My experience at RefinedMD couldnt have gone better. I was researching doctors for over a year all over the bay area from Carmel to San Francisco. Im not someone that wants to take risks especially if it has to do with my face. I decided to go with Dr Roy for the reason he is double board certified and your not going to find that very often. The whole experience was outstanding from Christine who walked me through everything making sure I was comfortable with what I was doing and making my appointment dates work best for me. Alex who was so awesome making sure I had everything I needed and was so kind & professional from beginning to end, to Dr Roy who absolutely changed my life for the better. Im thrilled with my results and will never go anywhere else. If you want a top - notch experience and outstanding results go see Dr Roy and his team.

While doing my research for a facial rejuvenation, I came across Dr. Roy’s impressive biography, his patients before and after photos and his excellent reviews. After my consultation with Dr. Roy and Christine (Dr. Roy’s surgical coordinator), they offered to connect me with two of their past patients so I could talk to them regarding the experience and see the results up close. After all that, I knew I had found my plastic surgeon.Dr. Roy is kind, attentive and genuinely cares for his patients. He is extremely talented, meticulous and takes each case seriously to ensure natural looking result for his patients. The surgery was seamless and his post op care is top notch. I’m currently in my 3 month post op and Dr. Roy is with me every step of the way throughout my recovery and promptly addresses any concerns I may have. He is truly an amazing plastic surgeon.I cannot praise Dr. Roy’s supporting team enough. Christine has many responsibilities but always finds time to listen and guide me through some speed bumps, offers valuable advice and words of encouragement. Ive been a customer of RefinedMD for close to 4 years now, seeing them primarily for my aesthetic services. I started seeing Nurse Alice about 2 years ago, and I must say, she is the absolute best, perhaps the best in the bay area!Alice is extraordinarily talented, I have been seeing her primarily for Lasers and Injectables. She is patient, listens to your concerns, and offers variable approaches for how to tackle each area you are looking for improvement on. One of my friends referred me to RefineMD, I had high expectations but for sure they were overachieved!For several years Im doing Botox on my forehead and between the eyebrows, not always is easy to have the right quantity of units but also the forehead can impact you eyebrow to drop, or to not move at all your eyebrows!I was assisted my Vera, I explained my concerns and the quantities that I have done in the past, she heard me, she went through my muscle movements, the differences from the left side compare with the right side, she explained me everything and recommend me to do a lower quantity of units, ( RedefineMD charges per unit not per facial area) which Is already a big trusting point!The results couldn’t be better! Forehead was perfect, the eyebrows where “lift” where I wanted, no impact on my eyelid! The best results! Im coming back!! Happy to finally found a place that I can trust

RefinedMD came highly recommended from two dear friends of mine. Hannah is, hands down, the best facial clinician I have experienced. She was able to make skin care and product recommendations, helped me learn how to best care for my skin, and she was very attentive to my individual concerns. She even stayed beyond her regular schedule to see me. Her scheduler, Nancy, is also wonderful. Nancy was able to get me the appointment I needed, and with coordinating my work schedule and my kids, it was no small feat! I then saw Dr. Swengel for Botox and he was quick and professional, and his staff Esperanza and Jasmine were also super helpful in making me feel at ease (Botox first timer!) and explaining the process. Dr. Swengels team was even able to take me early, and I was able to head back to work without any stress. I am very grateful for the entire team, and I am looking forward to my next facial and continuing my Botox journey! They are definitely not inexpensive, but when it comes to my face/body, I will gladly pay premium for excellent clinicians and products. Highly recommend this place!

