girl (Morgan I think) was offensively rude. She was very dry and monotone towards me: “what do you want?” She acted upset when I asked a question about the menu (Nacho sizes). I said “Thank you” once she handed me the food and she just ignored me. No hospitality or kindness whatsoever. I figured she was having a bad day until she turned to her coworker and immediately her demeanor changed. She was smiling and talking to him. A major part of a movie theater experience should be its hospitality, which is clearly lacking in this theater.

The movie theatre is nice, and it feels very vintage since it still has a lot of its original overall theatre layouts as an old movie theatre. I would suggest that they do need to upgrade their theatre seats. Theyre really stiff and uncomfortable.

Nice clean place,older with stadium seating. Went to a movie on a Tuesday for the discount day. My seat was a little sunk in but was not bad. I have not been to this theater since before Covid. It was not busy then or on my most recent visit. I prefer that to crowded theaters with screaming children.

Took our grandkids to see Wonka. It was the first time in a movie theater for both of them (5 yr and 7 yr olds). They loved it - grandpa bought popcorn, red vines, Rice Krispy treats and water to share. A memorable time to be sure.

This theater is in a good location for a date night; dinner then the movies. It’s location is convenient. And you can purchase your tickets on line to avoid waiting on line at the concession stand.. no they do not have two different lines for that. The concession line takes so long to wait in.. they are young kids working there that don’t know how to hustle and keep the line moving. They take their time, stop to converse and don’t give the costumers much attention. It’s painful to watch and wait.. also the chairs are small give much room for comfort. This is one of the few theaters left that actually has these type of chairs these days. Anyways decent theater but not the best.

Theater has gone down hill, entrance prices have increased, and co creations prices are ridiculous I am a senior and paid $12.00 admission and $,7.90 ZZfor a medium soda, the only thing less expensive was the medium popcorn which was $,2.45The only theater thats affordable for seniors and others is Cinoplous and they give free refills on popcorn and soda and have reclining seats in all theaters

My partner and i bought tickets and had an emergency come up so we would not be able to attend, i wanted to move our tickets to a later showing or the next day so i called. 2 different calls to the theater and no one picked up either time? it rung for 4 minutes and hung up me. 30 bucks around the holiday adds up, very unprofessional

Rigid high back seats leave room for improvement. In comparison with other theaters with reclining leather seats, the time spent watching the movie could have been more comfortable.My last observation was the volume of the movie... I literally had to put pieces of my napkins in my ears to make the experience tolerable.Overall, we found the theater to be clean, the staff friendly and attentive, and the wide choice of films playing to be very good.

Well I was excited its been 4 years that I have gone back to the theater reason I went cause the true movie Sound of Freedom was playing and amazing movie and plus the theater popcorn and of course the drink plus I was amaze I didnt have to wait to pay for my tickets I rather pay at food area its faster. Got my item and ticket and was quick. That the way I like it then those stupid ticket pay machine. Bring back the people whos inside tickets booths the old way stop changing. Better know name and time of movie before going in. Staff knows nothing. Walls or anywhere else does not have show times. Put in screen and it kept flipping pages every 10 seconds. People are waste of space. Good thing they are only theater or they would be out of business. But really is that a bad thing, maybe a more customer driven chain would come to town.

I went to see the new hunger games movie on opening night and they had not ONE poster to take pictures with or any themed items to buy. They had a journey to Bethlehem poster… but nothing for the opening of the hunger games. Also the commercials went on for over 30 minutes and the showing started really late. Really disappointed and wish I choose another theater

I would never go back again, there is no privacy in the mens bathroom specifically if you have kids. You go in there and you can see peoples junk as you walk in because the way its facing and no center dividers. Disgusted

Very clean and friendly staff up front. My major problem with this place that can be fixed is the theatre does not get dark enough. The giant silver trucks on the sides are distracting because of brightly lit theatre. To top it off, because of the brightness I saw staff occasionly walking the aisles to make sure no one was in there without a ticket or sitting in a wrong seat? I am so surprised no one else has complained about this.

Waited almost 50 minutes in line to buy tickets and get goodies. Was 30 minutes into the theater. Tried to get compensation from the manager Gretchen Fay and was told that she couldn’t do anything or she would have to do something for everyone? My grandson and I went. I like how you were able to choose where you wanted to sit and you purchase everything right up front at the snack bar. The best part is that they had real fresh popped movie popcorn I could add as much butter as I wanted. The theater was clean and so were the bathrooms. The staff was very nice and polite.

