The dental exam, cleaning, and fillings were excellent and truly 5/5 stars. Dr. Oh did a thorough exam and explained his recommended care very well and I really trust that he wasn’t recommending anything that was not needed. The cleaning was a great experience, and I got multiple fillings without any pain or discomfort. At the time of my visit I was ready to leave a glowing 5 star review.I am so disappointed to have to write this review but unfortunately feel I must warn other patients to always ask for an invoice showing payments made and be very very careful if paying in cash. I went as self-pay patient without insurance. I saw on the website that they will give a 10% discount if you pay in cash so I pulled out cash to pay. I paid in full with cash on the day of the appointment. 6 weeks later I received a bill that indicated only a portion of my cash payment had been recorded to my account and I owed $1k. I was absolutely shocked. Thankfully I had asked for an invoice/receipt after payment and had kept the invoice showing I had paid the full balance in cash otherwise I would have no way to prove I had paid this. I went into the office after receiving the bill and the woman who took my cash the day I paid somehow fixed it in the system, saying it was a glitch. The interaction was very off and I never got an explanation of what happened. We’ll see if I get another bill or if the missing $1k cash that I paid will walk itself back into the practice’s account.. I will be happy to take this review down if the practice can assure me that they are reviewing the matter and have put better checks in place to ensure this won’t happen to other patients paying in cash.

The best dental care ever! I’ve been to so many dentists in my long life, and this has everything - excellent dentists (Dr. Oh is super thorough and clear in his explanation of things), up-to-date technology, incredibly helpful staff (Lacee and Olena!) and an amazing oral surgeon.I’ve known I needed a sinus lift in order to get an implant for 7 years, but I was very fearful of it, and had never met anyone I felt the confidence in to do it. But Dr. Sedler changed all that. She explained the procedure and said she was confident I was a good candidate for this. Dr Sedler is such a good surgeon that it was little more than any other dental procedure. The medication she prescribed greatly contributed to the healing process and there was very little pain involved. In retrospect I’m embarrassed I made such a big thing of it because she is such a skilled professional it was done well and completely healed at the end of 2 weeks.Thank you all!

What an amazing experience! Everyone- the receptionist, the assistant, Dr. Mo and Dr. O - were very friendly and kind. Walked in with an emergency and walked out with a new crown in less than a few hours. Most importantly what a great job on my crown. I give them my highest recommendation. Dr. Mo is the man! He saw me for a dental emergency. Took care of me quickly! Top-notch facility. They even make their own crowns in house! If you live in the area definitely be a patient and if not make the drive to be one. You wont regret it.

Dr. Mo and Dr. Ely are fantastic dentists. I hadnt seen a dentist for a few years so I needed quite a bit of work. Both doctors were very professional, thorough and caring. The front office staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Mo and Dr. Ely.

Dr Mo answered my calls the day before and helped me with everything I needed. We setup an appointment the next day even though it was a Sunday and Christmas eve. We worked through my emergency 1 step at a time and within 40 minutes my pain had subsided significantly and we had a good plan forward to follow. Would recommend highly.

I’ve known about them since I became a patient in 1996! They removed my wisdom teeth and have always given exceptional treatment! They even have a Solea CO2 laser to use instead of drill in certain cases which is a huge breakthrough in dentistry not used by many dentists. When I had to change dentists away from RBDG I realized how wonderful they were even more! I’m so happy to be back as a patient again with my new insurance and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a very caring and top notch dental office. Their office is even well furnished and has a free parking lot that the city built for them! That is epic since you know how hard parking can be, they are great and I always feel more energy after my annual dental cleaning! I’m very happy with this dental group. I took an elderly senior with lots of dental problems and health risks and they were super gentle and very professional especially Dr Qazi and Dr Adamska. Curious place.As someone who has visited this office for more than 20 years, there is now a bipolarity in what is experienced here. While the mechanical operations of the facility are handled fantastically by well-trained and respectable staff and doctors, the thoroughness of planning felt a bit off. I had a loose tooth that was and is causing me great pain as I write this. This facilitys doctor did an amazing job in cleaning the tooth itself, and was very keen getting more cleanings to keep myself out of a loop of ill-equipped self-care, which I totally understand.At the same time, the loose FRONT tooth was met with what was essentially it has to be removed with no explanation of implants, etc. It was also a bit hurtful to receive the somewhat condescending remarks and made to feel over-anxious or guilty for trying to focus on the loose tooth causing me pain more than the urge for a new cleaning.I also had a very specific experience that caused this issue, I experienced great pain after a food injury which mobilized tooth 15. The mobilization was acknowledged and documented. This event was immediately rejected as an actuator for loosening the tooth (it very clearly did loosen the tooth, but I cant echo a voice louder than the many patients will have their own subjective discrepancies regarding what caused their condition pamphlet in the med books).Long story short, I had an experience that loosened my tooth causing me great pain, went into see about fixing the tooth, got a fantastic cleaning that removed inflammation-starting gunk and plaque, and then got another talk about.. cleaning! yes, important. Then a talk about flossing, totally understand, also important. But um, what about the loose tooth causing me pain? The response was essentially ibuprofen until we remove it. So how long? How would it be replaced?Im just left with not much to go with except for scheduling a $500 cleaning. Is that REALLY the next step for a loose tooth causing pain? Would the medical community approve of this kind of plan? Im not asking rhetorically, Im genuinely curious, and thats all I ever am at this place, curious, because the questions just dont get answered.Curious place.