I went there after an initial phone appointment. The space is clearly clean and beautifully done and my one star is for that. Well aware that this was a paid consult, I felt even more confident that the “paid” aspect will make this a more holistic and thoughtful experience. Instead, what I experienced was a rushed front desk, who hurriedly took payment from me and handed me over a form to fill. Very soon there was a person who walked in and took me into the consult room and after some initial talk sent over a registered nurse who was supposed to be my consultant. The entire experience was 15 mins where i heard how I need Botox and a little bit to start with. Despite my continuous questions on other services they provided, the nurse took very little time to understand my questions and kept taking me back to the treatments I should get. Everything I questioned, she was like- sure you can also consider it. Ofcourse she touched upon how many hundreds of things they do and how they are amazing! The entire experience was so mechanic, impersonal and assembly line types and the entire intent of the exercisefelt like getting a customer to opt into their treatment plan without even briefly touching about my own specific questions. Left disappointed - I guess there’s nothing like a consult here- just do your own research! Don’t recommend!

I have visited RefinedMD many times for injectables and facials and always had a great experience. When I decided I was ready to make a more permanent change, I did a significant amount of research to find the *right* doctor for my case. I was happy to find that Dr. Roy had a lot of experience in the procedure I was interested in. After a consultation with him, discussions with Christine (surgical consultant), and sleeping on it for a few months, I decided to book my procedure. I am now 6 weeks post op and so glad I made this choice. Dr. Roy, Alex (PA), and the rest of his team have made me feel comfortable, ensured I understood all steps and had all my questions answered, and they followed up religiously post op. Im continuing skin treatment @ RefinedMD for facial blemishes; related to Post Acne marks & Large Pores. Ive selected PRP Therapy and Genius RF Laser micro-needling. Each have different results, but my goal is to increase the use of the Genius device, Ive seen greater results, with less down time. Great dermatology office with varieties in Cosmetic skin care needs. Overall staff personnel are friendly and structured. Rating my experience with RefinedMD – where do I start? I’m 61 years old and knew I needed a neck lift. I started my plastic surgery journey with a consultation by a plastic surgeon in New Mexico where I currently live. I left the consultation feeling worse about my appearance than I did before meeting him. (First sign this is not the surgeon for you!)Because I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to New Mexico, I expanded my search to surgeons in that area. In my research I came upon RefinedMD in Los Gatos. I was extremely impressed by Dr. Roy’s bio. After looking at his Instagram before and after photos it was clear that he understood what we all mean by ‘looking natural’ and not ending up with a ‘joker face.’ I scheduled a complementary Zoom consultation, and once I met Dr. Roy I immediately knew he was the surgeon for me.Dr. Roy is a bright light in the field of medicine. He exudes happiness and positive energy. He has extensive expertise in this field, he listens to your skin concerns, he’s very upfront about what he believes he can and can’t help you achieve, he’s meticulous at his craft, and he’s extremely responsive to text messages. He even sang me Happy Birthday. (How many doctors do you know that do this?)I ended up having a neck and lower face lift, chin implant, and an ear lobe reduction. The surgery process was seamless. I am now five months into the recovery phase which can take up to one year. The results are amazing, and the scars are almost invisible. I have seen Dr. Roy for follow-up visits, and he has happily addressed my post-surgery questions. He personally pierced my ears following the ear lobe reduction and used a ruler to ensure the holes were perfectly centered.Dr. Roy is supported by an amazing team. Christine is his superstar surgical consultant. She wears many hats but always has time to respond to my questions. She guided me through the entire process from the consultation through to post-surgery recovery. Alex is Dr. Roy’s physician’s assistant extraordinaire who answered all my medical questions, and Monica is the friendly face who assists Dr. Roy during the in-office visits.I cannot recommend Dr. Roy and RefinedMD more highly. I had a five-star experience every step of the way. I have also begun to see Dr. Swengel for cosmetic dermatology treatments. I came across RefinedMD a week before Christmas 2023 and I am beyond happy I did. RefinedMD not only rescued me once, but 4 times leading up to my wedding!! I had been under extreme anxiety, nervousness and stress and I began having cystic acne flare ups up until the week of my wedding. Of course, as a bride, I wanted for my pictures to be flawless and Vera and Alice certainly made that a reality. Vera, Alice and the rest of the staff were absolutely kind, understanding and went above and beyond to meet my immediate needs. Dr Roy, hands down, is the best at what he does. I trust him whole heartedly and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face. He genuinely cares about his patients and how they are feeling. I had concerns during my post op healing. I sent Dr. Roy a text. He responded later that day and put my mind at ease. I later learned he was on vacation with his family when I had texted him. Dr. Roy could have waited to reply or passed me off to one of his great assistants, but he took time away from his family to reply himself. I had procedures done in September 2023. I really didn’t experience much pain because Dr. Roy and his assistants know what they’re doing and have steps in place to minimize the pain. But, if I’m being honest, I took longer than most to heal. I didn’t have the results that I had hoped for at 30 days post op and not even at 3 months. I wore glasses to hide my results and I was beginning to second guess my decision to have surgery. I was so disappointed that I didn’t look like all those before and after pictures that he posts on social media. All the while, through my negativity and disappointment, Dr. Roy put up with me. I even started to cry in his office at one of my checkups. He was just so supportive and he kept assuring me that I needed to be patient and that he wasn’t going anywhere. He wanted me to be happy. I wish I could go back to tell myself to be patient and not waste so much energy on worrying so much. I’m happy to say, I’m at exactly 5 months and a week post op and my results are amazing! I don’t look tired anymore. My muscles are still healing, but I’m excited. The best part is that no one outside of my immediate circle has any clue that I had anything done. I look like me, but a younger version of me. Would I do it again and entrust Dr. Roy? In a heartbeat, absolutely 100%!