I really liked the experience last night. The staff was very accommodating. I especially appreciated the efforts of one individual, Daisy. Theater was really nice. However the audio level for the movie we saw was so high we had to watch a majority with our ears plugged. Im not usually sensitive to loud volume, but after leaving my ears are ringing like I was at a concert. Kinda ruins the movie experience.

It was good the only reason I gave it a lower score is the new seating situation. I have not been in years, since I moved away but I was visiting and decided to take my kids. They have assigned seating now, so you pick it when you pay for the ticket. Seems all good til you go to the theatre, luckily it was not crowed but there was no clear indication where seat numbers would be or where in the theatre the seats would be. Just on the seat and row itself so you have to search. Also just an image from the ticket booth which was switched around so we ended up on the wrong side. Well we sat in the wrong seats, I had an injury at the time so searching with three kids didnt happen. It was all good til two older ladies came and we just so happened to be in there seat. I was wrong and I felt bad but there was rows upon rows of empty seats. But just because we were assigned she made a big deal. I ended up moving no problem I offered but Im disappointed in the theatre because simple signs on the outside stating which number and letters are where would make it 100% better for everyone involved. Everything else went well.

Comfortable theater with good seating. Wish the employees who mans the concession stands would be a tad faster. If youre in a hurry forget getting your popcorn and drinks in time for the movie. Parking outside is so-so. The overall quality on the seats is good, and the sound and picture quality is excellent.

Went here on Friday 1/6/23 to see Megan after running a few errands since I was in the area and wasnt able to make an earlier showing at the Cinepolis theater in Vista that I usually go to. I STILL wasnt able to see it because you had to buy your ticket at the concession stand. With all the people also buying food it was taking forever! I stood in line for so long that the movie had already started and I had only moved up one or two spots in line. Im not paying to only see part of a movie! So I left. Out of I think the 4 times Ive gone to a Regal theater in the past 2 years, this is the second time its happened. Not to mention theyve gone cashless and only accept credit, debit, and gift cards now. Im going to avoid Regal from now on and just stick to the Cinepolis.

Most often, its the other patrons that make or break a movie experience. But regardless of the patrons, this theater is one of the better ones Ive visited. Its always clean, the employees are always friendly, and as long as you dont go on any major opening weekends, the line for tickets is usually small. I always enjoy my experience here. Its my go-to for movie theaters around here in North county.

The theater and bathroom were very clean. I went to see Nobody. I was at the first showing of the day. There were four people total watching the movie. We all had to purchase our ticket at the candy counter. The service was very slow. They only had two cashiers behind the counter. People were getting upset.The movie was a very good action movie. I I purchased some earplugs. I didnt need them. The value was just right.

Such a great staff at this theater. Been coming here for years and the ticket taker guys are our favorites! The manager cares more than any other at other theaters. He is actively at concession and working with his staff and all are friendly here. Restrooms clean and theaters comfortable and clean. Nice complex.Update 2/10/22 theater looks great and they finally got their sign out front fixed to be able to show the movies and the times. They still are not having the box office open and we hope that changes soon because trying to do our tickets at the concessions along with ordering food or when we just need tickets and we are waiting because people are in front of us ordering food has made us late to a couple of movies because the lines were so long. Getting your tickets and ordering food at the same time is not convenient. They should have a separate place at the concession stand for getting tickets only. We do not do tickets online because we dont have a guarantee that we will be able to make that time for a movie so for us purchasing them inside once we get there is the best way. Today we went and the theater was empty and only a couple of cars out in the parking lot which was kind of sad to see. We still have the mask mandates and so that might be why but when those get lifted next week maybe people will go again to the theater during the week. We know that the nights and weekends are a little bit busier. The concession guys were either brand new or didnt understand how to do the credits with people that have unlimited membership. Weve run into this several times. We were getting food with our tickets and after scanning our phones they still wanted to charge us for the tickets even though we have unlimited membership. I dont know where the training fails. As far as the staff being courteous and kind and friendly... No problem there. The popcorn always seems to be fresh and the place remains very clean. Hopefully theyll get the ticket and box office situation worked out because it is not fun having to get our tickets at the concession stand. The last movie we went to see we ended up having to skip because the people in front of us were all ordering food and they were families and it took them so long to order their food that the minutes just ticked away and we were there plenty early for our film. Every line was long and it was a Sunday afternoon and the timing happened to be that everything was starting around the same time I guess. So we left and went home and didnt see anything. Hoping regal opens a box office again and at least for people who just want to buy tickets and havent already purchased them.Update: 4/21/22... Fairly quiet day at the theater and went to a 12:45 show on this weekday. A coupler of workers doing tickets and concessions. Still no box office. With regal unlimited we dont purchase our tickets ahead of time because my husband and I each have an account and we need to pick our seats when we get there. So theres only two people behind the concession counter and one can only do credit cards and the other one can do only cash. Its so crazy how they are doing this. We tell our friends to not go unless they have time to kill because they could end up missing their movie or only go on a weekday.Movie theaters always kept up very nicely and the staff are nice enough.

