Wonderful experience here! I really was impressed by all whom I had contact with. My cleaning was amazing! It’s been years since I’ve seen a dentist and I knew my teeth were in bad shape. I chose to come to Redlands Family Dental based off the positive reviews and happy I did so. The staff and dentists are great. I’m happy with my experience and dental treatment I received so far and look forward to continuing services with them.

This was my second time at this office and I have to say it is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. I was greeted by Alisha who hands down has the best customer service I ever experienced in a dental office. Everything is up to date and so clean the office is exquisite the view from the dental chair is beautiful the cleaning lady Michele did a phenomenal job and my teeth feel so clean. My wife also came with me and we needed some work done the Dr explained what was going on and even showed us on X-rays why the work was needed. Alisha was beyond wonderful with explaining stuff in a way which made me feel comfortable and I felt she cared it was about helping us with our teeth and health . It felt like I was talking to a friend or family member . she Even explained how the insurance worked You don’t find customer service like that in medical offices now and days needless to say we will be back for our work and will refer our friends and family. What can I say that will properly describe how wonderful this practice is?? I broke a molar in half on a Sunday evening, we called for an emergency appointment and got one for 7am the next day. RFDC is open 7 days a week and does early morning and after work appointments too - so convenient!Im terrified of going to the dentist after many bad experiences, but the team made sure my fears were heard and then did everything they could to mitigate them and make me feel safe and comfortable. Costs were explained clearly and all the administration was done quickly and efficiently.Lisa at the reception desk was calm, very friendly and helpful and set me at ease. Dr Nadir and Nurse Monica were skillful, kind and very attentive to my worries. My tooth was capped and I was good to go in less than 3 hours.My experience was absolutely as good as it could be and RFDC will be my dentist from now on. My husband was so impressed that HE signed up as well. Wonderful service!! Thank you all so much!!

Redlands Family Dental Care is hands down the best dental group I have ever been to! From the doctors to the staff, they are all incredibly knowledgeable, kind and go above and beyond to do all they can in every aspect! Dr. Nadir and Dr. Stephens are phenomenal! They have an outstanding group of girls in the front who are amazing! Lisa and Ericka have both been extremely helpful every step of the way and they are so sweet! The customer service is unmatched! Dr. Theodore and Morra did an excellent job! I am new to the area & this was my second time here as I needed a few old fillings taken off & new fillings put on. It only took 30 minutes & the first set didnt hurt at all but the last set I had a bit of discomfort & my doctor gave me numbing injection no problem & you cant even tell I have fillings they look just like my teeth very well hidden! I look forward to staying at this clinic a long time, they are always in a good mood & very friendly/helpful, I enjoyed my appointment with them both & highly recommended them :)

I’m so happy I came across this dental office ! Since the first appointment, everyone from the front desk to the back office were awesome ! Dr. Nadir is amazing ! He helped me with find a solution to my issue and couldn’t be happier ! The day of my tx his assistant Tania and Dr.Nadir were caring and made me feel comfortable! I also had a great experience with the hygienist Kevin . He was great ! Definitely recommend this dental office, plus their office hours are so flexible!

Best Dentist Ive ever been to. The staff are kind and considerate and patient with their clients. I have anxiety disorder, autism, and PTSD. They were all very sympathetic to my needs and made me feel the most comfortable Ive ever felt at a dentists office. Dr.Bryant and Monica are exceptional and Sandra, Ruby, and Kay (I believe) are all amazing.

Jessica, the hygienist did a great job at doing a gentle cleaning on me, as my teeth are a little sensitive, The Dr was super nice & informative, & the office was super quick to get me in today, their schedule is very accommodating. Looove this office! I was greeted by April and Lisa- these ladies are just super amazing! Such a great choose to have these two in the front! Then went to the back to get a cleaning with Loredana- she was super nice to talk to and get my teeth’s squeaky 🙂 and the cherry on the cake was being seen by DR. STEPHENS! He is kind, through in what he does, DOES NOT OVER DIAGNOSE, and so reassuring! I tend to be nervous at the dental office, but I trust him 100%! He explained the findings of the X-rays and gave me options of treatments. I have to say, this was a GREAT experience! Loved every bit of it!

I don’t have enough good things to say about this office, everyone you come into contact with is absolutely vibrant. The front desk girls ALL of them are so sweet and welcoming as soon as you walk in! Im such an anxious person to new environments especially in medical settings and that was no issue here. There really is no dumb questions here and no judgement, they really do just want to HELP! Michelle was my hygienist and she was just fantastic always making sure I was comfortable and well informed about what she was doing, she really educated me throughout the process, as well as ensuring sure I was going to do home care correctly!

