2024-05-09 19:57:29This business has been around a very long time for a reason: they make your satisfaction their #1 priority. I highly recommend them. If its plumbing, please do yourself a favor and request NOAH, hes the best! Noah installed my new beautiful Toto toilet and Im so happy. Everything went smoothly and Noah is absolutely wonderful to work with!

We have a lot of stairs at our property and he worked so hard to get a new water heater installed. We really appreciate the amazing customer service and knowledge.

2024-06-20 17:14:53Avoid Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning at all costs. My elderly parents needed two simple drains reattached due to a floor renovation. They received a quote of approximately $1,100—already excessive. The so-called plumber arrived at 9:42 AM, left for 40 minutes to get parts, and completed the job and left at 12:11pm, meaning it took less than 2.5 hours in total, including his time out for parts. He then asked my parents to sign a phone screen without showing the materials and task list for the final charge. They only found out later via email that the bill was over $1,900—$800 more than quoted.Despite my mothers request for an itemized bill, the company refused. This will be reported to the licensing board and the Better Business Bureau.This company took advantage of a vulnerable elderly couple, charging them an outrageous rate of over $700 per hour for a job an apprentice could do. Their refusal to provide an itemized bill and their dishonest practices are clear indicators of a scam.Do not trust these con artists with any project. Protect yourself and your loved ones by steering clear of Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning.

2024-06-20 20:24:54Jonathan was on time. He had a need appearance and was cordial in his greeting. The work performed. The replacement of a water valve was done with expedience and care in the future. We will use Jonathan and Redlands Plumbing for Iron Age Jasper and Grace Hardin.

2024-06-25 00:57:57So we had to have two bathroom sink drains with drain vents redone after having new floor installed.We called Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. He verbally quoted $1100 which we thought was excessive but okd it.He left to get parts. Came back and worked an hour.Then he had me sign a box on his little phone size screen 3 times. When I looked at the emailed receipt it was for $1925.00! According to my Ring doorbell, he entered the house at 9:42 am, left for 40 minutes to get parts. Carried his tools out at 12:11. A total of 2 hours and 28 minutes. The parts arent that expensive. That company made about $600 per hour!We had used them before and thought they were fair. This time I feel taken advantage of and it is a feeling I dont like. When I spoke to the service manager on the phone about it his tone was defensive from the start. I finally just told him that we wouldnt use them again and hung up. All I was asking was an explanation for the cost.

Stellar guy, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, considerate, and kind. Genuinely grateful for the work he and the Redlands company have done for me.

2024-05-14 17:19:02Very professional & experienced crew. Very thorough & knowledgeable in their field. Throughout all the leaks that we had they always figured out the problem and knew how to fix it. They were always very nice and communicated with us before doing something and to make sure that we knew what was going on. Overall, amazing quality of service and very deserving of 5 stars. Shout out to our technician, Vicente, who went above and beyond in customer service!

2024-03-09 00:20:33Our water heater went out and I called for them to come out and look to see what they could do and they came next day. Jonathan was the tech that came by and he was great! If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us. I immediately felt like I could trust him and he installed our new water heater right away. He explained everything and did just a great job. Excellent service. I will absolutely call them again if I have any issues.

2024-03-19 00:52:11Excellent! Plumber Jorge was a great trouble shooter, his problem solving was the best! He was able to figure out why hot water was coming from the cold water faucets. He gave a professional explanation for what needed to be done to solve the problem which was not an expensive fix. I did have him do a couple of other plumbing repairs while he was here, and was pleased with the results. Bush Plumbing will definitely be my plumber from now on. Thank you.