When wed turn around to look and see what was going on hoping theyd get the hint, the mom would just glare at us. We finally had to just move half way through the movie. The variety of movies here is really great and there is plenty of parking. It is very easy to find from the street and the stadium style seating is awesome. This regal does not have recliner seats like Carlsbad, but the tickets are a few dollars cheaper and there are more movie options so if you can live without putting your feet up, this is a great theater.

I love coming here. I take my kids. Sometimes parking is far but it had such a large lot that its worth not having to circle for parking like you have to at Mira Mesa Edwards. Tuesday is the value day. Every showing on Tuesday is $7. If you have a regal card (the free membership/perks card) popcorn is 50% off. I got a large and then I got the free refill. I went to the 4pm showing of Avengers on Tuesday (6 days after release) with no crowds, no line for food. But the following showing looked more busy. The kids like the little arcade area. The driving game ate our tokens and the front desk replaced them without an issue. The claw game is about to run out of DC characters so hopefully its refilled with other popular characters soon. I live by another theater but I always drive further to this one.

I took some kids to a summer Thursday 1p matinee showing.Tickets were a fair price of child/senior $9.95. Adults were $10.95. They have reserved seating. This place could easily score better but they were woefully understaffed to handle the crowd on hand. You can buy tickets online but end up paying a surcharge. You can also buy tickets from costco and save money - I believe a 4 pack runs you $9.5 a ticket.The line to buy tickets was easily 20 minutes long. Lately the lines at Disneyland have been moving faster. No exaggeration.Once you make it inside, youre home free - if you dont want to buy any concessions.Same gripe with the concession line. Easily 15 minutes to drop serious money on a $5 box of candy or a $7+ bag of popcorn.Summary - good movie theater, under staffing will test your patience.

This is my favorite movie theatre in the San Marcos/Carlsbad/Encinitas area. The seats are comfortable, the facilities are always kept clean, the prices are affordable, and you dont have to go through the hassle of picking your seats out ahead of time. If you like the new strict seating chart fad in theatres then this probably isnt the place for you, but if you like the old fashion style where you can just show up and sit wherever you like then you should know this is one of the only theatres in the area that still operates this way. Physical facility is OK, but the management is terrible. Arriving, the line was two blocks long. OK, there are 18 screens, and at least they seemed to have all the ticket windows working. But after a 30 minute wait on the street, we were faced with a huge line at the snack bar. There were four registers, and only one was staffed--although there were 27 people in line. So even though we arrived at the theater 30 minutes early, I missed the beginning of the movie because of the lines. Today I went to Regal in San Marcos & I talked toHugo Barvo about upgrading my unlimited pass . He was telling me I needed to wait until my 3 months were over to upgrade. I told him that a manager at regal in Temecula told me that I could upgrade it at any time. Hugo also showed me how to contact Regal through my app. to see if they would upgrade it before my 3 month since he saw I just signed up a week ago. He said while I was waiting for a response he would give me a free pass to go see my movie today while I waited for a response from regal customer services through my app. Because he said that was the quickest way to contact regal. After the movie he said he would also try to contact them for me and I told him I’d be back tomorrow to see if he got a response or if I got a response from customer service. I was very impressed with Hugo & his customer service skills & how he took the time to listen & really try to solve my problem. So grateful & impressed with Hugo & how he handled my situation with a great attitude & I left extremely happy that he helped me find a solution. I will be going back to see him tomorrow & hopefully one of us will get a response from Regal customer service! I see a BIG promotion for Hugo in the near future!!!

Unfortunately u cannot select and reserve a seat so its really not worth paying the extra fee for online tickets. I just pay at the theater. I dont go the first weekend of a new film because they can get filled up and you have to get tickets for a later show. They are now expensive, however, and also dont work with movie pass if you have it, which this theatre does.Like many theaters the food line is a bit slow and like every theatre Ive ever been to the prices are high. They do serve alcohol here which is a nice touch but you have to wear an armband and can only purchase 1 drink per person with an arm band per trip through the line. I used to live in Oceanside and would still come here, now Im the down the road and will be coming back often, seating and theater quality alone seal the deal. Ticket prices at Regal theaters are also on the low end in my opinion at just under 10 for a matinee. Tons of staff for assistance plus I think around 20 theaters offering multiple showtimes to fit your schedule.