This place made me feel very uneasy and concerned. I came in to get a regular cleaning and update for my teeth and when they asked me what medications I was allergic they could not remember what I had told them when I repeated myself 3 times. Then I was told I had just a few minor cavalier, but then was presented with a paper with A TON of other things I was not told in the room. I was told I needed to pay waaaayyyy more money than I should have. On my way out the receptionist attempted to send me back in to get a crown for my tooth I couldn’t afford and kept pressuring me to stay when I needed to return to my job. She began to ask “can’t you get someone to cover you?” And even asked “not even a work note will work? And kept pressuring me to pay $1000 on things I didn’t need for my teeth. I felt I was being hassled given I was a new patient here. I understand teeth are expensive but this was ridiculous. Finally, the receptionists stated that my insurance covered only $200 of my work needed to be done but didn’t show on the budget sheet she provided me. Not a good experience at all.

I love Redlands family dentistry. The office is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is always great and take their time explaining everything thoroughly. I never feel rushed or am made to wait a long time. Jessica helped me and was awesome and took her time. Desiree the treatment coordinator is also very helpful and sweet she explained everything to me and helped me explore payment options that were good for me. I do not currently have insurance and they have made it so easy for me to get treatment that I need. I recommend this office to everyone.

Vanessa & Lisa at the front desk are very personable & accommodating. My hygienist, Kevin is patient & thorough. My dentist, Dr. Theodory is extremely knowledgeable & skilled…I have complete & absolute trust in him!! I have never before felt so much confidence in a dental office! In addition to my regularly scheduled appointments, I have had 2 dental emergencies & each time, I was able to get in to see the dentist the same day I called. As a plus, the office hours are beyond compare…they are open 7 days/week from 7am - 9pm which makes it extremely convenient for scheduling purposes! I have major dental anxiety from bad dentists in my life so I have been avoiding them completely! 😖 I went in for an emergency appointment when a tooth that was previously treated chipped ! Dr.Jessica was extremely professional! I felt absolutely NOTHING & she was kind enough to let me know step by step what she was doing . I came back for a second appointment today for a root canal with Dr. Theodory and his really sweet Assistant Mora …great bedside manner ! I had severe toothache caused by my wisdom tooth and luckily they were open on Sunday morning and I went in for an emergency procedure done that same morning removing both right side (top and bottom) by Dr. Stephens. This visit was my first visit at this office. I originally went in for an exam for pain in my wisdom tooth. After examining it, Dr. Bryant suggested extraction and even offered referrals to oral surgeons if I was more comfortable being fully sedated for the surgery. After considering it, I decided to stay at this dental office and go through with the extraction consciously (it just worked better for my schedule rather than planning it out for the future). Desiree was also a huge help! She, along with Dr. Bryant, made me feel very comfortable, despite me being nervous about being conscious during the surgery. Desiree was able to get my insurance approved within five minutes, and then within an hour of me being at the office for an exam, they were able to do the extraction. Everyone in this office is friendly, professional, and fast. I’m very happy with my decision in coming here. I’d give more stars if I could!

