Great experience dealing with this business. Needed a full headlight/ballast replacement on my wife’s vehicle which was expensive due to the OEM part I wanted to install. Was given different options and advice regarding second hand parts, but the price overall was fair and the advice on this repair and other work was very appreciated. I don’t always leave reviews, but I had to in this case because of the nice level of customer service I received. I hope not to need other repairs, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or to recommend this business to friends and family.

This place is awesome. Customer service is great. They keep it 100% real with you and keep you informed step by step of what is going on with repairs. I would 1000% recommend this shop to anyone that needs car body work.

Great experience getting 2 of our vehicles repaired. With our Volkswagen it ended up being totaled and they helped with the insurance company negotiation tremendously. With our Toyota pickup they’ve gone above and beyond getting it fixed!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK/SUV!!Unauthorized usage of my vehicle adding 70+ miles to my car.. About 15,000k in repairs. Respectfully questionable of their honesty and respect to the customer. Even as I complained about the usage of my vehicle and the mileage. It was denied by the employees Jim and Bill denied, strung that test drives are only 5-7 miles. Kirk came out of the garage stating “I test drove the hell out of that car”. Not to mention that I seen Kirk driving my vehicle in town and did not even inform me of this. Also, adding a puncture hole in my driver seat. Unfortunately it is sad that they could not even replace the gas that they used as a test drove the hell out of my car. Please respectfully take your vehicle somewhere else. Anywhere but, Here!!

These guys are AWESOME from the time I arrived to the time I left.Bill was very prompt and listened to my needs. Kirk was great at going over the repairs. And Jim was great at providing awesome customer service.At top of that, the vehicle came out immaculate. It looked like it was a brand new car. Im so happy I chose Regal Collision. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Jim and the team were beyond helpful, courteous and respectful. They made sure I was completely happy during then whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding my car and what it took to make it perfect. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality repairs and especially to Hyundai owners who might need collision work. Here are a few before and after pics to show how amazing they did!!! Dropped my car off today for repair. Was very impressed with how well I was treated. George was great, very friendly, accommodating, professional and efficient. Made the whole process easy. If the repairs are as good as the customer service, I will be very happy. They even gave me a ride home. They were recommended to me, and so far I see why. I will update my review when I get my car back. I feel very confident that they will do great work.

My truck was brought to their shop For repairs from a accident caused by Tie rod Breaking, they said frame was not damaged, but the entire front suspension needed rebuilt.I took the truck to another shop. Only to find out regal Gave me false information, the frame was damaged.

Ive had collison repairs done at a competitors shop in Vallejo and was not completely satisfied with the results. Bill and the entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. The service they provided was stellar; they repaired our vehicle to the manufacturers specifications of safety. The car looked better than it went in. It looked like a new car to us. We hope we never need Regal Collision again but when we do they will be our go to collision repair shop.

Had a cosmetic issue with the hood and front of my vehicle due to a roadside piece of metal that flew up and hit the car. Regal picked up my vehicle from my home, kept me well informed of the progress of the repair, and finished my vehicle in record time. The collision repair on my car is fabulous. Great workmanship and great customer service!

I have been to Regal a couple of times. The service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly! The work is completely in a timely manor. I would highly recommend Regal to anyone that has a need for their type of work. The company (Sara) even picked me up to get my car after all the work was completely. 5 Stars

I have had experienced my unfair number of car wrecks. I had not been to Regal in years. Jim and the rest of his crew remember me and took my car and fixed it quickly. They made sure it was safe and looking great.Bsck on the road. Regal even handled getting my rental car back to enterprise. Thank-you Regal for another great repair.

Ill make it short and plain. I brought my car there to have my front bumper repaired (replaced) I hit a dog 🐕 on the freeway on my way to work Sunday morning🥺🥺 couldnt avoid it. Anyway they did a good job on the bumper but I had a little paint missing off my left sensor cap they took all the paint off of it and just left it white but they painted everything else. I thought that was very petty. And no they didnt just miss it my car is grey and the white is in very plane sight.

The people are great always friendly with a smile. They take the stress out of all the problems of your car being wrecked. They offered to come and pick up the car from my home. All the paperwork was done and ready for me to sign off on. Thanks for a job well done!!

I dropped off my car for repair and they kept me updated everyday through text about the process with my car. I was expecting to get my car fixed in 2 weeks. But after a week I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. George even asked me if I need a ride to get there knowing I’m from San Leandro and they’re from Vallejo. When I get there to pick up my car, I noticed that they missed the window so I showed them the scratch caused by the accident. It wasn’t their fault tho. I’ve been to other body shop to get an estimate and they missed the window also. So back to my story, they said that they gonna change the glass and bring it to the tint shop to get it tinted again. And I can come back tomorrow to pick up my car. I asked them if they can tint the other side of my window too and I’ll just pay out of my pocket because it wasn’t included from the accident. So the next day they called that my car is ready. I really loved the outcome! It looks brand new and never been into an accident! They did vacuum inside my car, washed the outside and polished. And for the tint that I asked, George said don’t worry about it. I was so happy and satisfied with their service! Highly recommend 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2015 Challenger SRT I had damaged the front spoiler and cross mount plastic housing (air scoops to breaks, etc, etc) They took care of everything (sourcing the parts, doing the repairs). I had an issue with tire balance, so I brought it back and they took care of it. I had an issue where I damaged the spoiler again...they took care of it. Really a great outfit.

These guys are the best. Helpful is not saying enough. My car came back 2X better than it was before my accident. So beautiful and reasonable too. They didnt miss a thing, and were pretty darn quick. No brainer. This is the place that has my familys business.