The staff at Redondo Beach Dental Group is very professional and courteous. I am very please with how Dr. Rosen has treated me since my first visit. She has explained thoroughly not only all the possible options for my treatments, but she also explained every procedure while working on my teeth, making sure I was feeling fine during the process. I could see pictures of the before and after treatments, and the quality of the feelings was excellent. She makes sure her patients are well informed and satisfied with her treatments. I just cannot be in better hands. I only regret that I wish I had known this place years ago.I have also had my teeth cleaned twice since I started going to Redondo Beach Dental Group. Hygienist Michaela Lee is amazing as well. It is so difficult to find someone of her caliber and expertise.I had an excellent dentist in Santa Barbara so when we moved to Long Beach I was concerned I would not find someone with the same sophistication/expertise.Then I found Dr. Rosen! She is kind, conscious, and listens and a bit of a perfectionist, which I like. :-)Dr. Rosen has done several crowns for me and to absolute perfection, which is very difficult with the extreme sensitivity I have in my mouth.I drive from Long Beach to Redondo Beach, which can be a pain with traffic BUTDr. Rosen is worth the drive.I hope if you are reading this, you make the call and ask for an appointment with Dr. Rosen.Dr. Rosen is an incredible dentist but also an amazing person.She truly cares for her patients.

Redondo Beach dental group has been our dental office for the past 22 years. The office is exceptional! I would not go anywhere else for treatment. We live in Calabasas and our whole family is happy to drive the distance of almost 30 miles one way. My daughter decided to see a dentist near Calabasas and after just one visit she wanted to go back to Redondo Beach dental group. The treatment by Dr. Stalley, Dr. Rosen or any other dentist at the office does not compare. They are so fantastic and will take care of you no matter what the issue is. Exceptional staff that will treat you with kindness, and Dr Stalley’s wife who also works at the office will make you feel like family. I recommend this office over any other dental office. Their finance systems are just unexpected.I have a front incisor implant which they said needed some patch-up and I was expected to pay a something between 2k and 3k out of pocket. I forgot the exact number, but the discrepancy between the final bill (~3.3k) and the estimate isnt weirdest part.I have paid a handful of visits to them in June and July without them asking me to pay a single penny. Not until I asked them on Aug. 1 when I need to pay did they tell me I had a $2247 due, so I paid that. But I received a bill with $570 due, with a $3124 balance forward, so I dont even know what that $3k is and I swear I didnt receive any bill within the past 3 months.They also charged me $8 finance charge on it.

I would highly recommend this place. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Place is very clean. Appointments are sometimes hard but not difficult to obtain to meet your schedule (I think its do to the high clientele they have which gives you an idea that their service is great!). The work theyve performed on my family has been great! No complaints. They make their own crowns and fit them on the same day which is perfect time saver.

For close to 25 years I’ve been going to the RBDG for all my dental needs. During this period of time, I’ve watched them grow and expand both in area, and especially technologically. I’m admittedly glad they were recommended to me by a coworker so very many years ago.Dr. Stalley has always held a great passion for the many ongoing technological advancements in his field. His employees are all wide ranging in skill, and there’s almost no area of dentistry that can’t be handled in-house and with the utmost perfection (and no, I wasn’t paid or given any discounts for all these lavish compliments).The fact is they are all impeccable perfectionists who hold a great passion for dentistry, and take great pride in turning dental disasters into shining works of art. As an engineer, I can say without question that it’s a joy to hear Dr. Stalley (and his many other team members) get rolling on the subject of some new hardware device, or capability, they’ve brought into their facility, and spent exorbitant time training and certifying their medical staff to utilize. I remain amazed at how far we’ve come in this field over just the last 25-30 years. I wish the same could be said for many other medically related areas.Regardless, if you want cutting-edge technical help, or have a unique or concerning dental issue, there’s no other facility I could recommend that compares to the quality of service you’ll find here. Started implant procedure for one tooth (post insertion). Procedure took about an hour and went very well. When I left the office, the surgical area felt like a very mild toothache. Otherwise, I felt great so I ran an errand and then picked up the prescribed meds from the pharmacy. By the time I got home, I felt no pain at all and never took the pain med. Procedure was well explained by the expert staff. RBDG has been my dental group for about 40 years and I have no plans to switch.