10/20/23 Just left this office. I went to get wisdom tooth extracted, I had a lot of pain, I have a fear of dentist and put off to long, finally went in and Everything went so smooth and easy I had ZERO PAIN, Im mean Zero pain. Took Doctor less than 5min to get tooth out he said okay tooth is out, I said its out???Wow I cant believe how easy that was.His staff is so friendly and CARING from the female who did my X-rays to the front counter. I recently visited Redlands Family Dental Center. I was in the area for work, a fractured a tooth!!! I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming, and the clinic had a clean and comfortable environment. Dr. Jessica Briceno was knowledgeable and skilled, explaining treatment options thoroughly. I have been a patient here for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that they have the best customer service. From the moment I walk in to the office they greet me with a smile and assist me. Amanda is my hygienist and she is the BEST! She is always cheerful and welcoming. Amanda has helped my teeth get healthier by cleaning them and suggesting ways I can improve my teeth. She recommended getting laser to help fight bacteria from getting into my gums and after only one time of getting laser Amanda saw improvements in my gum pockets. I had a great experience at Redlands Family Dental. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and felt very comfortable here. The staff were very kind and professional. Desiree at the front was very helpful with scheduling and insurance. Elle, the dental assistant, did a great job getting my X-rays and images, which I usually hate. This review is for Redlands Family Dental Care in Redlands, CA. I found this dental practice in January 2023 as a walk in .A crown fell out of my mouth and in a panic I rushed in . From the start, all staff were extremely helpful and calming and the dentist, Dr Bryant, helped instantly by checking my mouth and explaining why I lost the crown in the first place . In addition, he explained the reason for my constant tooth pain was an infection in the jaw bone . I was totally alarmed but he carefully explained everything and did a bone graft a few days later . The scary dentist visit instantly became a relief! Since then I have had several teeth cleaning appointments by Chantal and she is fabulous! Honestly, every time I visit, the experience is far better than expected . This dental practice is wonderful ; by far the best that I have been to . I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. I am usually very anxious before my dental procedures and it takes me a lot to build up to dental exams.However, my hygienist Tony is always really sweet, encouraging, and takes the time to explain procedures to me and take cues when I am tense and lets me take moments to breathe if necessary. He even lets me use these sun glasses that block out the florescent light and ease my anxiety.Dr. David also took his time in explaining my periodontal needs and listening to concerns especially with my autoimmune conditions. The collaboration makes me feel like I am a part of the team. Ellie also helped with the procedures and helped me to feel right at home. So happy to be at this dentist! I know I have a great team.

Gabbi is amazing! She treated me with care and kindness. I dread getting teeth whitening (Zoom) because my teeth are so sensitive but I wanted a whiter smile. Gabbi knew my teeth are super sensitive and she took extra time to prep my teeth to avoid any discomfort or potential irritation on my gums and sensitive teeth. This was my best experience EVER. My experience with Redlands Family Dental Care was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Dr. Sarat and Cristine did an awesome job with the extraction of a tooth. The back bottom molar had been an issue for 25 years, multiple dentists and crowns that did not last. To say that my visit was a pleasure might sound off, but it was the Dr. super smooth and gentle and his assistant right on top of everything making sure everything was working out as it should. I had no pain at all. I also loved Cristine humming and singing each song as it came on the speaker. I would highly recommend this practice.

September 16, 2022 I visited a place called Redlands Family Dental Care. The first thing done was x rays. I do have to admit it was not as uncomfortable as most other x rays I had. So, when the doctor came in and looked at the x ray he asked if I had any questions. I said what do you think? And he said you have bone loss. What are you here for. I told him I was interested in knowing if I need periodontal maintenance done I had it done in the past. Then he walked out. In came the x ray technician who wanted to take suspicious/rude pictures of my open mouth. I ask what for? And she said for my records. Which is being uninformative I believe. When I looked at the pictures, they looked awfully embarrassing. So, in comes the hygienist who said she was the one who was going to give my periodontal maintenance treatment. She used the probe to check my pockets and did not say a word to me about the measurements are anything like that. Ao when she started the cleaning, she was light to the touch and skipping around. Seems halfhearted. So, during the cleaning she told me about a new thing out used as a post addition to periodontal maintenance called laser treatment it is supposed get to the places she has missed and kill all the tarter and plaque. The Laser Treatment is also guaranteed to last 3 months to rid my mouth of plaque and tarter. I thought my flossing did that. And we did talk about what I use to floss as well. So, I did go along with the procedure and what she had was a pen like object with a light at the tip. The procedure lasted about 2 minutes and I was charged $100. Which I can care less. I researched Laser Treatment for Periodontal Disease, and it is actually for surgical conditions of periodontal disease. I also found an article that says Laser Treatment is a form of Periodontal Maintenace And after reading both articles what Amanda did was nothing even close to what the articles say

Having a history in the dental field several careers ago Im still a bit stuck up when it comes to defining what Good Service is when it comes to Dental Practices. Ive been suffering from many dental issues which include loose fillings, need for implants etc etc. Yesterday was my first time at this practice. From moment I stepped in this clinic until my procedure was completed, I was really impressed! Laurie from the front desk make everything so easy and simple to complete forms by sending a link to my phone. I was then sent to RD Kevin who did the most gentle cleaning Ive ever had then sent over to Dr. Nadir Khattab who then resolved an ongoing issue with my fillings and changed one to an inlay/onlay which is so much stronger. Im now without pain and my teeth are functioning better! Next step will be a bone building for a missing tooth and an implant and crown. I cant wait! This office uses advance technology and everything is done inhouse including the making of crowns so things are done usually the same day! Absolutely impressed by this whole operation it is well run! Keep up the great work! Cant wait to continue services here!