I have had Botox before but never any filler. I have always wanted to get lip filler but was worried about looking overdone. My worries went away as soon as I met with Alice. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and was very kind which eased my anxiety. I was overdue for maintenance Botox so we started with some in my forehead. I have this embarrassing thing where one of my eyebrows is higher than the other (very noticeable when I wear certain styles of sunglasses) and she corrected it by giving me a brow lift with the injections. I DIDNT KNOW THAT WAS POSSIBLE! I have gone to multiple providers for treatment in the past but I will say this was by far the least painful experience I had for Botox. Then we moved on to my lips. Alice suggested a filler called Kysse. I was very nervous but she promised to take things slow since I had shared I wanted to keep the look as natural as possible. I appreciate that she didnt pressure me (Ive had some bad experiences in the past). In the end I was very please with my results. I saw my partner a few days later and he didnt even realize I did anything (MEN! Am I right?) I took that as a good sign. I went to dinner with my mom a few weeks later and thought for sure she would say something as shes gotten a lot of work done over the years. When I talked to her about my experience she said it was so natural it didnt jump out at her and she couldnt believe she didnt notice until I said something. So what I am saying is, GO SEE ALICE! If you are a first timer shes a pro and will make you feel calm. And if this isnt your first rodeo youll see what I mean when I say this experience is different than everywhere else.

Dr. Roy performed a face and neck lift surgery for me in spring of 2022. I was 57 at the time. I had become uncomfortable with sagging skin on my neck and face. The consult convinced me to do the surgery. He was patient and thorough as we discussed the options, expected results and recovery.It was important for me to look like a younger version of myself and not a different person. After surgery no one asked if I had something done. Though many noticed I looked refreshed and relaxed. A year and a half later it’s not uncommon for people to be surprised by my real age.Dr Roy has a wonderful manner. His staff is professional and friendly. He is available 24/7 after surgery. I made several calls to ask questions. He was always available.I’m glad I had the surgery. I love the results and the experience was very positive.

Very poorly handled situation of wrong Botox injection that caused a droopy eyelid. Very unprofessional and very unpleasant experience. Doctor’s way of “damage control” using his words is to perform a blepharoplasty surgery and for a “special price just for me”… unbelievable! Fortunately, few weeks later my eyelid went back in place after Botox wore off a bit.