Finally find the time to share my experience with Redondo Beach Dental Group and explain why I do NOT recommend this clinic. And i can’t believe that this clinic has zero negative reviews. It looks like all of them FAKE. Because read below:I become a client on June 2018. I came for check up. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Dental assistant Nora was highly professional. She did Oral Exams and X-Rays(all of these are covered by my insurance 100%), and helped me with all my questions(+1 star). Afterwards the doctor (anonymous) came in (unfortunately i don’t remember his name because he did not introduced himself). Our conversation was no longer than 5 min. He was brief and cold. Okay whatever… On the reception I asked to send me my X-Rays and all the details for the future treatment. 5 days later I called them again and asked to re-send all information because I didn’t receive anything. And voila… they gave me the plan for my future treatment ~$25.000 BUT not my x-rays (on this plan i had to do 9 extractions for good and healthy teeth and put the crowns just because no explanation). I tried to connect with this clinic a few more times and ask to send me my x-rays But it wasn’t successful (see emails below)On December 2018 i decided to do extraction of my wisdom teeth. Made an appointment to another clinic and call to Redondo dental group asking to send me my panoramic x-ray. The lady on the phone told me that she is BUSY and will send it to me within a day. BUT you know what happened...She didn’t do this. I had to call again. I explained everything again and she told me “I’m busy ” and hung up the phone.What!?!?So after back and forth they finally provide me my x-rays.BUT here is start my nightmare. In the another clinic cleared up that x-ray wasn’t made professionally and half of the tooth are not seen on them.I called to Redondo Dental Group again and explained all situation and asked to retake it. They refused me. I decided to call to my insurance and clarify what i could do. The truth is turned out. THEY CLAIM PANORAMIC X-RAY BUT HAVE NEVER DONE IT. EVEN MORE THEY CLAIMED X-RAY THAT WAS MADE UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE PANORAMIC X-RAY AND EVEN MORE DON’T WANTED TO RETAKE IT.I called to this clinic again. They wasn’t friendly even though cold and arrogant. After all discussions they decided to retake it. “BUT i should pay for it”- told me Christina. I decided to claim this with insurance and informed them about it.( Any way i will do this, because i think, such attitude are not inappropriate in this type of clinics) After couple hours she call me and suggest to make an appointment. Finally.On the day when i came in. It’s been an absolute living nightmare. The lady on front desk was rude, the dental assistant(she did not to introduce herself) are dropped my x-ray CD on the table without any reference to the questions. I asked them to print me my x-ray (what they gave me please see below) and also i asked to send me it over the email.(they told me that it’s no possible). The relay funny that other clinic(very friendly lady on front desk offer to me sent it on email without any problems. NO ONE APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Dr. Stalley performed a fantastic job on my dental implants. The implants look and feel great. He was very professional from the initial consultation to the final installation of the crowns. His approach were holistic and his methods were systematic. Everything was planned, deliberate and intentional which left nothing to chance and no guessing. His caring and professional attitude gave me confidence that it was going to be done right which put me at ease. He was very meticulously focused and didn’t stop until the final implant procedure was done just right even if it meant working overtime. Furthermore, his dental clinic is well equipped with the state of the art equipment and machines. I had been terribly busy at work and had ignored my dental work. I walked into Redondo Beach Dental Group with 5 broken crowns. Cheryl got to work doing a deep cleaning, which I desperately needed. It became immediately obvious that RBDG is on the cutting edge of dental technology. They have spent a fortune on the latest hardware and software. Cheryl was incredibly efficient and I wondered why she wasnt running a company of her own, she was that thorough. She has a ZEN about her. Cheryl turned me over to Dr. Anya and Wendy, a doctor of niceness. Dr. Anya and Wendy began the meticulous process of fixing my molars. You got to have molars people. Dr. Anya is an artist and Wendy was my psychologist. I dont do well at dentists, lets just leave it at that. They were both fun and more importantly wouldnt settle for anything less than perfection. As a side note, they give you an estimate for the work to be performed and I always got a refund!