There are lots of parking spaces available and there is even racks for those bicycle commuters which is extremely convenient. The theater is nice and clean with a good number of showrooms, events such as premiers are well maintained and organized.

Overall a wonderful theatre full of great enthusiastic staff who are always there to help. Upon entering the theater, I noticed the concierge was actually a homeless guy wearing the jacket of the greeter, it was until I confronted him that I realized he was actually the greeter. There was a large pool of blood underneath my seat which I noticed as soon as I realized it wasnt hot enough for my Redvines to melt. The popcorn was a bit too buttery but overall the theater was of good quality besides the teenage couple having intercourse behind me.

However, I wasnt very happy when I showed up for an 8:30 movie on a Friday night and there was a line down to the parking lot because there was only one guy at the ticket booth and he was soooooo very slow!! You negative people are such a pain. Its a movie house. Its clean and large with great parking and its on friggin restaurant row for crying out loud. Previews are too loud everywhere. Prices are just normal for 2016. Its a fine place to see a movie. Buying snacks at a movie theatre is the dumbest. Just bring in a water and some candy if you have to. We will continue to frequent this fine establishment.

Convenient for me. They always have a great selection of movies. I have the all you can see pass and go every Tuesday and sometimes more. There is a kiosk inside the lobby to buy tickets at no charge rather than waiting in line or paying as much as $2 convenience fee on the web site.

Very bad, I was walking to my seat and there was little kids running around the theater while i was watching a ratedR movie so i guess there is no age limit on movies anymore? The seat i sat on was sticky the floor was very sticky the service was horrible always 1-2 employees working at the registers most of the others were sitting in the back conversating. The cleaning crew is horrible left with sticky shoes.

This is one of my favorite Regal/ Edwards Theater to go to. Its a large complex and even when its crowded its still a pleasant movie going experience. The staff is nice, the popcorns usually fresh and the theaters are clean and comfortable.

This place is one of, if not the best, movie theaters out there.The staff there always makes me feel welcome like they want me there, the seats and aisles inside the theaters are rarely messy with any sort of scraps, and it has the perfect atmosphere of a movie theater with a huge front side of windows that make it feel more grandiose. 10/10 place.

I went to this theater to see Wreck it Ralph 2. It was a good movie. I cried. The theater is okay and the seat is comfy. I can’t eat the popcorn but I think it’s good and tasty. Would recommend this theater, only downside is that it is a little old.

Me and my brother had a horrible experience here! We walk up to the ticket booth and before we can even pay for tickets, one of the employees an older man with white hair and a bad attitude, told us we cant bring in my brothers skateboard and when we asked him what we were supposed to put it, he very abruptly and unapologeticly said I dont care what you do with your skateboard. I countered by saying thats not very good customer service and he replied it is a good answer and I can get my manager too in a very rude way. His manager was very unapologetic as well and basically didnt care. I tried to be reasonable and I understand they have a policy but they were both terrible in their customer service. Im not coming back.

Theater was fine but i was disguted coz i was itching while i was in there and can barely sleep the rest of the night coz of the bites I got from the movie theater even after taking a shower. There were bites on my legs, my belly and my back thinking it is bcoz of the bugs probably like bed bugs that were on the seat. I was totally disgusted and will never go back to this theater again. They should deep clean the seats sometimes.

I purchased 4 tickets on the regal app lap and not only did they charge me but they didnt give me the tickets. I called the theater after having to go through the entire robot process which took 15 to 20 minutes to get transferred and they hung up on the call I did this over 5 times and they just kept hanging up and would not accept my call to get them to give me my Dang tickets.

Unfortunately tonight my boys were super excited about attending a movie, and the staff and management were not only unhelpful, but rude and condescending. I was appalled, as we had many choices of venues to see movies on a busy Friday night, and there was hardly a line when we showed up. The management was a young group of condscending girls with little to no real world experience who offered nothing in the way of help or assistance. I personally felt like they were mocking me!My kids night was ruined and I will never EVER Return to Edwardss cinemas San Marcos ... what a waste of time ...