If you’re looking for an exceptional, extremely talented, double-board certified facial plastic surgeon who will deliver natural-looking results, Dr. Sudeep Roy is the surgeon you’re looking for.After doing a lot of research and meeting with several other surgeons, I knew after my consultation with Dr. Roy that my search was over. Not only is he incredibly warm, kind, and genuine, he also makes you feel like you’re the only patient he has on his schedule that day. During my consultation, he answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and after I booked my surgery, he gave me his cell phone number and said to reach out anytime, day or night.I’m now six weeks post-op from a deep plane facelift, neck lift, lip lift, upper eyelid lift and endoscopic brow-lift, and I absolutely cannot be happier with my results. One more very important thing to note: Dr. Roy is meticulous when it comes to stitching incisions, taking his time during surgery to make them as neat as possible and hide them well. Dr. Roy was recommended to me thru a network of acquaintances that have been cared for by him over the past year. I met him for a consult and he was open about what my procedure would, and would not, achieve. Dr. Roy, and his team, demonstrated a high level of professional experience and care focused on helping me achieve the desired results. Alex (Dr. Roy’s P.A.) explained the pre and post-procedure “dos and don’ts” in a concise manner which made it easy to follow and complete. Alex was very responsive to my follow-up questions and always returned by calls and emails within the same business day. Christine (Dr. Roy’s coordinator), moved mountains to schedule my procedure given the short window of available time that I had. The day before the procedure, Dr. Roy called me to make sure I was doing OK and that I had followed the pre-procedure requirements. Getting a neck job (aka a lower facelift) is something Id been wanting to do since my 30s, never having a defined jaw. In my early 50s I lost 35 pounds and the sagging skin under my chin became very apparent [to me]. So a few years later I decided to take the plunge. I’m honestly just giving two stars for the hospitality of this place. The staff has always been kind and willing to help me.However, the actual procedure and experience with the dermatologist wasn’t the best. I got a mole shave removal done here and it hasn’t done anything for my mole. It’s been a couple of months and there has been absolutely no fading or progression of the healing of the mole. It looks the exact same as pre-removal which makes me feel like I wasted my money. This was my first time having esthetic surgery (a full facelift), so I was nervous not only about the procedure but of all the surgeons to choose from, who could I completely trust? I had considered having the surgery done for quite some time. I interviewed four surgeons; two over on the coast where I live, and two over in the Bay Area - one of which of course was Dr. Roy who I interviewed last. For too many reasons to mention but the most important being, the first three- the staffs were very unprofessional, one of the surgeons was 45 minutes late for my appointment with not a good reason, the offices were tired and outdated, and portfolios and websites were completely out-of-date and very unprofessionally put together. When I arrived at RefinedMD, the building and inside office space were very nice, and upon walking through the front door, I was immediately greeted by professional and friendly front desk staff. After checking in I was directed to one of the several lounge areas appointed with fine art, comfortable furniture and other very nice contemporary accessories. Why were all of these details important to me? Because if I was going to spend as much money as I was going to, I wanted everything to be near to perfect if not perfect. And it was perfect! Then I met Christine Romero, Surgical Consultant. She was warm, friendly, professional, dressed beautifully, and very knowledgeable. Christine took me on a tour of their beautiful office (which is very much like an art gallery due to all of the fine art that hangs throughout), and on my way through I met other professional and friendly staff. One of particular note was Dr. Steven Swengel, Dermatologist. He was friendly, professional and took the time to find out why I was visiting their office. After the tour, I was led to a comfortable room with an oversized white leather chair to wait to meet Dr. Roy. There was a knock on the door and Dr. Roy poked his head in with the biggest smile and warmest greeting. The consultation was thorough and covered everything I believed I wanted done. When we decided I was going to go forward, Dr. Roy took me to a photo shoot room where he took “before” images. We agreed on what all I wanted to have done and the expense of what that would entail. I went back out to the lobby and booked my surgery date. The surgery date came, and I arrived at the surgery center and found the same level of professionalism. The surgery went well. On a scale of 0 - 10, only for the first several days my discomfort level was about a 3. I want to give a big shout out to Alex, Dr. Roy’s PA who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience. If I were asked would I do it again, based on the incredible results, I would not hesitate for a second. I trust Dr. Roy implicitly and feel certain that he would never recommend any procedure if it were not going to have pleasing esthetic benefits. All of my post-surgery visits have been so pleasant. I’m now on an amazing skin care regime to care for all the efforts that Dr. Roy’s staff and I have taken to look my best possible. After five years considering a mini lift and much research I found Dr. Roy. I am so glad that I found someone that was close by and did a great job. I was having difficulty doing so a few years back. I recently had an upper blepharoplasty done at RefinedMD with Dr. Roy. I was born with hooded eyelids, but as I have aged, my eyelids have disappeared even more and I was unhappy with how they looked.I was pretty nervous before the procedure, but everyone was so reassuring especially Dr. Roy. He called me before the procedure to make sure I got a good night sleep before and had taken my medications. The day of the procedure went smooth and was virtually painless. I had no bruising and very little swelling compared to what I had read about online. I followed Dr. Roys post-op directions and most of the swelling was gone in 4 days. He really is a very gifted surgeon and now my eyes look like they are open and I actually have eyelids! I would recommend this procedure for anyone considering it. Its worth it!