Have been here twice for my yearly cleanings. I had Tony as my hygienist who was super nice. And I had Dr. Yulia who was super kind, attentive, and actually listened to my concerns. I had been to a couple of other dentists before with the same concern and it was always “it’s fine.” Come to find out, Dr. Yulia sees my tooth is decaying so I’ll need a root canal. I will say, make sure to arrive a little earlier for your appointment as the receptionist can come across a bit annoyed if you’re late - I’ve been late by like max 5 minutes.

So far, this is a great dental office. I am about to have dental surgery here in the next month and I will update my review after that. In the mean time I will say I am terrified of dentists and I have experience to back that feeling up. I was no less than abused at my last dentist and they destroyed the records and didnt file them. No record of what happened to me except my almost empty left side of my mouth. I havent been able to really smile in 3 years, my 16 year old thinks I just dont smile.. shes always bringing it up. But Im embarrassed. I am going to Dr. Tasha to fix my smile and I hope to show my kid that I do have a bright and beautiful smile. Moved to cherry valley and needed a new dentist. I researched for the highest rated dentist in my area and came across their dental practice. Elaine was my hygienist and could not have been sweeter and gentle and very knowledgeable. Dr. Sharat is going to be taking care of me. I need a little bit of work done like a new crown and implants but they’re on top of everything and very caring and gentle. I just cant say enough about RDC, as I have always had a deep Dentist phobia, but Dr Bryant and his team totally erased that feeling with their honest friendliness and caring.Everyone from his assistants such as Chantelle to Karen managing all the paperwork have been nothing less than AmaZing! Dr Bryant just completed work (literally without ANY pain whatsoever) correcting life long embedded abnormalities that looked like I had something on my two front teeth and made me super conscious about smiling.I now look forward to LOLng openly in public without having to supress showing my teeth!!! Life changing! And they did all the legwork with my dental insurance to get as much of the cost covered on top of just plain being a fabulous team! This is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to! Today was my first visit and I was so impressed with every aspect! Walking in to the front lobby feels like you are walking into a different world from The fancy rock work on the walls and front desk to the hanging chandelier in the center of the room. I was greeted by the receptionist Tina who was friendly and accommodating, offering me water or tea while I filled out my intake paperwork. The dental hygienist Chantel was personable and attentive. They were extremely thorough with the x-ray process even taking actual photographs with a professional camera, The photographer Jessica was extremely nice. DR. Tadha was very nice and professional in his assessment and I appreciated his honesty about the condition of my teeth during the consultation. The cleaning itself never felt invasive or uncomfortable because they took the time to ask how I was doing throughout the process. I was given a detailed treatment recommendation plan at check out and offered different payment options for financing. The treatment Coordinator Desiree was courteous and helpful during checkout. She explained the treatment recommendations and gave me a detailed printout of the payment info. Everyone there was smiling and happy. The office itself has a positive energy because the staff takes such good care of the patients. I highly recommended this office to anyone looking for a personalized dental experience! Like many I do not like going to the Dentist. Again like many I was forced to come in with a tooth ache. I called and spoke to Desiree and right away I knew this was the place I wanted to go to. Desiree in the front desk has been an Angel with my tight schedule and helping me understand my treatments and the breakdown on all the Financial aspects. Amanda which was my hygienist the first time knew how nervous I was being there, she was so gentle and easy to like. Amanda was simply amazing, felt like I knew her for years. Lindsey was my 7 year Olds hygienist and couldnt be any sweeter. My daughter had a great appointment and even gave her a certificate for being 100% cavity free. My daughter only wants Lindsey to see her. Lastly Dr. Tadha and his assistant Randy were the ones who did my treatment at my second appointment and were great ! I was of course super nervous to be there but once again both Dr. Tadha and Randy helped calm my nervous. I felt absolutely no pain and I feel great about my smile once again . Im very impressed of how friendly everyone is. Ive never felt so comfortable at the Dentist office before. The dentist office is clean and has great views. Chantelle was my hygienist and had to deliver bad news and was so informative on all going on with my mouth. I suffer from TMJ and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Cleanings are always so painful for me. She definitely made me feel comfortable and the most uncomfortable setting and really delivered all the information directly and honestly with so much gentleness. I can imagine going any where. I normally stay away from the dentist an came back 1 week later and have another 6 week follow because I feel so comfortable here and they took such good care of me!