I had a simple customer service issue. I attempted to deal with it at the ticket counter. The manager working box office decided that the line was getting too long (3 people). She told me I had to go inside and wait for a different manager. I waited 15 minutes for a different manager to show up. The second manager resolved the issue in less than 60 seconds. Terrible experience. Im not going back.

Even though it looked very cheap at first, I ignored the fact and put butter on my popcorn, just to have a terrible stomach ache for the next 5 hours of my life. Im giving this theater a three because of a few key factors. During the movie I could here a cricket the entire time. It was very loud and distracting. The seats are uncomfortable and the bathroom needs to be redone. I did see they finally got automatic faucets, but they need to continue to revamp.

SAD SAD SAD absolutely DISGUSTING behaviorI was excited when I arrived at the theater because the line wasnt as long as I anticipated it to be, as I purchased my ticket, I asked the ticket clerk how much of the movie did I miss and she informed me that I had only missed a couple of minutes. I swiftly walked into the theater and handed my ticket to the attendant. He then informed me that I needed a ticket and proceeded to let other customers into the theater. I went back to the ticket counter and informed the ticket clerk that the attendant said I needed a ticket. She then asked me if maybe I dropped it because it shouldve been the first slip that she had given me. I looked on the ground in search of a ticket that I knew wasnt there because the distance from the ticket counter to the door is literally 5 or 6 steps but I checked anyway. The ticket clerk then told me that shell let him know that I brought a ticket and Im ok to be let into the theater. She came around and told the attendant that I was ok to be let in and he showed her the ticket that I handed him. The clerk handed me the ticket and said Youre good all he has to do is rip it. She then went back into the booth. I handed the ticket to the attendant very much confused but I didnt want to ruin my night I just wanted to watch a movie and go, but when I handed the attendant the ticket he said you dont have a ticket. At this point Im not only confused but also annoyed because Ive missed what feels like about 15 minutes of the movie and counting. I said to the attendant who went back to letting other customers into the theater again that the clerk said I was ok to get in and that Im missing the movie. He shrugged his shoulders and tilted his head to the side, giving me a look that suggested that it was out of his hands. He called for the clerk on his headset and waited for her to return (which took a couple of minutes) the clerk returned equally annoyed and confused and the attendant informed her that I needed a ticket. She went back and forth with the attendant for a few moments (verbiage I couldnt make out) then she looked at me and said You only have one ticket. Do I need two the attendant looked at me and said so you arent with that man. I looked behind me and there was an African-American man standing quite some distance behind me speaking on his cellular phone whom I hadnt spoken to or even made eye contact with(guess he decided we were together because we were both of African-American race). No Im not with him. the attendant gave an unapologetic apology, that was motivated more from embarrassment rather than sincerity. When I sat down I was disappointed that I had missed the entire intro of the movie and when it was over I decided that it was too late to speak with a manger (the time was after 10 p.m.)and I can address it the following day. I deeply regret that decision because when I spoke to the manager he gave me a blank expression the entire time I was explaining the story, which caused me to cry because once again Im feeling the lack of empathy coming from the employees from this company. Never once did he apologize on behalf of the employees, his self, or the company. He just gave me a card and told me to contact the General Manager. I chuckled at such a request because I honestly couldnt believe that I would be expected to contact the GM about an horrible incident that happened to me. I felt that the GM should be contacting me after being informed by the manager of the events that occurred. I felt like a more appropriate question would have been what is the best time and/or best way to get in contact with you (the valued customer). None the less I contacted the GM who I have been unable to reach and left a voicemail with my contact information. She returned my call once and I was unable to answer because Im typically at work like most people at 2:00 p.m. but Im sad to say I havent had anyone reach out to me since that one and only attempt. It has been approximately 2 weeks since this incident has taken place smh.

The four-star rating expresses my appreciation for the indie (independent) movies that this theatre offers from time to time. These are movies which are outside the mainstream (the very opposite of super-hero flicks such as Avengers: End Game). Because this theatre is a mere 9 miles from home and offers bargain Tuesday viewings for $7 a ticket, all day, I can avoid a trip to the Angelika (23 miles from home) or Landmark Hillcrest (42 miles). Ive complimented the management for offering indie movies for movie-goers who enjoy this type of serious and high-quality entertainment.

What can you expect from a megaplex? Expensive. Tough to find a good parking place, a few franchise restaurants across the parking lot, long ticket lines and longer concession lines. Did I say expensive?On the bright side, they play a lot of movies in rooms with good screens and good sound.Oh, and its the only theater within miles. So take it or leave it.