Before my lower face lift, I studied the before and after photos on the Refined MD website. Although the results were beautiful, I knew my loose, sagging neck was much worse than any of the people in the photos. A friend told me to be “realistic” about the result I could expect. I decided I would be happy with just an improvement in my appearance. As it turns out, my result is amazing! My neck looks youthful and very natural. As someone fairly new to the Bay Area, it was a task trying to find a dermatologist. After a bad cystic flare up, I attempted to go to a nearby dermatologist only to find it was a month wait to see them. I came to visit after following them on Instagram. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a super cute cat. It just relaxes me, personally. In terms of offers, they offer sooooo much it’s a little bit overwhelming. To be honest I came with unclear goals besides staying young so kudos for them to guide me through different options to take my skin to the next level. After consultation with Nagmeh, esthetic coordinator (she’s awesome) I decided to do some Botox which I was a bit nervous about but they made me feel very comfortable. I have been a longtime client of Refined MD for cosmetic dermatology, but at age 51, it felt time to switch over to a surgical solution. I wasnt happy with the sagging and heaviness in the lower half of my face. I felt like my cheekbones had fallen down and turned into jowls. Still, I didnt really know what to do about this. All I knew about were old-school facelifts that cost $35k and made you look pulled tight and weird.I saw that Refined MD had added a facial plastic surgeon, but it wasnt until I saw the results of his work on Instagram that I felt like this could apply to me. Dr. Roy posted detailed photos of his signature Refresh Mini-lift, and I felt like that could be the answer. I made an appointment for a consultation and was very impressed by his transparency, kindness, and excellent communication.At no point did I feel like I was being sold anything. He gave me real answers about which procedures would help address my concerns and which would not. He actually talked me out of a few procedures that he didnt consider effective or that might not give a good result long-term. I asked a lot of questions. By the end I had a good idea of what a mini-lift would and wouldnt do. Always make sure that your expectations for plastic surgery match what the surgery is able to actually do. If you arent sure, ASK.Since the mini-lift wouldnt address the area around my mouth, I asked about doing a peri-oral CO2 laser treatment in addition to the mini-lift. Dr. Roy said yes, that would be effective and he could do it, if I was willing to deal with the recovery, which can last several months. We agreed and set a surgery date.Surgery went great, I decided to skip general anesthetic since I had recently been through it for a hip surgery and didnt want to do it again so soon. Few surgeons are skilled and/or confident enough to do a facelift under local anesthetic, but no problem for Dr. Roy. He kept me absolutely comfortable and relaxed through a combination of meds and local anesthetic.Recovery went very smoothly and just as expected, and Dr. Roy checked in with me both in scheduled office visits and by frequent text check-ins. I did have one minor complication with the lasered area, I texted Dr. Roy and he responded immediately and we got it taken care of. I am very happy with my result, it looks great! Just what I was hoping for.I would recommend Dr. Roy for any facial surgical procedure, he has impressive skills, an excellent aesthetic sense of what looks right and what does not, he cares about his patients, and uses a conservative approach of not removing too much or pulling too tight. I still look like myself, just younger! I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful, natural result, and wont hesitate to return to him for any future procedures.

As a redhead, I was expecting recovery to be rough, as I tend to swell like a blowfish, but I didnt. I have a size/shape disparity between my eyes, and he warned me that he wouldnt be able to address that, but it was definitely improved! For many years Ive needed to lift my brows in an exaggerated manner to read street signs in the distance, etc, and I dont have to do that anymore without my hereditary heavy lids weighing on my eyes! Before you go get swindled by Dr. Swengel, read this review!I went to go see Dr. SWINDLE (Swengel) for help with cosmetic issues on my legs. These are red flags that should alarm you that this person does not deserve to be practicing medicine.When I was getting the cosmetic procedure, it was so painful, that I nearly hyperventilated. Instead of stopping and calming me down, he finished up the procedure, and said “You were hyperventilating so much, I nearly put a PAPER BAG OVER YOUR HEAD!”. The medical assistant in the room laughed uncomfortably. This should have been my warning sign.He proceeded to tell me that NOONE he has treated has bruised from the insertion of cannulas underneath their skin. When I talk to my friends who are in the medical field, they are shocked, since MOST PEOPLE bruise from cannulas, especially when inserted in a great distance. He did not disclose how long it would take to heal from post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, nor how this procedure would impact people of different skin colors. I’m not surprised, since the only people I’ve seen coming into his office, was white, just like Dr. Swindle.After, I developed severe black & blue bruising, and was left with severe hyperpigmentation, specifically along the spots where the cannula was inserted. I voiced my concern to the office, we took before & after photos, and Dr. Swengel verified that there was a problem with the procedure. He suggested additional treatments to mitigate his mistakes.At the time, I respected his efforts to take responsibility for his actions, and own up to his mistakes. So I took on the 1.5 hour drive from my home down to Los Gatos each way.Today, I came in for my 3rd treatment, since the treatments he recommended required several to see improvements.He had been pointing out my other existing scars on my legs every session, and this time, he proceeded to do that again. He said verbatim,“What I don’t understand is, why you’re so obsessed with these minor scars [that I caused], but you already have these HORRIBLE PURPLE SCARS ALL OVER YOUR LEGS?”He said this while he had a laser device pointed at my leg. I told him to stop, got up, and told him that I look worse than before, and I just want to go back to the way I looked before.Initially, I was shocked, in tears, with my hands shaking. I’ve never heard of a human being, let alone a medical professional, say this in my entire life.If I had acne scars all over my face, and he made a mistake of making a specific area of my face worse, it’s as if he was saying that, any mistake he made is not a big deal, because I have pre-existing conditions that seem to be worse.When I described this to my friends in medicine, they were all shocked, and equated his behavior to medical malpractice.Dr. Swindle told me “Well, you can leave, and we will refund all your money back. Don’t come back here”. So I am fully disclosing that he did refund me, but after making me look worse off, and degrading me, his patient, at my most vulnerable state.I don’t know if he got all these reviews with simple botox injections or drops of fillers– but NOONE with this mindset and attitude should be practicing medicine.Stay away, and do not regret seeing him, like I did. To Dr. Swindle- Karma will catch up to you. Do not mistreat people when they are at their most vulnerable state.

These guys are awesome!I’m a 50-something year old man with a receding hairline (ok, I’m pretty much bald). Over the years I developed a deep vertical line between my eyebrows, and two distinct horizontal lines across my forehead. I attribute them to too many years of squinting in front of a computer. My wife is my age, but has a very youthful appearance, so the fact that I look a lot older than her doesn’t help matters either.So, after years of procrastinating, I finally decided to do something about it. Note that I’ve never had a manicure, let alone a facial treatment, prior to this. My top concerns were: 1) Safety: This is a medical procedure after all. No botox at the dentist office for me, thanks; and 2) Natural appearance: I regularly present in front of large audiences, so this was important.After Googling top plastic surgeons and dermatologists that specialize in facial fillers and botox for MEN, I ran across Refined Dermatology. They hit all of the check-boxes: Lots of experience, plenty of terrific online reviews, and conveniently located in Silicon Valley area.All of the staff were awesome, from the initial appointment call to the personal reception, to the actual treatment. They were very professional, and entirely focused on me. This was not the typical doctor’s office experience I was expecting. My consultation with Dr. Roy (a highly qualified plastic surgeon) and his assistant was excellent and exactly what I was hoping for: Personable, low pressure, and very informative. It was clear Dr. Roy knew what he was doing, and he had done this many times before. Both he and his assistant took the time to educate me on the options and best treatment plan (who knew there were four types of botulinum toxin?). I chose to go with Xeomin (a more purified form of botox) and Belotero (the filler).Three weeks have passed since my treatment, and the results are surprisingly good. I expected the Xeomin to have some effect, but was quite skeptical about the filler. Both exceeded my expectations, and there’s nothing unnatural looking about it. My features are significantly diminished and my wife says I have a younger, more refreshed appearance. Money well spent!Thank you so much Refined Derm, and especially Dr. Roy. I am very satisfied with the results and the experience, and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for similar treatments.

Had an appointment with Dr Lindsey Yeh and I would never go back to this clinic again. I was talking about different issues and she kept on saying that everything I have is natural and cannot be treated. Handed over prescription of a drug that I brought up during the conversation. It seemed she was not interested in talking about my issues or its root cause. Really regret going there and wasting my time. 1 min of google search would be better than this doctor’s consultation.

I recently visited Refined Dermatology (Sept 26, 2019) to see Dr. Yeh for a Cyst in the back of my neck. My pain at that time from 1-10 was a 13! Dr. Yeh, was extremely patient, gentle and super super sweet. She assessed my situation, and relieved my pain and made sure we had a plan to resolve the anxiousness of the pain from my cyst. I have been seeing Dr. Swengell for the last seven years, and I can say without hesitation that he is the best - both in skin care and dermatology!! I have had laser on my face, neck and hands, which has greatly improved my skin color and texture. His technique with botox leaves my skin smooth, but not overly done. Fillers have greatly reduced my frown lines. Dr. Swengell never over does it and his results look natural - with a refreshed look. I always respect his opinion, and he has neversteered me in the wrong direction. His staff is also the best, from the adorable receptionist; Eric, who is very knowledgeable and helpful; Sasha who give the most amazing derma-sweep and facial peel. Don’t go to this place. I paid $125 for the consultation with Dr Yeh. I was told it’s one hour. But! I waited 30 mins in the lobby and Dr Yeh only saw me for 15 mins and left said She has another patient. 5 star reviews aren’t always true. I am not sure how you might choose, but I will never choose a clinic that kicks the customer out and don’t care about your experience after all.

I had terrible acne and was suffering for a long time, visiting different doctors and estheticians, but, unfortunately, nobody was able to help me...I kept looking and found on the internet Refind Dermatology, made appointment with Jaeny K. & start going to Hannah T. to do facial and remove my acne every other week - after two month or so I had such a clean and beautiful skin that I never had before! Also, I tried different acne creams there, and found the best for myself : acne gel combo by Refind dermatology - but each skin is different it might help you and might not.On top of that Refind dermatology offers a million beauty processes, I did some face ultra lite with DR. Swengel - don’t remember the name of procedure ... but it removed all red marks from acne and made tone of my skin like I am very good foundation ...amazing! That lady doctor completey destroyed my skin with one session. she probably also destroyed the skins of everybody who works for her. Just pay attention to it and you will see what I mean. That should be a red flag for you not to use their approaches. That mean they dont know what they are doing and instead of marking your problem go away they make it 1000 worse.. They opened up all my pores and left me just like that. As a result I have horrible skin now. It is my responsibility to tell you about my experience and save you from haing the same experience.
